I wasn't prepared for that but now that I now I can plan accordingly because I will revisit. The customer service was pretty good. There was one gentleman who kind of just stared at me when I walked in. Then another man came along, greeted me, confirmed my arrival, explained the service, told me how long it would take, offered me water, and directed me to wait in the lil waiting area. When my car was ready, in the amount of time they told me it would be, they let me know and I looked it over. The one part they forgot is the nooks in crannies in the back armrest but everything else looked amazing. I felt like my car was when I drove it off the lot. The owner did explain other services to me as well. They only have regular business hours so it will be few and far between when I can get out here. I don't feel like taking off work to get my car cleaned. But hey, do you. All in all I'd recommend this place as long as you understand that it'll be a few weeks out for an appointment, the location is no thrills and frills, but your car will be super clean and the people are nice.

When I showed up, Charles refused to detail my car because he stated the package didn't include cleaning the inside of my car, although the LivingSocial deal said the inside of the vehicle is included. Charles tried to up-sale me a $175 package, which I refused since I already prepaid for the detail. In the end, I wasted my gas and time. Charles wasn't willing to do any of the detail work that I pre-purchased. I could tell he was lazy and didn't want to take the time to clean my car. I am very disappointed in this company and DO NOT recommend this place.

He did the new truck first and after some PDR by Ryan at Dentless Touch, Gary made the new paint even better with incredible depth and gloss. He saw my 2019 Ram 1500 and noticed that it was in great shape for a 7 year old truck and had the same black paint code as the 2026. He said he could do paint correction on it and it would look as good as the 2026. Wow! He said when I picked it up it would be hard to tell which was the new truck and which was the 7 year old truck. That old paint now looks like it never had before even when new. It also has incredible depth and gloss. Gary is a master craftsman who takes great pride in his work and assures his customers get only the best living up to his name. When I was first looking for a detailer, I looked at the online reviews and I was very impressed with the number of high quality reviews for this business. Those reviews certainly inspired a lot of confidence for me, so I contacted them to schedule a service, and not surprisingly, the representative I spoke to was accommodating and professional. Every time they've performed a detailing on my Jeep, they've done an exceptional job. I appreciate the care they've shown towards my vehicle, and they've paid close attention to details -- nothing was overlooked. In fact, after the gentleman finished detailing my Jeep today and showed me the work he'd done, he actually showed me the under-the-seat storage in the back that I had never even known was there before. Clearly, this man is detail-oriented. Yet again, he worked efficiently, and spoke to me courteously.
