The wheels and tires looked brand new, the interior was spotless, and the finish on the exterior was flawless. What really sets them apart is consistency. Every time I go back, they deliver that same "new car" look, feel, and even smell. It's honestly addictive. I've gotten so many compliments on how good my car looks, inside and out. They also hooked me up with a lifetime discount on detailing packages, which means I'm a regular now--and happily so. A quick tip for first-timers: they're located on the bottom level of a parking garage, so you'll need to grab a ticket to enter. Don't worry though--the team will take care of letting you out so you won't be charged for parking. If you're looking for a detailer that truly cares about their work and consistently delivers amazing results, Capitol Shine is it. Five stars all the way.

When I say he performed a complete makeover... scratch that, brought back life to my car.... That is exactly what he did. The fact that he is so authentic and genuinely passionate about his work and not making a profit, really makes him that much better. I purchased a used car, not in the greatest shape aesthetically speaking and once he finished, looked as good as new... it was to the point, my family member who occasionally drives the car, had a hard time finding the car because he could no longer recognize it. (We have several other vehicles same make and model in the neighborhood but better condition). He spent a long time trying to find it and walked past it. Lol His customer service is also really great. He showed up asap at my doorstep, quite literally and in no time. He even compromised his holiday time (Father's Day weekend) to come out and get the job done. I feel bad that his page isn't updated to really advertise and reflect his great work... but just also goes to show he is more about his work than appearances. He really delivers. P.S: unfortunately, these pictures do not do Justice. If only you could see the before. You really have to see what condition it was in before to understand.

Most recently, Thomas detailed my Mini after a long family road trip, and it looks brand new! I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you to the entire Sharp Detail team for consistently delivering top-notch service! :)

He was flexible while trying to figure out where to park my car to work around the movers I also had at the house. He put so much effort into my detail, the car looked brand new! And it had never been detailed before and had lugged around 2 toddlers and a dog for the past 4 years so you know he had his work cut out for him! Professional, kind, and just overall made the whole process of moving and getting ready to ship my car a little less stressful with a job well done. Highly recommend requesting him! Regarding Sharp in general, booking online was easy with a lot of availability! My only comment is that I didn't get any kind of confirmation at the time of booking which made me nervous, but I called and they quickly confirmed my appointment. Their standard is to confirm the appt two days before via text, which they did! Just something to be aware of!

When I was first looking for a detailer, I looked at the online reviews and I was very impressed with the number of high quality reviews for this business. Those reviews certainly inspired a lot of confidence for me, so I contacted them to schedule a service, and not surprisingly, the representative I spoke to was accommodating and professional. Every time they've performed a detailing on my Jeep, they've done an exceptional job. I appreciate the care they've shown towards my vehicle, and they've paid close attention to details -- nothing was overlooked. In fact, after the gentleman finished detailing my Jeep today and showed me the work he'd done, he actually showed me the under-the-seat storage in the back that I had never even known was there before. Clearly, this man is detail-oriented. Yet again, he worked efficiently, and spoke to me courteously. Grateful to have found this business, I plan to continue working with them regularly in the future.

It looks like my kids were never even in there, but I'm sure my kids will fix that in about a week or so. I telework and didn't have time to go drive to a detailing business, but after the rainy weather this past weekend my kids had mud all over my floor and it made my dirty car look even worse. I saw a coupon online for first time clients, which I didn't qualify for, but they gave me another discount and at either rate it was a reasonable price for such a thorough job. My only warning is make sure you remove any paper items you don't want trashed, that's on me, I forgot to double-check this. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

The convenience of having the detailing done mobile was a huge plus, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. My Jeep looks extremely well cared for and close to showroom condition. Elvis clearly takes pride in his work and doesn't rush through the details. I would absolutely recommend Elvis and Auto Detailers of Alexandria to anyone looking for a thorough, professional mobile detail in the Alexandria/Northern Virginia area. I called this place on Sunday afternoon, and since apparently they make a point of never picking up their phones, I got a phone call back around 9 PM the next evening. I scheduled an appointment for Friday morning - and was told someone would come between 9-9:30. 9:30 rolls around, no one is there. I call. Then I call again. 30 minutes later, I finally get a call back from Albert, who has clearly forgotten that he made an appointment with me (although he said something about a meeting - if you in fact had a meeting, you may have considered calling me before to cancel). He tells me he will send someone else out immediately. So, I waited. By 11, still no one had arrived, and I really had to get to work. I called and left a voice mail (again - they literally make a point of not ever picking up the phone) telling them not to bother showing up. A little while later, Albert calls me back, and I agreed to reschedule for the next morning, figuring - ok, this guy is probably in business by himself - maybe he got busy, it's fine. Of course, the next day someone is supposed to be there by 9. I am not surprised at 9:30 when I get a phone call apologizing for being late - Albert had to take his kids to practice. Fine. But, he insisted he was on his way. 10:45 - still no one. Again, I had plans, so I called to cancel. At 11 I get a phone call that he is at my building. Sorry buddy, you did not check your voice mail (cuse you never pick up your phone) - and I should not have to wait two hours after the appointment time for you to show up. This place is extremely unprofessional. Honestly, if you were too busy to detail my car, you should not have let me make the appointment. I would have preferred that to wasting four hours this week sitting home waiting for you guys to show up.
