The wheels and tires looked brand new, the interior was spotless, and the finish on the exterior was flawless. What really sets them apart is consistency. Every time I go back, they deliver that same "new car" look, feel, and even smell. It's honestly addictive. I've gotten so many compliments on how good my car looks, inside and out. They also hooked me up with a lifetime discount on detailing packages, which means I'm a regular now--and happily so. A quick tip for first-timers: they're located on the bottom level of a parking garage, so you'll need to grab a ticket to enter. Don't worry though--the team will take care of letting you out so you won't be charged for parking. If you're looking for a detailer that truly cares about their work and consistently delivers amazing results, Capitol Shine is it. Five stars all the way.

If I could give these guys six stars, I would!…read more I called Sparkleen this past Friday afternoon to get my '99 Suburban detailed so I could sell it. (Anyone want to buy a Suburban?) Sam answered right away and set me up with someone to come out the next morning. Before calling Sparkleen, I had browsed Craigslist for mobile detailers, and there were the same five guys posting their ads every day. Most of them were located in Maryland and didn't want to come out to Arlington. Only one guy was located in VA, and he wanted $225 for an exterior detail. Um, no thanks! Sparkleen had their entire price list on their website, and I chose to get the exterior detail, which included washing/waxing/buffing, power washing the mats, interior vacuum, and more. I also had him shampoo the rear carpet as there were some dirt and rust stains back there. WOW. "Eddie" did a fantastic job and the 'Burb looks brand new. They brought all their own equipment, and they also use biodegradable chemicals. My only quibble was that he missed some spots on the carpet with the vacuum. Sam called after Eddie was done and I mentioned the carpet, and he drove out himself to clean up the dirt. THAT is customer service right there. When my other car needs to be detailed, I'll definitely call Sparkleen for their services. Seriously, anyone want a Suburban??

Professional, kind, and just overall made the whole process of moving and getting ready to ship my car a little less stressful with a job well done. Highly recommend requesting him! Regarding Sharp in general, booking online was easy with a lot of availability! My only comment is that I didn't get any kind of confirmation at the time of booking which made me nervous, but I called and they quickly confirmed my appointment. Their standard is to confirm the appt two days before via text, which they did! Just something to be aware of!

When I was first looking for a detailer, I looked at the online reviews and I was very impressed with the number of high quality reviews for this business. Those reviews certainly inspired a lot of confidence for me, so I contacted them to schedule a service, and not surprisingly, the representative I spoke to was accommodating and professional. Every time they've performed a detailing on my Jeep, they've done an exceptional job. I appreciate the care they've shown towards my vehicle, and they've paid close attention to details -- nothing was overlooked. In fact, after the gentleman finished detailing my Jeep today and showed me the work he'd done, he actually showed me the under-the-seat storage in the back that I had never even known was there before. Clearly, this man is detail-oriented. Yet again, he worked efficiently, and spoke to me courteously. Grateful to have found this business, I plan to continue working with them regularly in the future.

I'm going to detail a long ass story, but the moral of it is that it's hard to get in touch with…read morethese people - and they do not show up in even close to a timely manner - if they bother to show up at all. I called this place on Sunday afternoon, and since apparently they make a point of never picking up their phones, I got a phone call back around 9 PM the next evening. I scheduled an appointment for Friday morning - and was told someone would come between 9-9:30. 9:30 rolls around, no one is there. I call. Then I call again. 30 minutes later, I finally get a call back from Albert, who has clearly forgotten that he made an appointment with me (although he said something about a meeting - if you in fact had a meeting, you may have considered calling me before to cancel). He tells me he will send someone else out immediately. So, I waited. By 11, still no one had arrived, and I really had to get to work. I called and left a voice mail (again - they literally make a point of not ever picking up the phone) telling them not to bother showing up. A little while later, Albert calls me back, and I agreed to reschedule for the next morning, figuring - ok, this guy is probably in business by himself - maybe he got busy, it's fine. Of course, the next day someone is supposed to be there by 9. I am not surprised at 9:30 when I get a phone call apologizing for being late - Albert had to take his kids to practice. Fine. But, he insisted he was on his way. 10:45 - still no one. Again, I had plans, so I called to cancel. At 11 I get a phone call that he is at my building. Sorry buddy, you did not check your voice mail (cuse you never pick up your phone) - and I should not have to wait two hours after the appointment time for you to show up. This place is extremely unprofessional. Honestly, if you were too busy to detail my car, you should not have let me make the appointment. I would have preferred that to wasting four hours this week sitting home waiting for you guys to show up.
