I also specifically asked that the inside of the hood be wiped due to salt buildup from recent snow and was told it would be taken care of. When I got home and opened the hood to check, the secondary hood safety latch was broken. This had never been an issue before and raises concern about potential damage while the vehicle was being handled. I reached out to Kian (owner/manager?) twice to ask whether they had any issues opening the hood, hoping to understand what happened and address a vehicle damage issue. Both messages were read, yet I never received a response. Mistakes happen, but when there is a possibility of expensive damage to a customer's vehicle - especially from a loyal, long-term customer - the lack of any response is highly disappointing and unprofessional. I was genuinely hoping for at least the common courtesy of a reply. UPDATE: repair cost was $350
