The car wash is pretty bad, took both of my minor cover off.

The car wash is too power and took both of my side mirror cover off. And for now, owner agrees to pay for the repair.

Ugh. Just don't wash your car here. I paid $16 for the best all in carwash and it did not even take the dirt off my car. I think the basic $10 carwash would have been JUST FINE. Don't buy the marketing features of three color wash etc. I only went there because I live off the street.

Great spot. Grabbed gas here recently and it was great. Clean working pumps, polite and friendly staff, and easy access in and out. Reasonable pricing for the area and not overly busy.

BEWARE: the car wash uses spinning rubber wheels and ended up leaving about 30 parallel scratches on the hood of my trunk. Aside from damaging my car it overall didn't get the car very clean either. I have attempted to contact them by phone, but they do not answer and their voicemail is full. Update: I spoke with the manager, obviously he states that they are not responsible for damages. Aside from that he was very unprofessional and unhelpful, but I do applaud him for offering to give me a free car wash (YAY!) and for providing statistics on the number of car washes they do per day. Congrats on 100 washes per day!

This is the level of quality you're dealing with. As you can see, people love these guys.
    Miss A.

On two previous occasions, I paid for a car wash (after hours), only to drive up and find a slapdash note stating the car wash was broken. Since there was no staff on hand, both times I just ate the cost. Today, after a seeing a line of cars (thus confirming the damn thing was operational) I purchased a car wash. When I drove up, there was another sign, declaring that the cheapest car wash option was apparently broken, but that I could insert more cash to pay for one of the more expensive varieties. As you can see from the photo, I wasn't the only one pissed off. I went inside to plead my case, noting that they NEVER post any signs at the pump *before* people pay. A five-minute saga of ineptitude ensued, with both clerks saying they couldn't give a refund and my only option was to pay more. (Also, they had to keep the receipt which I needed for reimbursement purposes.) This car wash is the absolute worst.

DO NOT USE CAR WASH. All it does is spray water, no soap, and then scratches your car. An absolute scam.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews maybe people who get a fine car wash don't leave a review.

I was understandably concerned because coolant was pouring out from underneath the vehicle. T.J. (the lead mechanic) charged me $168 for a diagnosis and told me that the water pump had failed. I was specifically told that the cooling system had been pressure-tested and that the water pump was the source of the leak. Based on that diagnosis, I was advised not to drive the car and ultimately had to arrange for the vehicle to be towed to Audi. Audi Annapolis subsequently inspected the vehicle and determined that the water pump was not the problem. The actual failure was a faulty pressure-release valve in the coolant reservoir cap -- a $33 part. The Audi technician showed me a video of the faulty cap and the subsequent pressure test demonstrating that the system held pressure after the cap was replaced. The car has been running perfectly since. The incorrect diagnosis cost me not only the $168 diagnostic fee, but also roughly another $400 in towing, transportation, and additional diagnostic/repair costs that would not have been necessary had the problem been correctly identified in the first place. Mistakes happen, but telling a customer that a component has been identified through a pressure test when it turns out not to be the source of the leak is a serious concern. I would have been much more understanding if I had simply been told that the water pump was a suspicion rather than a confirmed diagnosis. $33 cap. $168 diagnosis. $400+ additional expense. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before authorizing any significant repair based on a diagnosis from this shop.

Several fortnights ago I was stranded here having locked myself from entry into my motor wagon. For hours I stood within the confines of this establishment and experienced delight and surprise in many forms. The young women, clubs goers I would assume, dressed in bright, yet minimal garments, shocked at the discovery of water bugs in the bathroom, young men with impassioned spirits (as those of male gender and relatively few years upon this earth generally are) challenging myself to duels and a remarkable selection of prepackaged beverages and "to-go" foodstuffs, accompanied by a wide variety of tobacco products, all showcased in a haunting backlit glow emanating from halogen bulbs, presumably manufactured in a time period near the construction of the pyramids of Giza. Additionally one might note the excellent ingress and egress paths from the main thoroughfare and I do actually believe there may even be music playing. Actually no, there is only a desperate silence radiating from the building, questioning you and your fellow travelers if you have the gall and creativity to create a moment in time that shall clang and clash and ring, heralding an event worthy of sound. Maybe someone vomits behind pump number 3, perhaps a companion knows the lyrics to Nicki Minaj's latest song, and the possibility for a loud discussion on whether joe Rogan is a saint or sinner could echo. It's all up to you, but rest assured, anything less than 5 stars is codswallop.
