I also specifically asked that the inside of the hood be wiped due to salt buildup from recent snow and was told it would be taken care of. When I got home and opened the hood to check, the secondary hood safety latch was broken. This had never been an issue before and raises concern about potential damage while the vehicle was being handled. I reached out to Kian (owner/manager?) twice to ask whether they had any issues opening the hood, hoping to understand what happened and address a vehicle damage issue. Both messages were read, yet I never received a response. Mistakes happen, but when there is a possibility of expensive damage to a customer's vehicle - especially from a loyal, long-term customer - the lack of any response is highly disappointing and unprofessional. The car was sparkling clean inside and out -- he did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend Gobeyond for your car detailing service. We paid $656, which feels completely overpriced for the quality of work delivered. I was told a single car usually takes 3 to 5 hours; however, the detailer spent only 5 hours total on both vehicles. If you expect a thorough cleaning and shampooing, look elsewhere. My cars were returned with noticeable mess and stains left behind. My McDonald fries is still in the gap between seat and console. Car hood still has some tree sap. The only positive was their ability to remove scratches. They are clearly skilled at that but the rest of the job was below average . I expected professional work and attention to detail, but unfortunately the result didn't reflect that. I wouldn't recommend paying for the Ultimate Service if this is the level of quality you receive.
