No one seems to go above and beyond. I find the value in going and getting a car wash here has decreased and may find business elsewhere if lackluster service continues.

When I got home and opened the hood to check, the secondary hood safety latch was broken. This had never been an issue before and raises concern about potential damage while the vehicle was being handled. I reached out to Kian (owner/manager?) twice to ask whether they had any issues opening the hood, hoping to understand what happened and address a vehicle damage issue. Both messages were read, yet I never received a response. Mistakes happen, but when there is a possibility of expensive damage to a customer's vehicle - especially from a loyal, long-term customer - the lack of any response is highly disappointing and unprofessional. It is a mobile service, but unfortunately my apartment building doesn't allow car work to be done in the garage. I went to the designated location in Clarendon and met Lee there. He was very nice and promised to be done as soon as he could; he's a one man team. I sat at a cafe for about 3.5 hours and then he notified me to come back. The car was sparkling clean inside and out -- he did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend Gobeyond for your car detailing service.
