The results are outstanding -- looks better than when it came off the showroom floor! The two gentlemen arrived one hour early, which worked out well. They were respectful, efficient and extremely skilled. Every conceivable aspect of the car sparkles: interior, including the space for the spare tire; exterior, including a wax job; and the engine. Even the floor mats were cleaned and treated to the point they look as if they were just purchased. I definitely recommend Va Auto Spa!

I've been bringing my vehicle here exclusively for the past year, since I purchased it, and until…read morethis last visit, I've had consistently good experiences. I've trusted them with routine detailing and even had my vehicle ceramic coated here, which is why this situation was so disappointing. On my most recent visit, I paid extra for an interior and engine spiff up, but the interior was clearly not properly cleaned - surfaces were not properly wiped down and it appeared to have only been vacuumed. I also specifically asked that the inside of the hood be wiped due to salt buildup from recent snow and was told it would be taken care of. When I got home and opened the hood to check, the secondary hood safety latch was broken. This had never been an issue before and raises concern about potential damage while the vehicle was being handled. I reached out to Kian (owner/manager?) twice to ask whether they had any issues opening the hood, hoping to understand what happened and address a vehicle damage issue. Both messages were read, yet I never received a response. Mistakes happen, but when there is a possibility of expensive damage to a customer's vehicle - especially from a loyal, long-term customer - the lack of any response is highly disappointing and unprofessional. I was genuinely hoping for at least the common courtesy of a reply. UPDATE: repair cost was $350

They frequently offer online promotions, which makes it easy to get all of my cars detailed at once--or just one if that's all I need. Scheduling is simple through their website, and they follow up with a human confirmation (or you can easily call to book by phone). Communication is always clear and professional. Most recently, Thomas detailed my Mini after a long family road trip, and it looks brand new! I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you to the entire Sharp Detail team for consistently delivering top-notch service! :)

He was flexible while trying to figure out where to park my car to work around the movers I also had at the house. He put so much effort into my detail, the car looked brand new! And it had never been detailed before and had lugged around 2 toddlers and a dog for the past 4 years so you know he had his work cut out for him! Professional, kind, and just overall made the whole process of moving and getting ready to ship my car a little less stressful with a job well done. Highly recommend requesting him! Regarding Sharp in general, booking online was easy with a lot of availability! My only comment is that I didn't get any kind of confirmation at the time of booking which made me nervous, but I called and they quickly confirmed my appointment. Their standard is to confirm the appt two days before via text, which they did! Just something to be aware of!

The wheels and tires looked brand new, the interior was spotless, and the finish on the exterior was flawless. What really sets them apart is consistency. Every time I go back, they deliver that same "new car" look, feel, and even smell. It's honestly addictive. I've gotten so many compliments on how good my car looks, inside and out. They also hooked me up with a lifetime discount on detailing packages, which means I'm a regular now--and happily so. A quick tip for first-timers: they're located on the bottom level of a parking garage, so you'll need to grab a ticket to enter. Don't worry though--the team will take care of letting you out so you won't be charged for parking. If you're looking for a detailer that truly cares about their work and consistently delivers amazing results, Capitol Shine is it. Five stars all the way.
