Absolutely, horrible service soon as I went in the machine, my car got stuck for a few seconds and all the machinery was not spinning nowhere near the proper speed to need to clean my car proper and when I went to the vacuum, obviously I expected it the vacuum was very week barely clean anything up very stressful and very terrible service will never come back again. The machine made unusual heavy contact on my vehicle. When I exited, there was a long crack in my windshield. Of course, customers assume the liability at these estalishments and someone can also debate whether it was already forming (it wasn't). I have been less than satisfied with this business for a while now. I subscribe to the top package for car washes. I wash my car once or twice a week. However, from the time I signed up, I immediately realized this place was nothing like some of the previous places I've been to. My car always leaves extremely wet, and spots are always missed. Even spots that should be simple to clean get missed somehow. Today, I had, two negative things occur. First, the attendant at the entrance mansplained to me and told me that I was too close to the car in front of me, and that if they backed up, I would be responsible for paying for their car and my car. I was nowhere near close enough to hit that car. I know this because my sensors didn't go off, and I still had space to get closer. He had a piss poor attitude and addressed me as "Sweetheart." Obnoxious. Additionally, he didn't guide me in as they normally do, so my car definitely was out of alignment, and I wouldn't be surprised if something is messed up now. The second thing that happened was that I got stuck just before the drying area for at least four minutes. You can catch a clip of that in the video that I posted. It's pretty ridiculous and I wonder if it has anything to do with the way he didn't guide me in. Overall, I will likely cancel my membership very soon. The washes are just not worth it and the vacuums are terrible. There is so little suction, that you have to go over things multiple times to get them up. Worst vacuums I've ever encountered at this type of car wash. I provided this feedback in multiple surveys and never see any change. read more

Car wash. The manager their appears to be racist. It was rude to me as a 67 black woman. The way he talk to the employee is like they on plantation. He told me if I'm not happy why do i keep coming. Basic car wash prices ($13, $15, $19), but honestly not really worth the price in my opinion. This is my second time visiting this location and no matter which wash I get there's still plenty of visible pollen/dust on my car. It's way easier and cheaper to just hose down your car instead of visiting this car wash. Today the vacuums were down so that service was unavailable although they are pretty weak vacuums and as other visitors have said, you could be here awhile if your car is actually dirty and needs a real clean. read more

I was not at all happy with the car wash services at this location in Clinton, MD. I was in the area near Splash In and wanted to get my truck washed. I purchased the full service package with the extra tire clean option for a total of $23. My truck wasn't "Baja dirty," I was just tired of seeing the road salt and muck on it. I'm not sure if the attendants were supposed to spot clean my tires on both sides but the attendant only quickly splashed the driver's side tires with the hose before the truck moved forward into the cleaning bay. It was really short so I felt there was no way my truck could get a good cleaning. I was right; there were lots of large missed areas that were still dirty as in "never touched by soap and water" dirty, and a lot of dirt was smeared along the truck body by the brushes versus cleaned away. The dryer was useless because the truck was still soaking wet as I left. If I could give a "0" review, I would have. read more

Very easy to choose a car wash package. Cash and card payments accepted. Wash didn't look like it left any marks or scratches. Drying is much better than a regular auto car wash that doesn't have guys drying the car. Complimentary vacuums on each side of your car, makes it so easy. Will be back. read more

Car was was okay. My car had been very dirty and the wash did a very good job of cleaning it up however machine knocked my driver side mirror cover off. I didn't realize it was off until I got home. Tried to call up to Splash In and the phone was disconnected. Drove all the way back up there to speak with a manager who told me no parts were found then when I asked for a refund the cover was miraculously found he slammed it on the counter and walked away with no explanation or apology.
