I have been less than satisfied with this business for a while now. I subscribe to the top package…read morefor car washes. I wash my car once or twice a week. However, from the time I signed up, I immediately realized this place was nothing like some of the previous places I've been to. My car always leaves extremely wet, and spots are always missed. Even spots that should be simple to clean get missed somehow. Today, I had, two negative things occur. First, the attendant at the entrance mansplained to me and told me that I was too close to the car in front of me, and that if they backed up, I would be responsible for paying for their car and my car. I was nowhere near close enough to hit that car. I know this because my sensors didn't go off, and I still had space to get closer. He had a piss poor attitude and addressed me as "Sweetheart." Obnoxious. Additionally, he didn't guide me in as they normally do, so my car definitely was out of alignment, and I wouldn't be surprised if something is messed up now. The second thing that happened was that I got stuck just before the drying area for at least four minutes. You can catch a clip of that in the video that I posted. It's pretty ridiculous and I wonder if it has anything to do with the way he didn't guide me in. Overall, I will likely cancel my membership very soon. The washes are just not worth it and the vacuums are terrible. There is so little suction, that you have to go over things multiple times to get them up. Worst vacuums I've ever encountered at this type of car wash. I provided this feedback in multiple surveys and never see any change.

Professional, kind, and just overall made the whole process of moving and getting ready to ship my car a little less stressful with a job well done. Highly recommend requesting him! Regarding Sharp in general, booking online was easy with a lot of availability! My only comment is that I didn't get any kind of confirmation at the time of booking which made me nervous, but I called and they quickly confirmed my appointment. Their standard is to confirm the appt two days before via text, which they did! Just something to be aware of!
