They arrived a few minutes early for my appointment window and took about 1.5 hours on our sedan, which wasn't too dirty to begin with. I would say they have great customer service and are responsive when you text them. Today, Luis showed up on time to detail my car, which hasn't been cleaned in a while. I selected Sharp Detail based on their great reviews on Yelp as they were one with of the few companies with more than 150 reviews with 5 stars. I called and they had openings with in two days. They sent reminder through texts. They showed up promptly at appointment time at my home and called my cell. I knew I made the right decision when I saw how much time they spent cleaning out my wife's SUV. While we don't have pets, we have the 3 girls and have had the car since they were toddlers and the back seats were horrible as there all sorts of old toys and food stains in the cushions in the back. They spent over 5 hours cleaning the interior!!! I was extremely impressed by the effort and hardworking. They also worked to retire my oxidized headlights which was becoming unsightly.
