They were extremely professional, COVID safe, and took time to get those tough stains out. We had a little hiccup where the car ran for too long while the detailer was trying to dry out the seats and ran out of gas, but he was so kind to give me a boost of gas enough to get me to a gas station and fill. I love how they ensure everything has been done perfectly before releasing the car to you, they even ask you if it is in the condition you wanted or if you want any other things better detailed before they go. I appreciated Sharp's accommodation in fitting us in on short notice, and their timely, efficient and friendly service. The service wasn't perfect however and my car was left with a bad smell. The employee I spoke to didn't provide a workable option to fix the situation when I called. The manager, Chris reached out personally and almost immediately in response to my (now deleted by me) previous negative review. Chris went above and beyond to make it right, and provided excellent service. Not only that, he obviously cares about his employees and made sure to listen to both sides and see the situation as a training opportunity. Wow. These guys are amazing. Car looks brand new. I had them detail 2006 BMW 325. They were on time and even called in advance to let me know they were arriving.They hammered this thing out in 4 hours. Car is spotless and absolutely amazing. I was going to sell the car but after this I am not sure anymore. It just looks so perfect. Interior is light tan, so gets a lot of spots but I cant find a single one anymore. It even smells like a brand new car. Engine compartment was covered in dirt, but now can literally pass as factory condition. Exterior is spotless and I didn't even think you could get it to that level anymore. Looks like they used a really good quality wax. Amazing for such a economical price if you compare to other rip offs out there. They are miracle workers and very reasonably priced. Companies that do this good of a job, for this length of time don't tend to make mistakes or compromise on quality of service. I received calls several times after the job to make sure it was done right from their costumer service. read more

Purchased the most expensive detail job to get mom's car ready to sell. I'm aghast at how little $400 got me. The exterior of the car is still dirty as the job was broken into two pieces with the detailer leaving early due to rain (it actually ended up raining two hours after he left) with the new plan being that he would come back to clean the interior of the car only to be left waiting around all day and get canceled on at the last minute multiple times. In the meantime the exterior grew dirty again. It was finally finished late last night a week and a half later but now the exterior is dirty again complete with bird droppings and the interior is better but still stained. I still tipped the guy because he was a very young kid and he did try very hard but...keep your money in your pocket. I'm moving my mom to a retirement village, meeting with lawyers to go over contracts, decluttering and packing her house, selling her house, finding and managing vendors to fix it up, buying the house, finding a property management company, finding mom all new doctors, and doing interviews from here for my next gig in LA all simultaneously, at no point in time did I think that getting her car washed to sell was going to be the hardest thing I was going to have to handle in the middle of all of this crazy, Jaysus. Where I'm from in LA, a city that most people can agree is far more expensive than anywhere in the DMV, a $400 job would garner you a damn near brand new looking car. Called them this morning around 8am. I had this odor in my car and I couldn't get rid of it no matter what. I paid for 400$ professional car detailing somewhere else and they still couldn't get the smell out. I had a friend recommend this place to me because he had them come to their house and he was impressed with the quality so I decided to give it a shot. They came to my house and got the minor detailing pieces first, outside and waxing i guess was done first. He let me know it will take two hours and a half to three hours to finish the whole process. I was very pleased with my car and the odor was completely gone! The wait was so worth it, I could not believe they got that smell out in such a short amount of time. I was amazed that this only cost 220$ as a final deal they gave me, as well as the costumer service call person already has my information and said if i am i repeat i will get further discounts, so this is great because i am definitely calling back. read more
