Time is money and Marcus did not hesitate to feed me as much knowledge I needed on my current car condition as well what he will focus on during the detailing. There was no jenky add on prices, this all came in the $330 detailing so the time taken to explain everything was unnecessary but extremely appreciated. Marcus' experience in the industry and luxury automobile industry Ferrari is apparent in his knowledge of cars, specific concerns for the current condition of my car, and what routes I can take to optimize my car. He clearly is also heavily networked in that niche community because he had plenty of great recommendations for body work and work on my rims If you love your car and want to bring your car to someone who will love your car as much as you do while it is in their hands, I would reach out for Marcus. Not a bad moment throughout the whole experience!

While we kept the car interior relatively clean during our drive, there were still snacks, crumbs and dirt from our boots that I didn't want to deal with. The outside of the car had a thousand squished bugs on it that a cheap car wash wouldn't have taken care of. I chose extreme detail based on their great reviews and I'm so glad I did! They have several guys working who are all really putting in the elbow grease to power wash, buff, vacuum and detail the cars. It was clear they work hard and pay attention to detail. My car looked sparkling and legitimately brand new when I picked it up. Well worth the money -- I will be using them again. Protip for finding them: they're in the Bed Bath & Beyond / Target parking garage on the P2 second level in the back left corner. They don't validate so come to them with an appointment scheduled and the plan to shop or walk around in the area.

The interior and exterior are consistently spotless, and my car genuinely feels like new after every visit. The value is also strong compared to other locations. The staff is consistently friendly, and the quality of service is reliable. I highly recommend them!

My car never had been detailed since I got it from the company more than 10 years ago. I decided to go with the Gold options. I left the car there and when I came back today to pick it up, I couldn't recognize it. It looks like a brand new car. Oh my god!!!! Wally did a fantastic job. I can't be happier with the result. When I pointed it out, I was basically told, "We just wipe off the dust." Excuse me?? Then what exactly am I paying $37 for? Here's the part that really got me: I went outside and wiped the sap off MYSELF in their parking lot. It took me literally THREE MINUTES and a little elbow grease. So please don't tell me it couldn't be removed. Your employees simply didn't want to do it. I asked for some type of resolution since I clearly didn't receive the service I paid for. They refused to give me a refund, a partial refund, a credit -- NOTHING. Not even a complimentary air freshener as a basic gesture of customer service. At that point, it wasn't even about the few dollars. It was the complete lack of effort to make the situation right. And apparently I wasn't the only unhappy customer. Right before me, another customer walked out visibly pissed off because they hadn't properly cleaned the inside of his car either. I should've known right then to leave. The customer service was just as disappointing as the wash. The woman at the front desk just smiled and acted completely unbothered while I explained the problem. No apology, no attempt to fix it, no concern whatsoever. You had TWO dissatisfied customers walk out within less than 30 minutes and apparently couldn't care less. I genuinely try to support local businesses instead of always giving my money to the big chains, but this is exactly how you lose customers. If I'm paying $37 to have my car cleaned, I shouldn't have to stand in YOUR parking lot afterward cleaning it myself. Every time I come here, there seems to be some kind of issue. I kept giving this place another chance because I wanted to support the business, but I'm done. Save your $37 and go somewhere else.
