In December, I received a solicitation to help Larry because he and her trainee were robbed, leaving Larry without tools to detail. No problem, I donated. Received a message that he would look out. I made an appointment two months ago, and Larry canceled because he still did not have his tools. I saw his picture on my PayPal, and figured I would look him up. A few weeks ago, my dog tore through the cover for the back seat I had purchased and I was left with no option (on a 4 hr car ride with two dogs and dog hair and dog slobber and dirt) but to let him sit, mud and hair and all, on my beautiful fabric seats. Thanks fucking god - I called Larry and he got me into his schedule in no time, I sent him the address, and we were ready to go. The day of, Larry texted me an hour before to let me know he was on his way with his colleague G, and they arrived to my car, I gave them the car key, and they were done in literally an hour. They made my seats sparkling new, even getting rid of all the pet hair (which I don't know how they managed). The car smelled great and looked great, and was almost like I had just gotten it. Found Larry through Yelp and could not be more impressed with his work. Larry is easy to communicate with and is very punctual. He was able to wash our SUV in the garage of our building. He does an incredible job detailing the car. I have an adventurous bulldog puppy and a very messy girlfriend so the car gets very dirty. Larry had the SUV looking sparkling clean. I found Larry on Yelp and I'm so glad I did. He came to my house and performed a mini-detail of my SUV for about $75. He used a "waterless" was system and at first I was skeptical. He spent well over 2 hours cleaning my car and I could not be happier. He was easy to communicate with, showed up on time, and promptly got to work. Larry is the man. We've been trying to schedule an appointment for a few days, but the weather kept messing with us. The whole time, Larry was easy to reach via email, responded quickly, and very flexible. Finally, the rain held off long enough today for him to come and wash my car. He rolled up right on time, in a green 1970s Cadillac. Literally 10 seconds later he gets down to work, I'm free to hit the treadmill, and that was that. About 1 HR later he shoots me a text that he's done. My car is black, so this spring's crazy pollen has really had its way with it. By the time Larry was finished, it looked brand new. I send him a message through his website and he rapidly came back to me by phone to fix the appointment (with lot of flexibility early in the morning or late evening). He then came to my house right on time and I just had to show him the car (parked in the street). A bit more than 1 hour and a half later, the car was perfectly cleaned inside out.
