I contracted with District Detail primarily for cleaning the car, but told them I'd be happy with whatever improvement could be made with the body paint. Got the car back literally sparkling inside and out and they made tremendous improvement with the paint - and they were even able to re-clip the front bumper skirt that had gotten snagged and pulled out of place years ago! Steven kindly offered to try an additional product on some of the spots of missing paint which I'll be taking the car back for. Pricing was great and they were FAST; car was in at 7am and done by 2pm (the last time I took my car in for interior detailing at a chain company, they took nearly 3 days!) And I got the appointment for just a couple days following my call. Highly recommend Steven's work and their great customer service - Check them out! The wheels and tires looked brand new, the interior was spotless, and the finish on the exterior was flawless. What really sets them apart is consistency. Every time I go back, they deliver that same "new car" look, feel, and even smell. It's honestly addictive. I've gotten so many compliments on how good my car looks, inside and out. They also hooked me up with a lifetime discount on detailing packages, which means I'm a regular now--and happily so. A quick tip for first-timers: they're located on the bottom level of a parking garage, so you'll need to grab a ticket to enter. Don't worry though--the team will take care of letting you out so you won't be charged for parking. If you're looking for a detailer that truly cares about their work and consistently delivers amazing results, Capitol Shine is it. Five stars all the way.

When I was first looking for a detailer, I looked at the online reviews and I was very impressed with the number of high quality reviews for this business. Those reviews certainly inspired a lot of confidence for me, so I contacted them to schedule a service, and not surprisingly, the representative I spoke to was accommodating and professional. Every time they've performed a detailing on my Jeep, they've done an exceptional job. I appreciate the care they've shown towards my vehicle, and they've paid close attention to details -- nothing was overlooked. In fact, after the gentleman finished detailing my Jeep today and showed me the work he'd done, he actually showed me the under-the-seat storage in the back that I had never even known was there before. Clearly, this man is detail-oriented. Yet again, he worked efficiently, and spoke to me courteously. Grateful to have found this business, I plan to continue working with them regularly in the future.

Our seats aren't particularly gross, but I appreciated getting them vacuumed up and tidied, and not having to remove the seats prior to the service. Overall, the team seems great and I'd use them again.
