Springfield, VA - My headliner was coming apart from the interior of my 2011 Volkswagen and I knew it would begin to look like a circus tent so I searched for a solution. I requested an estimate via the Yelp app and received a response very quickly. Within a couple of weeks Matt scheduled my appointment. Upon entering my vehicle for the first time I was impressed. My car looked like brand new! They matched the fabric perfectly!! Matt and his Dad who owns the shop clearly take pride in their work. They work with all kinds of cars from every-day workhorses like mine to beautiful antique autos. Their work is warranted as well which I appreciated and the price I paid was a good value. If you need upholstery done be sure to check them out. read more

I have an Audi A4 convertible that's almost 20 years old, and the original fabric convertible top was in pretty bad shape. It was no longer sealed tightly around the back window, so whenever it rained, I had to put a car cover over the car and hope moisture didn't get into the backseat. Needless to say, it was not ideal! I reached out to Matt at Seatco about getting a replacement top, and he sent me a quote right away. The price was very reasonable, and he told me the new top would be basically identical to the original manufacturer top. Matt ordered it quickly, and once it came in, I brought my car in for the installation. They finished the job incredibly fast--it only took two days! When I came back to pick up my car, my jaw dropped. It looked beautiful! The new top was a perfect match, and best of all, it keeps the rain out and has made my car functional again. Because they did such a great job with the top, I also had them replace two panels of worn-out leather in my backseat. The black leather they used was a near-perfect match, and it looks awesome! I really can't say enough great things about Seatco. They're friendly, professional, fast, and do excellent upholstery work. Highly recommend them! read more

I had my 2013 Highlander for a few years and one day a puddle of water appeared on the driver side floor mat. I took it to my local mechanic and they cleaned the cowel under the windshield and snaked the sunroof. While it slowed the leak, it'd still leak after a rainstorm, even with mild rains. Someone told me about Seatco and I took it there for an estimate and left it for couple of days. They took out some other areas which cleared the leaks! We had a major storm couple of days ago and NO leaks! So if you have any water leaks or issues inside your car I would definitely recommend Seatco! read more

Was very pleased. Mike explained the job over the phone and gave me a price. Seatco is in a very huge industrial park so a little difficult to find but I maps and got there. Mike even helped me understand how to order an Uber to get home. They finished on time. The price quoted was the price I paid all the workers were extremely polite. I absolutely recommend this place! We had an issue with our sunroof not closing no matter how many times we tried. We called the dealership to schedule an appointment and they had no availability until mid October smh. Our only options were to find a local place to take a look, many places we went to were closed or closing it being only 5pm. We search around and found Seatco who were still opened! From the first hello extremely friendly atmosphere. He came out to take a look at the vehicle,he first tried to close it and ironically it worked lol. Then he tired again and the problem was still there. After a few looks around there was a pen stuck in the socket. Huge headache all from a pen Appreciate this guy effort and help super cool talking to him and helping us out, he's officially a brother to me read more

I worked with Matthew who clearly explained the different choices to repair my roof on a 2012 Mustang. We chose to replace the roof with a top we ordered, and which SEATCO installed. I'm a repeat customer, although first time I used this company was in 1995. They did great work then and still today. I needed work on the worn out drivers seat of my 2016 Camry. Matt was great to deal with. Will definitely go back if I need any more work in the future! read more

If I ever need seat work done in the future, Seatco is where I'll be coming back to. Matt was very patient and worked with me on various seat issues I was having with my old classic car. I needed to get my rear seats done and he gave me a few options. After deciding which way to go Matt was in constant communication and made me feel comfortable with my decision. Work was promised to be completed on drop off day and he stayed true to his word. 5 stars for a job well done. Thanks again Matt. read more

I previously rated Seatco highly, but mistakenly stated they offer a 10-year warranty. That was intended to be a 1-year warranty. Otherwise, my five Star "excellent" review stands. Best place in the area for auto upholstery needs! read more

Seatco, worked on my front passenger seat, replacing the whole unit after finding out that the frame was fractured and damage from some unknown reason. They gave me option from just replacing the leather seat material, replacing the seat with a used model to brand new. They even fixed the seat warmer sensor that went bad on the original seat. I asked them to repair the wear and tear of the rear seat and replace the seat belt buckle. Every thing was top notch and brought the project under budget. I highly recommend Seatco for its superior service and product. read more

My husband and I can't praise SeatCo enough for their insight, patience, and understanding in dealing with an intractible odor in the interior of our car. Matt not only informed us that the remediation cost might be covered by our insurance (it was), he also shepherded our car and us through the very lengthy assessment process--even before SeatCo got to work on the car! We appreciate the effort he and the entire SeatCo team took with our Prius more than we can say. read more

A very un responsable business. After waiting for half a year and getting lots of BS, from Matt, I'm taking my business somewhere else...they don't give S___T, if you have a small job If you look at your reviews. I'm not the only one in the same situation read more

A quality product. Honest, too. I had my auto interior rain soaked and ruined by a broken window. They fixed it, found shortcomings in others work, too. But I misplaced some valuable coins, I gave up looking for them. Turns out they were lost in the car somewhere- they found them and put them in a bag with other stuff they thought I needed. That impressed me / they could have kept them and I would not have know. So lots of points for the honesty read more

I dropped off my seats at Seatco on a Tuesday and picked them up Thursday morning. They are VW Eurovan seats that I mated to my VW Vanagon Westfalia. I provided my own seat covers so I was only paying for the install. Matt quoted me a fair price and their labor rates are on par with a lot of shops. They even called me on Wednesday because they encountered a defect in the seat covers and asked that I come in. From what I saw it was minor and I told them to proceed. They are perfectionists here and take pride in their work. They didn't want to install a subpar cover, but I was fine with it and appreciated them contacting me. Not only do they work on high end cars, they can fix interior issues on everyday vehicles. I read more

I requested information on repairing a leather seat in my car in early December. Matt responded quickly with a figure and asked that I come in for him to evaluate the tear. He explained that they don't repair the small rip but asked if he could cut a sample to order the materials. Matt requested a week to gather the information as he was taking a long weekend. After calling several times to follow up, Matt has yet to return my calls, leaving me with a hole in my seat rather than a small rip. That said, I am unable to rate the business on quality of work, as they have yet to follow up after 7 weeks. read more

Our Lexus RX350 was really showing its age with both front seats being worn and cracked. The price for replacement OEM seat covers from Lexis was in the thousands. Based on Yelp reviews, we ended up at Seatco and I couldn't have been more pleased. I met with Matt and he explained all the options to fix the seats. I ended up having them replace the severely damaged areas, recondition and re-dye all other areas . The results were nothing short of miraculous. The seats look brand new. I also have to say the quality of the replacement leather is better then the original. It feels thicker and much more durable. I would highly recommend Seatco for any type of seat repair for your vehicle. These are the before and after photos- read more

Ignore all of the references here. I chose this place because of the Yelp reviews. I wanted a new leather interior for my truck. They couldn't be bothered to talk to me. Disclaimer: this review is purely for customer service!! Honestly I got tired of writing reviews a while back. It's the problem with going to too many places, and accruing a massive backlog. So the fact that I'm writing a review, for a place I've never been to no less, is fairly new to me as well. I am currently entertaining playing around with custom car parts, and accidentally sent Matt a message on yelp (yelp you fail at suggesting related shops). He doesn't run an auto body shop, and still was the only one that not only sent me a message with suggestions of shops around the area I should reach out to in a message. He also followed up with a call. All this for a person who he knew wouldn't be paying for his services #faithinhumanityrestored. If he's willing to go to these lengths for a non-potential-customer, I can only imagine the lengths he would go to for his actual customers. If you need anything done upholstery related, I would check here first. Cause I know I certainly will be. Thanks Matt!! read more
