Pollet has done a few projects on my 2004 Volvo over the years - leather seat repair, headliner replacement. Recently did seat restoration - with plaid - see photo. Terrific results every time.

After trying to find a place to repair my '04 VW GTI door panel, I scheduled an appointment with Pollett Automotive. Dropped my car off in the morning and done same day. They let me keep it there overnight to pick up next day. Looks great and fair prices given economics. Bonus points for being accessible off Vienna WMATA and regional bus routes.

Fantastic shop and very fair prices! They repaired the driver's seat in my Jeep which had a large rip and another small tear. Doug got me the best price on a replacement cover (calling to price out both an OEM Jeep cover and a Katzkins aftermarket); we wound up going with the aftermarket, which matches the original perfectly. The job was done quickly and looks fantastic.

Excellent workmanship. Honest owner. Doug and his team replaced my worn original leather front seat covers and foam pads. I provided new OEM pads and aftermarket leather replacements. The installation turned out to be exceptional. The front seats look and feel as if it was a brand new truck. The leather is tight fitted and there is no loose or sag anywhere. The result of the work is as OEM as you can possibly get. Doug also cleaned the carpet stains underneath the chairs and made a minor modification to the foam. He retained and placed all the original foam and leather in two boxes. The installation price was fair and reasonable. Scheduling was easy. First visit included Doug accessing the leather interior and providing a labor quote. Instead of replacing a single piece of leather, he recommended replacing the entire seat, which would have been more cost effective. I decided to replace the front two seats to color match the interior. Doug was flexible with me changing the original appointment due to a delay for some parts. The shop was clean and there is adequate parking. The estimated completion time was two days but Doug completed the work in one. He took the time to get to know your vehicle and after chatting with him you can tell he was passionate with his craft. If you need leather upholstery work in Northern VA, give Doug a call. I will be returning to replace the rear seat covers.

I had them redo a set of 24-year-old sunvisors on a classic car, they did a great job.

Doug and the Pollet team did a fantastic job on reupholstering the headliner on our vintage Etype Jaguar. He was responsive, accommodating and very skilled at his craft, which was done quickly. We were impressed by all the fabrics he had in the shop. The one we chose is good quality and looks great. Reasonable prices too. You don't trust work on a car like this to everyone, so were glad to find Doug! We will definitely go back when we need other work.

My car was flooding after heavy rains and I started shopping for someone to help fix the problem. After a few calls someone referred me to Pollet's. I called and spoke to the owner Doug. I came by the shop and he looked at the car and gave me an estimate and time frame. He was able to fix my car on schedule and keep the price he quoted. I'm happy and my car is staying dry. I would definitely recommend this shop if you're having water leaks or if you need upholstery work.

Backrest was fitted and functional better than from original manufacturer!

Our 2009 VW Rabbit headliner separated from the roof. Pollet quoted a fair price and offered fast and excellent service.

It was no longer sealed tightly around the back window, so whenever it rained, I had to put a car cover over the car and hope moisture didn't get into the backseat. Needless to say, it was not ideal! I reached out to Matt at Seatco about getting a replacement top, and he sent me a quote right away. The price was very reasonable, and he told me the new top would be basically identical to the original manufacturer top. Matt ordered it quickly, and once it came in, I brought my car in for the installation. They finished the job incredibly fast--it only took two days! When I came back to pick up my car, my jaw dropped. It looked beautiful! The new top was a perfect match, and best of all, it keeps the rain out and has made my car functional again. Because they did such a great job with the top, I also had them replace two panels of worn-out leather in my backseat. The black leather they used was a near-perfect match, and it looks awesome! I really can't say enough great things about Seatco. They're friendly, professional, fast, and do excellent upholstery work. Highly recommend them!

I took it to my local mechanic and they cleaned the cowel under the windshield and snaked the sunroof. While it slowed the leak, it'd still leak after a rainstorm, even with mild rains. I have a 2004 Toyota Solara that I inherited, and the soft top clearly hadn't been replaced before. They communicated well throughout the process, and I'd recommend coming in ahead of time so they can assess exactly what you'll need. In my case, they let me know I needed a rain gutter along with the replacement. They were also willing to install the top I provided (with the understanding that it wouldn't come with a warranty), which I appreciated. On top of that, they stayed after hours so I could pick up my car, which meant a lot. I know how much that can impact someone's day. The reason for 4 stars is that part of the interior lining came loose a few days after the installation. I got it done April 10th. I was able to fix one section, but not the rear. I do understand that since the top was provided and had been sitting uninstalled, some issues may come up. I've reached out and am waiting to hear back, and I'll update this review based on how that experience goes. Update (April 13th): I wanted to update my review--I'm really happy with how this was handled. I was able to come in the same day, and they fixed the interior lining perfectly. I forgot to add that day of they discovered I needed a new passenger side tension cable and they got it done on time ontop of the original service. They explained that the top I provided had excess fabric on the backing, which is what prevented the rear section from attaching properly. They also took a look at the middle section and let me know that if it comes loose again, they can secure it further with screws to prevent future issues. I really appreciate that they worked with the parts I brought and still made everything come together correctly. That kind of flexibility goes a long way. I also asked about getting some work done on my leather seats out of curiosity, and they gave me a solid quote along with options; either sourcing parts myself or going through them. Overall, I'll definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you again!
