My husband hit a column in a garage and broke the mirror off of our Jeep Rubicon and called a few places for quotes. Auto body World was one of the few that actually responded in a timely manner. I came to his shop, David looked the car, gave us a quote and advised me on the best options. He also gave me take to cover the whole where the mirror was supposed to be - so water wouldn't enter if it rained. In a little over a week they got the parts (considering supply chain issues), painted and gave us back our Rubicon - good as new. They saved us a ton of $$ by properly matching the paint color. I keep looking to see if I notice a difference in all angles and different lighting. Nope- can't tell it's a different door or that is been painted. Nice job! So I finally take my car in to get it fixed. Danny was very accomodating from the very beginning and even help reattached my bumper back on as a courtesy. Took like 2 minutes, but made a world of difference as far as driving a crunched up car back home to make up my mind whether to fix it or total it. Insurance company wanted to total it, but I knew in my heart, my baby was still good for another 100K miles. I told Danny that I didn't want to sink a lot of money into it (since I was paying out of pocket), and getting it back to showcase quality was not what I was looking for, but just enough of a fix to get it back to looking like a 10 year old car. Apparently he allowed me to order after market parts (instead of OEM parts) and have it sent directly to his shop...because they would be cheaper and customized. Instead of a stock hood, I ordered a carbon fiber hood, and replaced the OEM headlights with projector style lights with halos. He did all the internal work such as the upper tie bar, AC compressor, etc. It's probably safe to say he didn't make a big profit (or even a little one at that), but one thing he did make was a huge fan. Didn't cost me an arm or a leg, or my first born child for that matter, and I am very happy with the work. If you need work done, I would certainly recommend at least giving him a call to get an estimate. He was very honest with me and best of all not pushy with the oversell (ie.- you gotta replace this and that, and this and that as well, etc. etc.) read more

TL;DR - these guys do high quality work, are trustworthy, and complete work quickly. 10/10, highly recommend. We scratched our Rav 4 backing out of the driveway, which went completely down the right side of the car. It was too deep to buff out with a rag, so I had to get the doors repainted at a shop. I got quotes from 3 places: my dealership, a collision specialist near my house and Auto Body World. The quotes were: $1,900 from the dealership, $1,500 from the collision specialist (who was "doing me a favor" with that price), and $810 from Auto Body World. I was wary of choosing Auto Body World since the price was so much lower, but their reviews gave me confidence. And boy am I glad I did! I picked up the car today and it looks absolutely awesome; you can't even tell there was ever a scratch. And I am blown away they were able to turn it around in just one day. Considering the other shops were quoting 4 to 5 days as the turnaround time, that is an absolute win. Dave, who was my point of contact throughout the process, is a great guy and gave helpful answers to all of my questions. I really appreciated how he walked me through the entire process, and that he explained how there might be additional charges due to a piece that might break during repair (it didn't). Based off the reviews, I brought my car in for repair from an accident that I had earlier this year. I spoke with Danny over the phone and sent him pictures of the damage via email to get a quote. I liked that they give you quotes prior to you bringing your car in to give an idea of what the cost would be. Overall, the service was great. They did a wonderful job on my car and I love how they offer a lifetime warranty on their services. I would say that the only issue that I had was the lack of communication. I had to keep calling them to get updates about my car and when they would expect for it to be ready. I know that their intentions were good but it would've been nice to have been contacted. I found David to be sincere and real; I cannot stand sales BS and upsells and detected none. So after reading multiple persuasive reviews here, I asked him to repair my car. Even though it is no longer an ongoing dispute, the lack of ethics on the part of management is appalling and I feel it my civic duty to share this with other potential customers. Briefly, the paint job looked great for the first couple of years, then, unaccountably, it started peeling. When it became obvious that a cheap sealer was used and that was the reason for the peeling, I took it back, certain that they would do the right thing and redo it. Alas, they would not. But what I found most unethical was the 4 months long run-around I got, instead of a straight forward "NO, we are not redoing it, its been too long". It's ironic Danny and the owner have religious materials on display, trying to convey adherence to a higher moral ground. Yet, when it came to righting a wrong and correcting a job that looked good for a couple of years before falling apart, they failed miserably to live up to the pious image they try to project. Danny was especially adept at evasiveness, leading me on for months before finally announcing the paint job was not going to be corrected at all . It was too late to file a complaint. read more
