Large check in area, several kind ladies who answer all your questions and understand your dilemmas. The owner himself performs checks on vehicles, they work hard and know what they are doing. I've come here after an accident and within a few days all was taken care of, they have a rental spot in the same place and they set me up without any hassles. Most recently, I came for a quote from damage I sustained getting a service done elsewhere and they took care of it easily and even offered to print out multiples in case I wanted to consider a rental charge as well. Save your money and go somewhere else. I had my roof painted here less than a year ago. Getting the job done at all took two months of back and forth, and I left thinking I'd finally gotten a decent result. I hadn't. I covered the car for two weeks while I traveled, and when I came back the paint was bubbling, a clear sign of a bad prep job, not anything I did. When I brought it back, they refused to cover it under their own warranty. No inspection, no repair, no partial credit. The manager offered nothing. A warranty you won't honor is just marketing. So I paid full price for work that failed inside a year and got no recourse. MAACO would have charged me less and done it better. Whatever you're quoted here, factor in that there is no real guarantee behind it. Do not waste your money. read more

This place was on the list from my insurance company. I was skeptical but the paperwork said the work was guaranteed. Everyone I met there was so kind. The men held the door open to let me walk through - just one example. When I picked up my car - it looked better than when I bought it. The young lady who went to get it for me didn't just hand me the keys and point to where the car was - which is what I was expecting. She walked me out to my car, explained a few things including that the work was guaranteed - which was very nice. I had to sit in the waiting area for a bit waiting for my ride when I dropped off the car and I could see that this group of people isn't just a well oiled team but it's more like a family and the workers appear to feel like they are there to "help people"! Not something you see very often anymore! So, why only 4 stars? The first few calls I got were made 15 mins before they closed. Every time I had to call back - they were closed. That was frustrating. The first time they called and said that they were waiting on a part. Then they called back about 45 mins later to say all the parts were there and I should call back to set up a time to drop off the car on Monday. Office closed when I called back. I called back Monday morning to bring it in and was told that not all the parts were there and she would call back around 1. She must have gotten busy because I didn't hear back until hours after that. But I was unable to bring in the car the rest of that week so it was a whole week before I could bring it in. So someone didn't enter the notes that all the parts were in or I could have dropped it off on that first Monday. This was a big disappointment. read more

Brought my car in for an estimate to have a big dent in the wing door of my car. I told the adjuster, Berlin,that I didn't know if I would use insurance or pay out of pocket. Called back after I made the decision to use insurance. Dropped the car off and he said four days. On day five he tells me that they were waiting on a part for the back end of my car. The insurance company sent the wrong paperwork so instead of calling me or the insurance company, they fabricated $1800+ of bogus repairs! Meanwhile the big dent in the door is still there! My insurance agent straightened it out with his company. One phone call from the adjuster would have fixed everything. They had my car for 12 days. Look elsewhere. read more

My rear passenger window was shattered due to debris on I66 in February of 2020. My insurance coordinated replacing the window with Nova Collision Center. Dropped the car off 2/23/2020. One of the important details in replacing the rear passenger window was installing matching tint. I made sure this was clear and provided the exact tint (Huper Optik Ceramic Tint) for them to replace- USAA had documented the tint for the claim. Flash forward to today after taking a photo of the car while in the blue ridge. Can you spot the window with the wrong tint? Embarrassingly, I never realized this until now, as I have been pretty limited in using the car during the pandemic, but it was so obvious when I took this photo. It is not as obvious otherwise. Why it is obvious? It's not ceramic. This shop used a cheaper tint to make money on the claim. I will be letting USAA know that this collision center is not reliable and providing the same photo to them. read more

This shop used to be one of the best around the area but it looks like they ran out of business after Covid and someone else took the ownership and since then, it's not what it used to be. Dropped off a car for rear collision repair and it was disaster. Body Lines did not match up, over spray, non stop squeaking noise because they did not put the get back right, and paint job was terrible. Granted they did take the car back and re did it but wasted lot of time. I was going to leave it as it is and not leave a review but I don't think they are doing the business right. They seem to be purposely avoiding claims that was done by specific insurance claim. Oh, I forgot to add few more things. People who work in the office is very professional, smoking vape when kids around. Maybe try to wear something professional when office is visible to customers? read more

TL;DR: Honest, fast, affordable Great great auto shop!! Came in here for a state inspection. I knew something was wrong with one of my tires, which I mentioned to them. Inspection took about 30 minutes, and I failed as expected. The person who inspected my car was able to explain everything that was wrong with it and was very patient when I asked some follow up questions. He was able to give me quotes on all services but was not pushy AT ALL about having me get it fixed there. After receiving some quotes from other shops, it was very clear that Nova Collision Center had the best and most competitive prices for parts + labor. I needed brake pad replacement and one tire replaced to pass inspection, but I opted to get all 4 tires replaced. I dropped my car off on a Friday afternoon, and my car was ready to pick up by Saturday afternoon. I'm not sure if they take appointments, but when you stop by, they will be very honest about how long service will take, so you won't be waiting around endlessly or you can come back when you have more time. I have had bad luck with auto shops because I have had shops who try to take advantage of individuals they feel don't know about cars. So I'm so happy to have found this place. read more

I called to make an appointment asking how much a full synthetic oil change would cost. The first person I talked to sounded unsure of anything and then told me they think it's $81? Then asked me what kind of car I had (???) and then said "yeah it's $81". That didn't sound right to me because that's such an odd number. My gf has gotten an oil change here before and told me it was $60 for a full synthetic. I called them back 30m later and got another person on the line and they told me it was $60 to get it done and so I confirmed an appointment with them after that. I'm going to give the first person I talked to the benefit of doubt since that person could've been new. Once I got there, everything was smooth & fast. It took about 20-30m for an oil change. 5/5 stars just cause I know they're reliable and honest for oil changes (just had to confirm w/ someone else after my first interaction) compared to other places. read more

My break service light was on after i changed my four tires and alignment here. So i talked to the service guy and I brought my car in to check. He says one of my sensor is bad so i have to replace it. I asked if its under warranty and he says no( i had my rotor and pads changed here in jan/22) Then he said that i only have to pay for the sensor not the labor. So i agreed. Few days later i came back and he changed my sensor and tells me i have to pay for both part and labor. I argued what he said about no labor charge he mentioned few days ago. The estimator, Richard, who I was unfortunate enough to be assigned, was horrible. His attitude, communication, and professionalism were nonexistent. When I initially dropped my vehicle off I was told no repairs would begin until the supplement was approved. However, the morning of 6/13/24, I needed my vehicle for a weekend rental, so I called and asked to reschedule the repairs. After agreeing to pay the labor cost for reinstalling the parts, Richard had work started on my vehicle without authorization. At this point Turo had not paid for the damages yet, and I needed my vehicle. At this point I have Richard telling me I would need to pay 1,443 out of pocket to have my vehicle released. One of the managers, Douglas, spoke with me and said he could have it released based on the initial estimate. I did not receive a call when my vehicle was done and showed up before close to find Richard on his phone scrolling at his desk. My vehicle had been done for over an hour. When I received my vehicle my door handle was damaged, and Richard mumbled that "it was like that when we received it...go talk to Douglas". Went in for a state inspection, ended up taking around 2 hours. First, apparently came in during their lunch break which there was no indication of either through their automated phone system or through any signage at the office. Second, no one notified me when the service was done. Was the only person waiting in the office and they didn't bother to let me know that my car was ready - had to go up to the desk and ask what the status was. Ended up wasting an hour of my life. I took my 3 year old Toyota 4runner to get an estimate on body damage due to road debris that hit my car on the highway. They told me to just come in to get an estimate and that I didn't need to schedule an appointment. I got there at 5:10pm on a Friday (they close at 6pm), they gave me an estimate and said that if I had some time they could try to fix the damages right then. I was surprised that they would be willing to try to repair my car right then. They were able to resolve my issue and I was able to get my car and leave the place by 6:02pm. They were very focused on customer service and satisfaction and they were extremely responsive. The previous estimate I got from body shop was more than double the estimate I was quoted from Nova Collision and I was told it would take a week to repair. The great thing about Nova Collision is that they were thinking about what could be repaired, instead of replacing everything. They go above and beyond! In the past , I've always been worried about mechanics taking advantage of the fact that Im a single female that doesn't know anything about cars. I've been tricked, manipulated, and ripped off big time before. The thing I love about this place is that I dont feel that way at all when I come here! Just as an example, today when my car was ready, it was parked farther in the parking lot and was pouring down rain. Just as I went to walk out to my car, Steven sees me and says no, wait, I'll get it for you. He gets my keys, walks in the pouring rain and backs the car right up to me so I didn't get soaking wet.
