I think that they run a racket on the tesla loaners and charge the insurance with luxury rentals. Their main focus was to secure as much money they could procure for themselves ignoring all the requests of the customers. Suddenly, on December 5, they emailed demanding the loaner back immediately and threatened a police report for "failure to return a rental vehicle." I called their rep (Alfonso), who said he would extend the loaner--he never followed up. That evening, the loaner was remotely disabled (Valet Mode) while I was driving, stranding me overnight in 20°F snowy/rainy weather on a busy DC street. I had to pay for towing myself to avoid freezing. The next morning (December 6), they called police (Rockville and Prince George's County), claiming I failed to return the rental. They also told officers my Florida license was "fake" or fraudulent. Police cleared me immediately. I repeatedly explained my disabilities (immune-compromised, OCD, ADHD, anxiety) and asked for accommodations to get my medication and belongings from the loaner (less than ¼ mile away at a friend's house). They refused and left me stranded without transportation or meds ever since. Now they demand over $14,000 in storage/rental fees--almost as much as the repair estimate--yet no work was ever done on my car. I have video, emails, bills, and records. This was unsafe, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Avoid if you value safety and clear communication.

He came to my place but added an extra $25 to the original quote for fuel costs. I agreed, as long as he did a good job. It took him about 20 minutes to remove the dent. However, the interior of the hood had some paint removed. While the ding was gone, a visible line remained at certain angles. He claimed this was due to the hood being aluminum and that he couldn't get it perfect. Another place quoted me more and said its 1-2 hours for the job, and I believe they would have done it right. If you want perfection, he's not your guy. The fix was better than the golf ball-sized dent, and the line is only visible at the right angle. I can live with it, but I'd rather pay a bit more for a perfect result.
