I also feel as though they were particularly honest and forthcoming with me regarding all the particulars, a feeling I didn't get about other businesses like Auto Body World and D&V. He guaranteed me that they'd do it for less than a certain price even though they couldn't be completely sure of the extent of the damage. It ended up being exactly that price, but it was still less than others had quoted, and the repair is flawless as far as I'm concerned. Technically, there's a tiny (2mm) dent in the corner of my door, and he offered to fix it, but I didn't have the time at the moment. He says the repairs are guaranteed, so I'm confident that if there are any issues with it, it won't be a problem. In the event that anything negative crops up, I'll update this review. I particularly appreciate him getting done earlier than expected (saved me a day of car rental fees) and on-budget. I'll be recommending Z to all my friends. Edit: A few weeks after I got it back, I noticed a whistle coming from what I thought was the corner of the car they'd repaired. After talking to the owner and them doing testing for quite a while, they pinpointed the whistle to the outside in a different corner. This wasn't them trying to throw blame at someone else - from every seat but the driver's, it was clearly coming from the other corner, but not the driver seat. Nonetheless, they gave me lots of advice for looking into it and didn't charge me despite spending hours of their time and expertise looking into it and trying to replicate it (it only shows up under certain circumstances). They were extremely helpful as far as making said process easy for me, too - the owner even picked up my car from my work so I didn't have to figure out a rental while they were looking at it.
