Sam's Towing accepted a roadside request for assistance by me through USAA at 9:15am this morning. Sam's advised they dispatched a driver to my wife's location at 10:30am, 1 hour and 15 minutes later! Then, at 10:53am, Sam's advised they would not be coming with no further information. My wife was in an unsafe location waiting roadside, and this experience was lengthened a total of 1 hour and 38 minutes by Sam's Towing. They were clearly screening her calls because they answered initially to provide a status but thereafter sent our calls directly to voicemail. They are irresponsible, careless, and extremely unprofessional. read more

Great work on fixing a dent and scrapes to my fender and bumper! I was, however, disappointed at how filthy my car was at pick up. Especially after reading some folks had their car detailed upon picking up. I spent almost 2k fixing my vehicle here and I dropped it off clean and picked it up absolutely filthy. No attempt was made to even wipe the dirty shoe marks from my carpet! Never have I dropped a vehicle somewhere and picked it up looking that bad. They clearly did not care. Will I take it personally? Nope, but it definitely made me change my mind about spending money on future repairs here. What a shame. read more

From all the gushing reviews I came in with high expectations and they somehow still a managed to exceed them! Fuad gave a reasonable quote ($800) that was better than the others we collected from nearby auto body shops. The car looks brand new! I'm amazed with the quality of work and the speed. We got the car back within 24 hours and it looks perfect. The scratches (not pictured) and bump are completely repaired and my car has never looked better! They even waxed and cleaned the interior. They did such a great job and have a wonderful, friendly staff. I haven't seen any shop match their all around incredible experience in the area. I came here on Saturday and dropped off my car after an accident bent my door and bumper out of shape. My front bumper had been cracked and was slowly coming off to the point where sometimes I would have to pop it back into place. I finally decided go get it fixed and bought an after market bumper. After looking up a lot of auto body shops I chose Sam's because of the reviews. I met with Sam and he gave me a great estimate to use the part I brought and to paint my car. The front desk was very helpful and kept in touch with me about the progress. It turned out that the part I bought was a complete waste (didn't fit properly and was cheaply made) so Sam used one of his bumpers from his shop and only charged labor. My car looks amazing and he cleared my headlights for free. I was also surprised that this only took 24 hours especially around New Years. I'll be coming back for other dings and scratches and would recommend Sam's 100%. read more

Modern soft bumpers are difficult with which to work, and in moving some equipment that didn't belong in a car, scratched the pretty paint on the bumper. Sam's was easily the best place I've encountered for work such as this - easy to talk to, know what they're doing, and stand by their estimates. The work done, the car looks as new. Well done ! Of course, staff change, and as of this writing, the young woman answering the phone is so helpful, and mindful -- easily dealing with some coordination that needed to be made between my wife and me. One other thing one doesn't always consider and another plus for Sam's: sometimes when there is damage - in this case a cracked windshield - Sam's facilitated the windshield person visiting Sam's to view the car in order to ensure the correct part would be ordered. And their bill was so reasonable, it was under my deductible for insurance, I didn't have to make a claim and potentially face higher rates. Highly recommend Sam's. read more

This review is in regards to body work. Please do not believe these other reviews. I'm not sure why my experience has been so awful, but I am extremely disappointed. After all, I chose this body shop, which is out of my insurance company's network, because of the quality of these reviews. They are poor at communicating and don't call when they say they will. When you do call them, they will give you one word cryptic answers. They have had my car for 6 weeks. They should have neer taken it in if they did not have all of the parts ordered and ready to go. I went to pick it up, and the work was not acceptable. They had not replaced parts that they were supposed to and the paint was bubbled. They might do a good job with small jobs, but my larger job seemed to be beyond their realm. I refuse to consider my car "finished" until it is perfect.
