My car hit or went over a deer at night and I contacted insurance... Elden collision repair helped fix up my car like brand new... while I rented out a car at Enterprise in the meantime.. Car was done in about 2-3 weeks, and I went by when they called, and they did a quick inspection and walk thru of what they fixed etc. Only thing there was a 500$ out of pocket deductible charge that I had to pay, but at least rest of it was covered by my insurance. I came here because they had great reviews online. They were one of the only shops in the area that seemed to have a decent amount of availability. Work: I got my Audi A5 2021 convertible prestige fixed on the driver side after a dump truck hit my vehicle. The repairs to get the panels replaced on the driver side with all new verified manufacture parts and labor was $17,000. I didn't have to deal with insurance, they dealt with the insurance company directly. They ultimately did amazing amazing job with the car, it's looks like nothing happened. Behzad was the person we frequently spoke to and does the scheduling. He was an upfront and really nice guy!!! When I got my car back after the repairs it was dirty with oil and paint stains all throughout the vehicle. They also needed to take the car back due to a light coming on that needed recalibration and an additional part for the seatbelt in the backseat. He was responsive and quickly scheduled and coordinated everything. He took care of all my complaints with the car not being cleaned properly after the repairs. If you work with anyone work with him! Personally, I don't think I should've had to ask them to clean up the mess they made in the vehso that's why I'm giving 4/5 stars. read more

I cannot say enough positive things about this company. They are very straight forward and commit to the deadline they set (my car was done ahead of schedule in my case but this may not be standard practice). The funny part of this was they were the cheapest quote. As a result, I was very suspicious and wanted to meet the owner. I called ahead and the owner literally answered the phone and told me to come by whenever. I decided to drop by and after speaking with the owner for nearly an hour, reviewing the shop and recently finished cars waiting to be picked up I decided to hand them the keys. I've lived in the area for decades and (unfortunately) have used many other highly rated autobody shops. I learned the hard way that auto body requires an unreasonable amount attention to detail and additional processes (like post wash wet sanding) to create the closest paint quality to the factory. Most business simply will not compromise profit to take these excessive steps. Elden collision is an example of a business not ran to maximize the bottom line. I originally found out about them a few years ago when I was rear-ended, after getting a couple estimates I settled on Elden Collision and was very pleased with the results. No sign at all of the damage when they were done, quick service, and best of all the cost was VERY reasonable, especially for the area. My story doesn't end here though, as I got a new car a few months ago and needed somewhere to get some paint work done on an aftermarket bumper and side skirts + some blending of some shoddy paint work by the previous owner. I was a little nervous honestly, but once again the work was outstanding, quality was great, quick, and great value. I recently hit a deer in my Hyundai Kona; or should I say a deer hit me!? The incident created body damage to the driver's side of my car. It's always a bit risky trying a new paint and body shop. Based on all the other reviews, I decided to get an estimate. Behzad was super helpful from the start, happy to show me around the well-equipped shop, and also there to answer questions. I brought my precious (to me) black Mercedes SLK300 in to have them repair a small dent, but in a very visible spot on my roof rail. I can't speak for the work they do because I never got that far. I called to see if I could schedule an estimate and the person on the other line barely can be said to have even answered the phone. I had no clue who I spoke to, and it wasn't until I said "hello?" did the man say I called Elden collision center. I tried to explain what had happened to my car and that I needed an estimate and he cut off my sentence before I even finished speaking and said they don't have any availability until March, which is past the time the store said they'll keep my claim open. I can't imagine if they are this brusque and impatient when they don't even have your business yet how they would behave if they have possession of your car. Obviously you never want to be in a situation where your car needs bodywork, but if you are Eden Collision is where you want to take it. My vehicle was backed into in a parking lot as I was walking up to get in! After speaking to my insurance company and looking at their preferred options I did my own research and found Eden. I called and explained what had happened and was immediately given an appointment to bring my car in for an estimate. Let me say this shop was courteous and professional from the moment they picked up the phone, which was on the second ring. No waiting on hold. No leaving a message. Immediate response. Bringing the car in for an estimate was similarly trouble free. It took about 15 minutes, no waiting and everything was sent directly to my insurance company. The estimate seemed very fair for the amount of work (a whole door assembly and side view mirror needed replacing) and the shop called ME to schedule the repairs as soon as the estimate was approved. I was offered a rental car in advance of drop off, the work was completed ahead of the estimated time frame and I was kept in the loop every step of the way. When the car was completed it looked even better than if nothing had ever happened to it. The whole car was cleaned inside and out and the paint was blended absolutely seamlessly. I have never had a better experience anywhere with any automotive repair of any type. Eden took all the burden off my shoulders made the entire process seamless and did an absolutely excellent job. I took my prized old Acura to Elden, to assess damage to my left front fender caused by an unfortunate encounter with a very tall curb. The car was repaired perfectly, at a fair price. The fender had to be painted and the paint is blended perfectly. Two other cosmetic tasks that I requested be performed were taken care of, with the results being what I hoped for. Behzad, the Manager, is knowledgeable, engaged and very courteous. He kept me apprised every step of the way. I accidentally closed the garage door on the back of my X5, resulting in a small, but ugly gouge all the way down to the metal. The Elden estimate was less than half that of the other estimate I obtained, largely because they didn't try to do unnecessary work; they determined that it would not be necessary to paint the entire door whereas the other place didn't even mention that painting the single damaged panel would be a viable option. The manager at Elden could not be more polite, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I dropped my car off on a Monday afternoon when it was convenient for me and they had the work completed promptly by that Wednesday afternoon. The work was flawless. We chose to take our car to Elden based on all of the five star reviews posted on Yelp. We never post reviews but decided to do so because we believe it is important that we share our experience so that others like us that read reviews to help make informed decisions know our experience and can make a decision that also includes a review from a customer that did not have a five star experience. The quick summary of our story is that their original work was significantly flawed. Upon extensive discussion with Bezhad, who is as polite as one can be, they had to redo the work and we had to pay additional costs. In the end, we were happy with the final results but the original work was significantly flawed and it was only because they understood we were not going to let the matter go that they agreed to redo their work but at extra cost to us. Had the original work matched the quality of the work upon redoing the job, we would agree that they are deserving of a five star review. However, one doesn't earn a five star review when a customer has to extensively argue to have the job done right and therefore Elden does not get a a five star review based on our experience. read more

After a deer jumped in front of my car I started looking for body shops to fix it up. I reached out to several body shops in my area to find the best fit and Elden Collision center were the first ones to reach back to me. They were able to give me a good estimate with only pictures provided while other body shops refused to even give me an estimate without me getting the car towed there first. Although this body shop was the furthest away, I decided to have them do the project. I was able to send the car over while I was working out of town and they sent emails and or called almost every day to give me updates on the car and price adjustments. When I returned home I was able to go and check on the car myself and they gave me a really good run down of everything that they had done and were about to do. Staff is incredibly helpful, kind and easy to talk to. Picking up the car was quick and easy. An employee had just finished washing the car and was very kind, even complimenting my car. Wife got a little closer than recommended to a cement pole in the parking garage and the unfortunate result was a needed repair to the passenger side front fender. It's never any fun to visit a body shop but what usually makes things worse is unclear estimates, price changes and shoddy repair work. In many cases all three.
