The repair required highly skilled work in areas with very limited access, using tools that looked more suited to an artist's studio than a mechanic's shop -- and yet when the work was done, there was absolutely no trace of the damage. I went into the Dent Shop with a dent on my door of my Tesla. I am pretty sure there really was a dent because when I picked up the car today there was absolutely no sign of anything...nothing. I can not believe what a great job these guys did. They are like magicians. If you have a dent..then they will be the ones to make it disappear...just like that! Great business with great value. Rather than replacing bent fenders, bends them back to true without having to put after market parts on your car. We went in with a good size dent in our front quarter panel and they had it popped back out and back to me in minutes. Walked me through several different options and showed me previously repaired damage to my car that could still be seen. Great attention to detail and understanding of body work. I had just purchased this brand new, 2019 RAM 1500 Laramie in a beautiful diamond black crystal on February 11, 2019. A month later, at 2600 miles and after a car wash on a sunny day, I noticed the one thing that's always hard to swallow on a 1-month old car - a dent. This wasn't just any dent, it was a dent on one of the most difficult parts of a vehicle to correct a dent on, the crease on the body. To make matters worse, the construction of this truck bed is fairly closed up, which will make any PDR (paintless dent removal) specialist struggle to get to the right spots. I knew I had to get this fixed, or I'd be disappointed for as long as I keep the truck. I looked for a PDR shop near my office, so that I could have it done while I work, and that's when Dent Shop came up. I sent a text through their website on Wednesday night after hours, and was surprised to get a response from Tim, the owner, within 5 minutes. He asked that I come in the next morning, and to simply call when I was on my way, which I did. Paul greeted me at the door when I arrived, and took my truck into the back so he could take measurements and have a closer look. Within a few minutes, he came and got me to show me what he had found and provided an estimate. I gave him the greenlight, at which point he asked if I wanted to wait, or if I wanted a ride back to work. I opted for the ride since it was still so early in the morning. A few hours later, Paul gives me a call to say the work was done, and that he was on his way to drop the truck off. I couldn't believe it, Paul and Tim came in my truck as well as another vehicle, to drop mine off while I was still at work, and showed me the completed work and allowed me to pay in person. You just can't get any better service than this, anywhere! I was thoroughly impressed. The pictures speak for themselves, they did a fantastic job and made this whole process quick, convenient and easy. I wish more businesses operated the way Dent Shop does. These guys are GREAT. Not only are Paul, Tim and Mark (actually the entire staff) a joy to deal with but they are AMAZING artisans. I brought my Volvo XC-90 in for them to repair a large dent / crease in the rear hatch. They dealt with my insurance company and the job was done the next day. Not only did they get the dent out so that you would never know it was damaged in the first place but they also went the extra mile and touched up a few other small dings at no additional cost. I found a dent right in the body line behind my rear wheel well of my Audi RS7, right at the edge of the panel. The paint was all intact, and it looked like somebody had shoved a shopping cart into it, because I found the plastic/rubber residue of the cart bumper in the dent. The Internet said that PDR doesn't work on body lines or near the edges of panels, and, sure enough, other PDR shops told me it couldn't be fixed. I didn't like that answer, and sent some pictures to Tim. He got me an appointment within a week, made sure I had access to their loaner for the day, and got the car looking close-to-new (turns out, there actually was a little damage to the paint in the dent, which is now at the surface, but they cleaned it up and sealed it so that it doesn't look like anything other than a rock hopped up and nicked the fender). I was amazed, and would 100% bring any car to them for PDR in the future. Thanks for everything! read more

Let me start that ​Paul definitely had high​ expectations regarding his work. The dent was on a difficult​ body line but he was sure he could fix it. ​​I had a clear explanation of​ what he was going to do with the dent and how it will look like after. He went over some options and when I received my car he went through how he was able to fix the dent so that my car looked like new. I was blown away at the results. Another driver changed lanes into my Jeep Grand Cherokee on the highway and insurance said the everything had to be replaced and repainted. I really didn't want to repaint because it reduced the resale value so I took it to the Dent Shop. The side they repaired actually looks better that the factory metal on the other side. They were even able to repair the wheel. Paint is perfect and the repair only took a few days compared with 2 weeks the traditional body shop was going to take. These guys are pros. read more
