I highly recommend this establishment. Farhad and Sam are class acts and I appreciate the respect and love shown each time my mother and I have needed assistance. You will not come across Auto Body shops like this often! read more

Sam and crew did a 5 star job fixing my car. This repair turned out to include his need to replace a part he hadn't estimated. No extra charge. In fact he fixed a dent in another location that wasn't part of our agreement, also without extra charge. I am a repeat customer. Sam gets my highest endorsement. read more

Nowadays it is tough to find a mechanics or auto body shop that you can trust but Sam's Auto Body is an exception to that. Excellent customer service and trustworthy owners. I did not feel like I was being played with; they explained to me everything and delivered on time on the price point without any glitches. Will continue taking all of my cars here for years to come and I will recommend this to anybody that needs any sort of body work done. A+ Service. read more

Sam's auto body is a very reputable shop. They do as they promise and execute in a way that you don't see too often nowadays. I've been there twice recently with two separate vehicles and the work was done flawlessly and with precision. I recommend this shop to anyone that takes pride in their vehicle's appearance and paint work. For example, without the cost of replacing the rear quarter panel and door, they corrected it, primed, and painted in just 2 days, looks incredible! read more

Fuad and his team are outstanding. Fuad stayed in constant contact with me throughout the whole process. The workmanship and repair work were done great you couldn't tell any exterior work had been done. My car was delivered to me detailed inside and out! They also worked directly with the insurance provider and handled it completely. No surprises or out of pocket costs. read more

I am a repeat customer due to the excellent job they do. Someone backed into my car, so I filed a claim against the other party. Once my insurance gave me the green light to go to any body shop I wanted, I chose Sam Auto Body since they had done amazing work on my car before. Again, they didn't disappoint and worked wonders on my car again. They even called to let me know that the insurance was trying to get them to use an aftermarket back bumper but they wouldn't accept that and that they would ensure I got a new Nissan bumper. When I went to pick up my car, it was perfect and they even cleaned the inside so it was Super clean! read more

Sam Auto Body - Auto Glass Services Near Me - Chantilly, Virginia

Not only did I get a great service and my car looked brand new, but also the staff at Sam's Auto went FAR & BEYOND to make sure everything was going well. They made sure I get the right quote, even if it meant extra work for them and another inspection from the insurance company. They communicated very frequently to check on my status, and to let me know what was going on. They even helped me get a rental car until my car gets fixed. I definitely recommend them, not only because they're good at what they do, but because they also care and provide a lot of help for their clients. Probably one of the vest services I've ever gotten in the past couple of years. read more

First, got my front bumper and lip repainted through Fuad. I'm very particular about my car, so i was looking for a near perfect work. I told Fuad specific directions on which part of the bumper to paint the body color and which needed to be painted black(it was easy to tell by the lines/parts of the bumper/lip). Also, I had told them to fill in the holes for where the Honda badge and license plate hold. The painters there did not speak English at all so it was Fuad's job to relay my directions to them. He promised me if they don't do a perfect job, that I don't have to pay him. So when it comes to picking up the bumper/lip, I noticed that they didn't paint the lip correctly and the paint lines were very sloppy on both the bumper and lip. Fuad understood that they had messed up but the painters there, shouting in Arabic, acting like they did not do anything wrong. Fuad offered a discount of the work and i keep the bumper/lip as is but I said I would rather pay the full price and have it fixed. Fuad agreed to fix only the lip, not the bumper so i went with that. The next visit, everything was done correctly on the lip. After fully inspecting the bumper, I noticed that the bumper was not reflecting as much as the hood and fenders and Fuad told me to let the paint cure for a couple months and it'll come out normal. He also added that if it did not come out good, he would fix it. So fast forward to several months, I noticed the reflection of the paint to be very blurry and the area where they filled in were not done correctly. I took it to the shop couple hours ago and since Fuad was out of town, Sam(owner) was there to talk to me. He glanced at the paint and quickly said it's normal but I showed him the immense amount of orange peel and the area where it wasn't properly filled in. After that, he said "I'm not a millionaire, you have to pay again....No warranty!" All while this was happening, the painters there was talking to each other in Arabic and sounded as if they were insulting me. Sam kept saying, "No Warranty! No Warranty! No Warranty!" as he was walking away. read more

I went to three places for an estimate and Sam Auto has the cheapest price. One place quoted me at a thousand over what Sam Auto quoted me. There was a mishap when they ordered - the price they quoted me was cheaper than the actual part, but they honored their quote since the mistake was on their end. The time to repair took a few days longer than expected, but they also cleaned the inside and fixed something else not on the quote for free. They also gave a discount on another repair job I wasn't planning on having fixed. The price they gave was too good to pass up on. The price and quality of work was awesome! read more

Some @#@hat must have rolled a shopping cart into my pristine 2013 VW GTI denting the hatchback area in 3 places. I was devastated! Anyway i searched high and low for a good price to get he work fixed and after getting a few quotes discovered Sam Auto Body by chance while i was in the area. Sarmad gave me a fast quote and shortly after I entrusted him to fix my car. The work performed was nothing short of amazing, the rear hatch looks brand new to match the rest of the car. I am more than happy with his work and would definitely recommend for any auto body work. Thank Sarmad and team! read more

What a dedicated crew! I've been driving my husband's car to work for the last two weeks and hit a post. Unfortunately, the post won. So I took it to Sam shrouded in secrecy. Sam and his team worked with my budget and found a way to fix the car such that it didn't look like it sustained any damage! The quality of their work is superb! While Sam and I were talking, his brother took a can of paint that matched my other car and touched it up. Sam even followed me home so I can drop off the other car so I could go back to pick up my husband's car. They provide excellent customer service. They are so,so nice! Thanks so much, guys. I definitely will refer people to you. read more

I wish I could give Sam and his team 10 stars because they are really that good! Working with Sam is like having your favorite uncle take care of your car. They treated like family, and the front office manager, Joelle, is a gem. Fast turnaround and exceptional service -- the team repaired the dent in my husband's Lexus sedan bumper perfectly in a few short days, and even detailed the car as a gift to us! I just can't recommend him highly enough. read more

Needed a new side view mirror for Acura MDX and Fuad was efficient and courteous. Thank you for your good work and quick turn around!

Friendly and great service. I know the owner Sam for few years and does excellent work+staffs as well. Highly recommend this shop!

My car got hit on the side and had some dent and scratches on the paint. I was concerned because of metallic color as it is tough to blend with the original paint but Sam Auto parts did a great job. The dents were gone and paint is perfect, no difference. Sam gave me a very decent quote which was perhaps one of the lowest in the VA area. Sam promised me 4 days and finished job in 3. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a dent removal and paint job. read more

Brought my MDX to Sam Auto Body twice in the past year - had some bad luck with this vehicle lately - and both times dents were removed and car looks better than new! Very fair quotes, got car back faster than estimated and this time around my car came back to me detailed and spotless. They even fixed some other dings and scratches at no extra charge. Best service I've had anywhere in a long time. I love this place. They take great pride in their work and aim toward perfection. read more

Sam and his team did a terrific job restoring my workhorse 2007 Honda Odyssey into a near showroom condition. It suffered from severe paint peeling - which is a chronic condition with blue and silver Honda's from 2003-2008, due to a manufacturing problem. They repainted much of the vehicle, replaced the hood, front bumper and a fender I'd damaged years ago, and got the new paint to match perfectly the existing paint job on areas that they didn't need to repaint. They even detailed the interior and steam cleaned the engine. The car is mechanically sound and I'm confident I can now resell it for well over what Sam charged to fix it, although I plan to keep my trusty steed for many years to come (or at least till the kids are out of college). Moreover, Sam and his son Fuad are real gentlemen. Service was fast, courteous and friendly. Price was very competitive compared to other quotes. (And Sam actually came recommended by one of the leading auto body firms!) read more
