I had my car repaired by Greg and crew via my insurance company and they did a nice job and of course I did not have to pay anything because my insurance company covered it. To be candid the only reason I went to the shop to begin with was because the collision was near their shop and the tow truck company recommended them. About three months later my girlfriend's car was involved in a small hit and run and we did not want to involve her insurance because we didn't want her premium to go up. Considering he's the only body shop owner I know I called Greg and explained the damages in detail, and then emailed pictures and videos of the damaged area which was very small and straightforward. He gave me a quote of $1,150 which to be honest I thought it was too high and when I asked for a detailed description he told me it would be "very well taken care of." Both My girlfriend and I begin very busy we decided to just go with it, which in retrospect was a big mistake. We took the car in the following week and it was supposed to be a two day repair, which took five days to get the car back. When we to pick it up the job was done very poorly. Lots of overspray and the left side of the bumper had simply been buffed and clearly not painted. We approached Greg who was previously very laid-back and full of smiles, and to our surprise or perhaps not, he immediately went into the full defense mode and started backpedaling on everything he had said previously and asking us what it is that we were expecting for such little money. Again, being crazy-busy we decided not to argue and just walk away and consider it "lesson learned." The next month we got a quote from the dealership to have the vehicle fixed correctly. They confirmed that Greg and crew had sprayed over the old paint and It was not done correctly, And showed us where the paint was buffed and not painted in most areas; but even at the dealership and done correctly the cost was only $1,300. Be careful when dealing with these guys, don't let the smiles fool you, dishonest and questionable people, at best. read more

How can you put a value on an honest body shop? Not only are they straight with you, they also have the kind of personal service where they will remember you down the road when you need them again. I haven't been there for a year. When I told him my name, he said "the blue Ford Escape, right?" Last time they stood behind their work to the max. I had a headlight problem 6 months after having body work done. The said that the light problem WAS related to the accident and fixed it for free. Their body work was perfect. It looked like new when I picked it up. I know that I will get just as good work and service this time. (I had to have my new car towed in to them this morning). I love this place. read more

I was referred to them by someone I went to school with. I called to see if I could bring my car in for an estimate. The man who took the call wasn't friendly whatsoever and cut me off to let me know they don't do that at this place since they're not a mechanical shop. I understand if they don't do the work but to speak to me like I'm an idiot for not knowing is ridiculous.
