Wow when I took my car into Iyad it had a scratch along side the Driver's Door Handle and a scratch on the Front Passenger Door it also had a couple of scratches on the bumper! To my surprise Kwaik made my car look like a brand new vehicle inside and out! This is the fourth time through the years we have had the need for Kwaik's services. I know it sounds trite but every time we deal with them it is a better experience than the previous time. This time they were able to give me an estimate based on pictures with the proviso that once they break the car down there could be more unforeseen damage. I asked them if they could get the work done in a short period of time and they didn't promise the result but did promise making effort it would take. As expected there was more damage which required additional parts. No "supply chain" excuses from Kwaik. They got the car repaired in short order met our expectations and even delivered it to our home as we had some logistical challenges to picking it up. They did all of this for a fair price with no "upselling". If only all businesses treated their customers in this manner. We brought it to Kwaik body shop and they were able to repair my wife's car. I was very surprised how quickly my wife got her car back. When picking up our Lexus, I met the owner Lyad. He is an outstanding gentleman. After sharing a long conversation, I decided to drop off my 1991 BMW 325i. I am left speachless with the work they performed. A couple of years after my original review (a great experience) my truck was sideswiped in a parking lot, badly damaging 2 doors. Once again Iyad & Kwaik Auto Body provided excellent, timely service and matched the paint perfectly. Their rates were very reasonable (out of pocket) and repairs were done according to my schedule. I'm very very disappointed in this company. I took my car to be fixed back in January, after receiving an estimate and seeing all the extra charges like cleaning fees and Covid fees I decide not to fix my car in Kwaik body shop, I feel like I was treated like insurance company and not customer (by the way I fixed my car $1500 cheaper across the street, there is a lot of good body shops) I had to pay $150 in storage fees in order to get my car back. Another thing they remove headlights, bumper and other parts from my car with out my permission. Today I find out on the top of everything they report to Carfax that my car has extra damages, this is very low and if you are thinking to take your car there to fix it please think twice. I don't know how is their labor work (good or bad) because I didn't use their service but customer service is horrible! Would never deal with them or recommend to anyone! read more

From start to finish, Kwaik was top-shelf in customer service and impeccable workmanship. Moula met with me, did a thorough walk-about to assess my vehicle, gave me options, and the receptionist worked flawlessly with my State Farm reps. (State Farm themselves told me how fantastic Kwaik is to work with.) Additionally they work closely with Enterprise Rental Car down the road, who also took great care of me. An idiot slammed into my car... my 2019 Honda Odyssey. It's literally brand new, less than 5K miles and hasn't even had an oil change. I was devastated, to say the least. At the time of the accident, the first place I contacted (after my husband) was Kwaik. They had the car towed directly to the shop from the accident scene for me and made sure that the entire process with my insurance company (Nationwide) went as smoothly as possible and delivered the car to me on the day that they promised. I'm not kidding, my car literally looks better than the day I brought it home from the dealer. Look at the before & after pics: The paint color is perfection, and everything looks even, smooth, and flawless. Shortly after I first purchased the car I had the Honda dealership repaint my front bumper because of some cracking and they returned it to me with a YELLOW TINGED bumper... yes it was YELLOW. Kwaik's paint job was pretty much an identical match to the original paint - unlike the ugly yellow tinged paint job that the dealer did a few months ago. The detail job that they did in the end was superb and I literally felt like I was picking up a brand new car all over again. I am BEYOND happy; as you can see the damage was extensive, the car is brand new, and Kwaik restored it to perfection. Needed my front bumper to be fixed, so went to German Auto and they recommended Amir from Kwaik for bodywork. Did stop by, got estimate and dropped my car off right away. My car got fixed in a few days. After my car was fixed i've picked it up, but later in a few days found some unusual gaps and improper fitting, so contacted Amir right away. Came back later, he inspected it and advised me to leave car with him to figure the problem. Later that day he contacted me saying that he had to order new bumper because current one did not sit right due to automarket nature of it. A few days later I've picked my car all cleaned up and shiny. Plus George and Amir left it in the shade for me so its not going to be hot by the time i got there. So definitely would recommend Kwaik auto body, good service, good quality, fun guys to talk to and they know what are they doing. A friend recommended this shop and it was a little drive for me but I am very happy I went to Iyad and everyone at Kwaik. I have an '08 Lexus rx350 I brought in a few weeks ago and got back last week before the 4th of July holiday. I wanted to wait to make sure the repairs were as good as they looked and I am extremely happy with their work. They replaced my front bumper, hood, ac compressor, lights and painted it all to match, which is hard to do with an older car, and kept it on budget. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing repair work. I had no idea where to take my car who would do quality work for a reasonable price so I stopped by, got a quick estimate, really liked the place, and decided to use them.
