Excellent, excellent experience today at this body shop! I definitely see why they're so highly…read morerated! The body shop that I normally go to in the Huntington area of Alexandria was closed today (Saturday) so I took a shot on this shop, as it was recommended as a next best option by ChatGPT (lol). Had an issue with the driver's side engine shield under my car coming loose because I'd pulled in too close to a curb. Didn't want to pay an exorbitant fee to replace it so took it to this shop to see if they might be able to repair it. They took a quick look and said they could fix it by replacing the screw and screwing it back in. They did the job on the spot in less than 20 minutes for such a miniscule quoted price that I added a 50% tip on top. What was especially nice was they saved me from having to take time off work later during the week to get the issue fixed. They made a great first impression on me and they'll now be the first shop I check with if I need auto body work in the future.

Outstanding Auto Body Repair and Customer Service!…read more I couldn't be happier with the incredible work Adrian and the entire team at C&G Specialty Auto Repair & Auto Body did on my 2006 Mercedes-Benz SLK55 AMG. The front bumper had been badly damaged, and I honestly wasn't sure it could ever look the same again. The results exceeded every expectation. The repair is absolutely flawless--it looks brand new, as if the damage never happened. The paint match is perfect, the body lines are spot-on, and the craftsmanship is simply first-class. What impressed me just as much was the entire customer experience. From my very first phone call, everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They provided an accurate estimate for both the cost and the repair time, kept me informed throughout the process, and delivered exactly what they promised. That level of honesty and communication is becoming increasingly rare. When I picked up the car, I was amazed to find they had also cleaned the interior. It looked and smelled like it had been professionally detailed. That extra attention to detail says everything about how much they care about their customers. Adrian and his team have earned my complete trust. Their customer service, professionalism, courtesy, and commitment to quality simply cannot be overstated. If you're looking for the very best in auto body repair, look no further than C&G. I don't give compliments lightly, but this shop deserves every one of them. Five stars without hesitation. Highly, highly recommended!
