I am very glad that I decided to go with Allstate's recommendation! Good customer service is rare and great customer service is almost extinct, but not at Champion. Charles was both courteous and professional. He guided me through the entire repair process and ensured that I had a smooth experience. Champion also partners with Enterprise, so if you need a rental, that's the way to go. I was able to pick up the rental near home and drop it off at Champion when I picked up my vehicle. Too easy. My experience with this shop was amazing... Let me tell you i was in DC parked while work and i got hit and run not that much damage was made to my car the hood was lifted and my headlight was dented in... I called my insurance company and wanted to get it taken care of my insurance made me go all over places to get an estimate but luckily i came across champion body shop and well let me tell you as soon as i got there i was a bit skeptical about the place but as soon as i stepped in i honestly felt at home warm environment as well friendly... All throughout the process they honestly gave me an update on every step of the way i didnt even have to pick up the phone to get an update cause every other day they called me to let me know everything was fine! This was my first time using Champion body Works. I have to say they did an excellent job on my cars auto body work and paint job. They took care of the insurance part and made it easy for me to get reimbursed. They were very professional, nice, and thorough. The owner Paul was very helpful. JD at the front desk was attentive. Greg who did the paint job did a fantastic job and made sure that the paint job was to my satisfaction. Greg even gave me extra paint to take home for any future touchups. I'm always very leery of mechanics and car repair persons in general, but Champion Body works is legit. I cut off a deer that ended up doing damage to the whole right side of my car (I couldn't open my front passenger door) and went with Champion Body Works based on the one glowing review. The General Manager Mr. Park is an honest, polite guy and gives great customer service. They made it easy squeezy for me to get and drop off a rental (I didn't make a prior appt and they let me leave it at Body Works), and updated me regularly. When I picked up my car it looked better than ever and was cleaned outside and in. Damage was completely fixed and gone! Mr. Park called me the day before it was ready and gave me an accurate estimate of when it would be ready, erring on the earlier side. If I ever get into an accident again (fingers crossed I don't!), I would for sure take my car there again. Great work & customer service. Thanks Mr. Park! read more

Very very nice customer service. But the body shop doesn't do a good job. When picking up our car there was a part, that was clearly broken, hanging loosely off the car. In addition the seams at the repair sited did not line up correctly. These repairs prompted our first return trip. A few weeks later, the molding began falling off the car. This prompted our second return trip. I imagine this isn't going to be our last trip out there. read more
