Fixed my car up in less than 48 hours, front bumper needed replacing + front eye tow cap. They were extremely efficient, communication was also excellent from them. If I ever need auto body service(s) again I will definitely be going back to them. 10/10 absolutely recommend them! Rob is the man - Thank you all so much! read more

I just recently moved to the DMV, and within the first week of being here, i was rear ended and side-swiped. I looked around my area for body shops and gave them a call to inquire about repairs and i cant remember who i spoke with, but the customer service was so amazing that i didn't look further. When i got to the shop i was greeted by Ahmad and Grant who were just so ridiculously helpful and friendly. They did such a great job with my first set of repairs that i went back for the second set. I would 100% go back to them if i ever needed more repairs and would definitely recommend them for any services you may need. read more

Koons Toyota of Arlington recommended Champion Body Works to complete some work on a vehicle I purchased from them that had body damage. I sent pictures and called at least three times. Each time I was told someone would call me back. Additionally, I was told the pictures were sufficient to provide an estimate. However, no estimate was ever provided. Also sent final email to the shop and Koons Toyota asking for a response before writing my review...with no response. Basically, just ignored my request. Would have been more appropriate just to say they didn't want to honor the discounted price they would provide to Koons. So, I guess Koons Toyota of Arlington is equally responsible. read more

Highly recommend Aquia Auto Repair! We have been taking our cars to this shop for nearly 20 years and have never had a problem. We have used them for scheduled maintenance and for larger unexpected services. Each time, the work was superior, reasonably priced, and supported by communicative, friendly, and knowledgeable customer support. Highly recommend! read more

My family and I were rear ended at the beginning of a summer trip. The other driver had Allstate insurance and the Allstate claims rep provided Champion Body Works as an option and Allstate approved shop. I am very glad that I decided to go with Allstate's recommendation! Good customer service is rare and great customer service is almost extinct, but not at Champion. Charles was both courteous and professional. He guided me through the entire repair process and ensured that I had a smooth experience. Champion also partners with Enterprise, so if you need a rental, that's the way to go. I was able to pick up the rental near home and drop it off at Champion when I picked up my vehicle. Too easy. Aside from the Customer Service, the workmanship is top-notch. They even detailed my car. Thanks, Charles and Team! read more

JD was professional and courteous throughout the entire process if handling a vehicle repair. JD made the experience much more enjoyable through his demeanor and professional conduct. If there were a model of how to do business, you should look to him to find the perfect example. Much respect to JD and Champion. read more

Champion Body Works did a fantastic job repairing the front end of our 2018 Hyundai, as well as a side panel replacement. Given this was during COVID times, we knew it was possible that finding and shipping parts would take time. Scheduling was easy, and Rob kept us updated both by phone and much-appreciated texts. The car looks like new again! Based on the high quality of work, attention to detail, and superior customer service, we are now planning to have Champion help with body work on our 30+ year-old truck. We definitely recommend them to anyone needing body work - they are the place to go. Thank you, Rob and team! read more

The best auto body shop ever!! They turned a very mangled auto into a brand new car. Charles the manager promised my car and he delivered on his promise, staying late on a Friday evening to make it happen. read more

This was my first time using Champion body Works. I have to say they did an excellent job on my cars auto body work and paint job. They took care of the insurance part and made it easy for me to get reimbursed. They were very professional, nice, and thorough. The owner Paul was very helpful. JD at the front desk was attentive. Greg who did the paint job did a fantastic job and made sure that the paint job was to my satisfaction. Greg even gave me extra paint to take home for any future touchups. I love that they have a lifetime warranty. Everybody in this company was fantastic and I would certainly use them again. They will be my go to guys for any job that needs to be done to my cars! read more

I'm always very leery of mechanics and car repair persons in general, but Champion Body works is legit. I cut off a deer that ended up doing damage to the whole right side of my car (I couldn't open my front passenger door) and went with Champion Body Works based on the one glowing review. The General Manager Mr. Park is an honest, polite guy and gives great customer service. They made it easy squeezy for me to get and drop off a rental (I didn't make a prior appt and they let me leave it at Body Works), and updated me regularly. When I picked up my car it looked better than ever and was cleaned outside and in. Damage was completely fixed and gone! Mr. Park called me the day before it was ready and gave me an accurate estimate of when it would be ready, erring on the earlier side. If I ever get into an accident again (fingers crossed I don't!), I would for sure take my car there again. Great work & customer service. Thanks Mr. Park! read more

Car was hit really bad from the past storm that hit a couples weeks ago here in va, car was hit on the rear quarter panel and was nervous how it was gonna turn out but Taso was awesome in reassuring me that it was all gonna work out. Hes got some amazing body work men on staff they did an amazing job basically looks like it never happened and the paint was spot on cant even tell anything was done. If your ever looking for a reputable body shop I highly recommend taso and his staff here at champion your car will be in good hands trust me read more

Allstate gave me of the body shops closest to me and I picked champion body works randomly. I am so glad that luck shined in my favor, they did an amazing job with the repair job. But, more importantly they displayed amazing service culture, going above and beyond expectations of a body shop! read more

I had not even been here in the area for a full month and was struck by some random virginian motorist. Her insurance set me up with this shop and I am so glad they did. The manager Jung P. was very helpful and friendly. The whole process went smoothly and my car was fixed and looking awesome in a short amount of time. read more

Charles and his team took care of my 4 wheel drive after an accident, my concern was that the system was compromised due to impact of the accident. They not only made sure that it wasn't damaged and provided documentation, but also worked hand in hand with my insurance to make sure that I always have transportation. I recently referred them a client and they are also more than happy to work with Champion. read more

My insurance company gave me a list of local body shops. I knew there was another big body shop in the same neighborhood, so when competition is that close together, you can't compete without your A game. Tasos' crew did an excellent job and gave me a very reasonable price on some extra work I needed done at the same time. The repairs did take one more day than expected, but I was impressed with the results and the customer service I received. read more

As everyone knows the biggest challenge and concern when getting work done on your car is finding a trustworthy business that will not only do a good job on your vehicle, but will shoot you straight and not try and fleece you. That is what Charles and his company at Champion provide. I took my car to three different body shops for quotes, and Champion was not only the most reasonable, but also the most attentive and provided the best customer service. They were flexible with scheduling to try and make it as convenient for me as possible, they offered up courtesy rides after I dropped my car off, they articulately explained what they needed to do and why it cost what it did, and most importantly they did a terrific job on my vehicle as it now looks like new. Driving in DC will undoubtedly guarantee my car will get dinged up again, and when it does I wont think twice about where I am taking it. If you are looking for a combination of value, customer service and quality, than I highly encourage you to take your car here. read more

Champion Body Works provides excellent service. Taso took great care of me and kept constant communication with me from start to finish. I called the shop immediately after an accident based off a recommendation, and he had a tow truck pick me and my vehicle up from the crash site. From that point on the process was painless, and no inconvenience of out of pocket costs. Taso made sure the quote was done quickly and even got my truck back to me sooner than expected in better shape then it was in before the accident. You're in good hands at Champion! read more

They are a great body shop. Totally took care of me. My car was hit while parked. They had Allstate as their insurance and Champion was an Allstate preferred shop. I dealt with the Allstate rep at Champion and he was awesome. Called me with updates on my car. Great service. Received my car back today. Looks great and they even detailed it. So cool. Anyway this place is great. read more

Very very nice customer service. But the body shop doesn't do a good job. When picking up our car there was a part, that was clearly broken, hanging loosely off the car. In addition the seams at the repair sited did not line up correctly. These repairs prompted our first return trip. A few weeks later, the molding began falling off the car. This prompted our second return trip. I imagine this isn't going to be our last trip out there. read more

After being rear ended, minor damages to the bumper, I went searching for an automotive repair shop. I ultimately choose these guys after getting a few estimates from different body shops. From the beginning to the end they were extremely professional. The guy we worked with always made sure to contact us on the progress of my vehicle. Needless to say, the bumper looks amazing. Paint job matched perfectly to the rest of my car. read more
