I just bought my Tesla Model Y Juniper and ended up with two 1.5cm scratches on the garage door side, pretty deep and exposing the metal primer. I got quotes on Yelp and read a lot of great reviews about SAP, and honestly, I really wanted to go with them. Richard responded with a more reasonable price than others and suggested a very economical touch-up paint solution since the damage was small. I happily agreed. He showed up on time as scheduled. Because the scratches were tricky and the pearl white color is hard to match, Richard ended up spending much more time than estimated to do the touch-up paint. He also fixed two rock chips on the front hood along the way. The results were almost invisible and at a very fair price. I'm extremely satisfied and plan to call Richard again in the future whenever I accumulate more scratches or rock chips. I'm very happy I found Richard. He does excellent work. I reached out to him by email and he responded quickly. I sent him a picture of the damage to my trunk lid and he provided an estimate of the cost of repair. I was satisfied with the number so I set up an appointment to have him come over my house to do the work. Richard needed to reschedule the date and then on the new date he was running a bit late but he stayed in close communication with me and was very flexible based on my schedule. He arrived and after I provided him with an electrical outlet (which was the ONLY thing he needed from me) he set to work. I didn't want to hover over him while he worked so I went back inside and I will admit I was a bit anxious about how this would turn out. He called me when he was finished - which was about 45 minutes earlier than he anticipated. I walked outside and was amazed at the work he did. He is really an artist and while I expected a high quality repair I couldn't get over the fact that there was no way to tell that there was any issue prior to his arrival. His work is amazing and he is very conscientious and professional, as well as being a very nice guy to deal with. Before he left I figured I'd let him have a look at another minor paint issue I had on my hood and I expected him to have to deal with it during another appointment, which I was prepared to make after seeing how he fixed my trunk lid, but that was not necessary. I found Saint Auto Paint on Yelp after doing research to repair a difficult rust "small on the surface" rust spot that appeared on my car. I had discussed its repair with a reputable body shop that gave me a quote well beyond my budget given the actual current value of my 2008 Acura . I knew that without repair the small spot would only get worst and shorten the life of an otherwise very good car with low mileage for the model year that I wanted to keep. Then I discovered and met Richard. I sent him photos and he gave me a firm and firm estimate that he honored. Saint is an appropriate name for his shop because I regard him as one! A hit and run driver left my less than 1 year old new car with several deep 9 inch scratches just above a headlight and scratches and paint transfer on a plastic trim piece. Richard was meticulous prepping the areas to be painted and covering almost the entire car to avoid any overspray. The freshly painted areas are indistinguishable from the adjoining areas and there is nothing to suggest there was ever any damage. Richard matched the color of the plastic trim piece perfectly, even without the benefit of a manufacturer's color code. He also removed scuffing from the headlight lens. Miracle worker! My 2021 Tesla model 3 had an incident with a concrete barricade and have some deep scratches on the rear bumper.
