I have three huge road trips coming up and needed to get things done quickly. I sent pictures of the damage and within minutes had an estimate for a full fix, including getting rid of any scratches and dents and making my car look good as new. The estimate was more than reasonable, but unfortunately a little too much for my budget this month. Bob understood, and when I asked for a second estimate without the superficial fixes and new paint, the number he gave me was more than acceptable. My biggest worry was not being able to get the job done in time for my first trip, but we were able to arrange an appointment within days. Bob and his colleague came to my place of business and fixed my bumper in such a short amount of time that my boss didn't even realize I'd left the office for lunch. I have to add that in what was probably one of the most embarrassing and anxiety inducing moments of my life when I realized I didn't have the credit card I intended to pay with on hand, Bob was a complete professional and was ridiculously patient with me while I tried to figure out how I was going to make the payment. Very long story short, amazing company, amazing work, and amazing experience. The before and after pictures speak for themselves, and I will definitely be calling next time I need body work done! I took it elsewhere to get repainted they said, Tony's Mobile Auto did not use a base coat as required in three part paint. Overspray was on all the adjacent panels requiring two hours of detailing to remove. Repair already cracked in less than one month. He used lots of thick Bondo. I asked him three times if he could do something to fix it. No resolution. He said I get what I pay for. Caveat Emptor!!
