I'll be honest, I go into full panic mode whenever I have damage to the body of my car. Everybody has a recommendation, everybody tells me I should go to their guy, take it to this place, etc. I never know who to trust and I never know which one of my well meaning friends know what's actually in my budget or not. Google led me to Bob when I misjudged an angle and ended up with a bumper boo boo and I don't think I'll ever go into panic mode again. My biggest worry was that the fact that my bumper was hanging on for it's life on one side would affect the actual safety of my car. I have three huge road trips coming up and needed to get things done quickly. I sent pictures of the damage and within minutes had an estimate for a full fix, including getting rid of any scratches and dents and making my car look good as new. The estimate was more than reasonable, but unfortunately a little too much for my budget this month. Bob understood, and when I asked for a second estimate without the superficial fixes and new paint, the number he gave me was more than acceptable. My biggest worry was not being able to get the job done in time for my first trip, but we were able to arrange an appointment within days. Bob and his colleague came to my place of business and fixed my bumper in such a short amount of time that my boss didn't even realize I'd left the office for lunch. I have to add that in what was probably one of the most embarrassing and anxiety inducing moments of my life when I realized I didn't have the credit card I intended to pay with on hand, Bob was a complete professional and was ridiculously patient with me while I tried to figure out how I was going to make the payment. Very long story short, amazing company, amazing work, and amazing experience. The before and after pictures speak for themselves, and I will definitely be calling next time I need body work done! Please keep in mind that I did not pay for paint and scratches to be touched up but he still went out of his way to make things look as pretty as possible, even going so far as to remove the duct tape that had been stuck on the body of my car without doing any damage to it. We had several dents and scratches that needed to be repaired and repainted! The initial work was done in our garage, leaving lots of dust inside the car and our garage, requiring much clean up! He had to rework some of this jobs but it was still incomplete and did not match the rest of the paint color on the rest of the car! We will not use his service again. read more

I was hit in a parking lot on Friday night, got on the website Saturday morning - he immediately asked me for pictures of the damage. within 10 min I had an estimate for repair. I sent some info and a $50 deposit and had an appointment for Tuesday morning (Monday was a holiday). They came to the house and asked to take the car to their shop because the repairs were a bit more complicated than what can be done in the driveway in 15 degree weather. Work was amazing, good price and they dropped my car back in my driveway that night. They worked LATE on it too - I really needed it back that night for the next morning and they took care of me. I normally don't leave long reviews, but my experience here needs to be shared. Bob initially quoted me $1,800 for the job, which later got increased to $2,100. After the work was completed, the results were nowhere near acceptable. The right side of my car is visibly two different colors, and there are clear issues with the paint finish. When I brought it up, instead of taking accountability, he made excuses saying the car has matte paint and that it's harder to match. That doesn't change the fact that the end result looks worse than before the repair. I reached out for a resolution and gave him a chance to fix it. The second attempt did not improve anything and actually made parts of it worse. After that second time, there were literally fingerprints in the paint, almost like the paint was stained. On top of that, my window and window sill were scratched, the interior windows were left foggy with some kind of spray residue, the car smelled strongly like paint, and there was dust throughout the vehicle. What really stood out was how the situation was handled after that. Despite advertising a 100% refund guarantee on his website, this was never mentioned to me. Instead, he initially tried offering around $200 back, which didn't come close to addressing the issue. I had to go back and forth multiple times just to negotiate a total of $800 refunded out of the $2,100 I paid. Even getting that $800 back was a process. It was paid in monthly installments, and on payment days I often wouldn't get any response from him at all. I had to follow up 2-3 times because my messages would be read and ignored before I finally got a response and the payment. What made this even more frustrating was that as soon as he finished paying me back, he tried to pivot and ask about renting a parking space from me at my apartment building, offering to pay for a key fob and monthly rent. It was surprising to see how ready and responsive he was when it came to paying for something else, compared to how difficult it was to get him to follow through on paying me back. After the payment plan was completed, I brought up the 100% refund guarantee that is advertised on his website. Instead of addressing it, he responded with laughing emojis and would not acknowledge that it was his own business and phone number listed with that guarantee. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this business. You're better off going to a reputable auto body shop or handling repairs through your insurance. I would rate 0 or negative stars if I could, but unfortunately I can't. read more

We thought we would have to pay around $5k to fix a major dent at the dealer that went down to the metal, but this team was able to repair it as good as new for a fraction of that. Wow! Unbelievably impressed and thankful for finding these guys! We had gone to 4 other Collision repair centers, all higher costs and said it would take weeks to get parts and repair our car.
