Because the scratches were tricky and the pearl white color is hard to match, Richard ended up spending much more time than estimated to do the touch-up paint. He also fixed two rock chips on the front hood along the way. The results were almost invisible and at a very fair price. I'm extremely satisfied and plan to call Richard again in the future whenever I accumulate more scratches or rock chips.
