Took my Audi to Richard and had a great experience. He gave me a range estimate over text, and scheduling the appointment through his website was super easy. The price was very fair, and Richard did a great job, there is no sign of a dent. He's located at a Mercedes dealership, so I was able to get some work done while he fixed the dent. The whole process was seamless and quick; it took a maximum of about 40 minutes. I'll definitely be coming back if I have any other dings or dents! read more

One of the best experiences I've had. Seamless and quick! He saw one I didn't even know I had. Don't sleep on this guy! Highly recommended!

I had a relatively large dent low on my door that they were able to repair perfectly. I'd highly recommend them. Super professional, and the work was fairly priced. read more

My car had a big dent on the hood after an object flew off a truck in front of me on the highway. I took It to Dent Hero and Richard not only repaired it to like new but also fixed a couple, of other dings that were result of parking in lots with too tight parking spots. Richard was great, did quality work and communicated with me while the work was being done, gave an accurate estimate so I was ressy when the invoice came. I highly Dent Hero read more

I cannot recommend Richard Routson highly enough! "Dent Hero" is a modest title for him; he truly deserves the title of dent SUPER Hero! Someone damaged my Rivian R1S in two places and left the scene of the incident. Multiple friends highly recommended Richard, and even the local body shop I've relied on for years suggested I contact him. He responded to my text message within minutes, requested photos of the damage, and provided a ballpark estimate shortly after. He was able to see me the very next day at 11 AM, and by 4 PM, my beloved vehicle was ready. You would never know the dents had ever existed! There was no mismatched paint job or lengthy wait; just exceptional craftsmanship. I am now a lifelong customer. I highly recommend Richard @ Dent Hero without reservation! read more

Richard got me in a day early and right on time. Removed the dent in the hood of my truck leaving no trace that it was ever there. And his fee was very fair. Will recommend Dent Hero to those I know who need this type of repair/service. read more

Quick and easy repair for my Audi with a door ding and a few scuffs. Plus, an honest assessment of a dent that would be difficult and too expensive to repair on another vehicle. I appreciated that Richard gave me straight answers. Great communication and great experience! read more

Fantastic experience all around. Richard was responsive, and his online system worked flawlessly. I had a complicated repair, and he took the time to discuss various options and possible outcomes relative to the severitiy of the issue. His pricing was excellent and transparent. I dropped a bike rack onto my door, from my roof, while mounting it. . . It left a small ding (or 3). I was able to make an appointment the next day, and Dent Hero/Richard was able to get the dings out without issue. Looks as good as it did before. It's a great option for when you have a small ding that needs to be fixed without paint. My girlfriend had previously had a few dings removed as well when and also great results. read more

Best service ever! Job was done as promised and perfect. Even washed my perfect dent less car before bringing back. highly recommend. Katharin O'Brien read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had a tree branch fall on my car and it dented the body crease in the rear fender by the trunk. Since it's a leased car, I wanted to take care of it instead of having Audi rip me off with the damage charge. Making an appointment was super easy and on the day of it I was running early and Richard took me in well before my scheduled appointment. I waited inside the Benz dealership and about an hour later my car was done. Not a sign of where the dent was, it was as it never happened. Well worth it! Not as expensive as I thought it would be, especially for the results and the superb customer service. I'll definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks Richard! read more

I had a HORRIBLE dent in the hood of my BMW 650i convertible from a tree and needed the dent removed to sell the vehicle. Dent Hero was meticulous and removed the dent perfectly. They were very specific that they do not repair paint or scratches, only dents, and I appreciate the quality of their service and the detail. The price I was quoted was the exact price I paid and when my service was completed, I received my invoice via email with before and after pictures. I also note that I was quoted a two hour wait time and they have a nice wait area with WiFi access. The dent removal was completed sooner than I was told which is also a plus. Highly recommend and would definitely use again! read more

The usual 3 choices to choose from are: -Quality -Speed -Cost And the rule of thumb is you only get to pick two! Some places do great work quickly, but cost an arm and a leg. Others may no do great work, but are affordable and quick. Rarely do you get to find somewhere that provides all three. That being said, Richard at Dentmasters was amazing to work with and easily provided excellent service, at a reasonable cost in a timely manner. He reached out to me in moments after I posted a request for a quote on Yelp, and even before scheduling a friend I had mentioned my dent too also recommended Richard. On the day of service, Richard noted my car was too low to go into the bay and made accommodations to make sure my car was serviced and I was done in just over an hour. Richard was friendly and very knowledgeable (he's def a car guy) and I wouldn't trust my M4 to anyone else for paintless dent repair after this experience. Thanks Richard! Happy to know I have good care for my car around the corner from me! read more

Let me start off by saying that I am OCD. Although my 2011 Volvo C70 has some age on her, I am meticulous in making sure it looks great and is always ready to go. Picture it...I come out of an already very stressful situation of shopping at the Target in Potomac Yard, and what do I find upon returning to my car?!? A nice gift someone left in my right rear fender! I thought I could live with it, but after a couple days of my eyes zeroing in on it every time I walked past, I knew something must be done. This is when I reached out to Richard. Simple scheduling, simple appointment, simple payment. The result was amazing. Seriously, the true Dent Hero is Richard, and he did a fantastic job. Thank you! read more

Great work, responsive and professional. Dent is completely gone. Will recommend to anyone.

This guy is a magician and a gentleman. A wet-vac accessory dropped onto the trunk of my car and made a dent that I had to endure for a couple of weeks. Not sure who did it, but it was me ;) Anyways, Richard swooped in and fixed it in no time. He massaged the annoying dent on the trunk of my ride back to factory perfection. Richard was also very flexible with his appointment times. We planned on doing it the day after I first contacted him, but that next morning I woke up to a hot water leak and had to move it back a day. Richard said no prob Bob and was able to accommodate me with an appointment the next day. I can again walk into my garage without having to cringe at a dent in my baby! Thanks again! read more

Well fall brings acorns and sharp fall temperature drops bring tree shaking winds. What does that get you? Acorns raining dents from above! I'm pretty religious about avoiding parking under trees after an acorn rain a few years back, but got caught at a stop light on Halloween where a tree decided to drop a nice sized acorn just as was turning to my wife to say I hoped we got out from under before anything fell off the wind whipped tree. A quick call to Dent Hero and a visit a few days later had my roof good as new within a half hour. If you get acorn damage make sure you check out paintless dent repair and definitely go to Dent Hero. Richard is the best! read more

I took my two cars to Dent Hero. Richard did and outstanding job fixing a bigger dent on the left passenger door in our Toyota Prius. After seeing how skillful and professional Richard was, I decided to also ask him to fix a small dent on my Porsche. That dent was more complicated to be taken care off since it involved going through the wheel well to access the spot. Richard once again took excellent care of the car and it came out perfect. I am extremely satisfied with Dent Hero and highly recommend it to anyone with any kind of dent in his/her car. read more

I had a a couple of small dents on the back passenger door from people hitting the car in parking garages and in parking lots. When I took it to Richard he actually spotted two more that I hadn't seen myself, and he fixed all of them. The door looks as good as the day I bought the car. Fair price, not a long wait, and overall great service. Highly recommend. Thanks! read more

I had an 1-2 inch dent on the driver side right above the tire where the body line is. The dent has been bothering me for the longest time especially I see it every time I enter my car. Finally came across Dent Hero where I saw many great reviews about Richard's work and decided to take my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a quick quote, Richard took a quick look and gave me a very reasonable quote (this is after calling many different body shops). The whole repairing process only took about an hour and I couldn't even tell where the dent was anymore! Richard was also able to buff out some of the scratches where the dent was! Super satisfied about the result and I strongly recommend anyone who is looking to get dents out of their cars! Richard is the man! read more

I took my 2017 Nissan Maxima to have at least 5 dents fixed on my car. I had the pleasure of meeting Richard Rouston who was very knowledgeable and very professional. Excellent work and highly recommend. Go there if you are trying to keep your car appearance and value up. read more

Skillful work + fair price + timely repair = 1 happy customer! Despite my best efforts over the years to always park far and away from other cars, dings (some deep and others shallow, some sharp and others subtle) which had accumulated over 5+ years are completely gone. Now, there's not a trace of any ripples, bumps, or dents on any surface. Of the various dings, there were 2 of major concern...one on the driver side-door (ridiculously sharp and deep) and another seemingly in-accessible ding on the rear passenger side panel (quite a challenge to access from the inside, given the various structural elements unique to the convertible body style). I dropped the car off at 9AM. By the time I picked up the car at 4PM, all dings were skillfully eliminated. The 2 dings of primary concern were -- given Richard's significant investment in time, and skill and creativity with dent-pulling glue -- beautifully addressed. I am happy to give Richard (Dent Hero) 5 STARS! read more

Getting a quote and response with Richard at Dentmasters Arlington was very seamless and professional. I reached out to him on Yelp, got a response within a few hours, and scheduled a time to get an estimate. On the day of my scheduled visit, I ended up getting there 45 minutes early. Richard got to work pretty quickly, so I didn't have to wait around for a while. I showed him the penny size dent on my Nissan car door, and he said it would cost me $150. This sounds like the average price he's been quoting everyone on Yelp, and I didn't want to bug him for a lower price. I showed him some other dents, and he said that would cost me another $150. Since I have been spending so much money on my car lately, I told him to just focus on the former dent instead. In the end, Richard delivered an exceptionally stellar work on my car. He not only fixed the dent on one door, but also went above and beyond and fixed the other dents as well. And, he still maintained his price at $150. I was so shocked by his act of kindness, honesty, and level of professionalism. There's a reason why this Dentmasters at Arlington has impeccable ratings... and that's all due to Richard's hard work. I really look forward to recommending Richard's service to all my friends in the area, as well as the fellow Yelpers in the DMV community :-). read more

Dentmasters is awesome! Richard is the best PDR technician I've ever worked with. He was able to flawlessly remove a large dent over a body line. In addition, he finished within his 2 hr timeframe and even saved me $75 off my repair after he discovered that the dent was easier to repair than he originally thought. Dentmasters is a honest and high-quality dent repair service! I would not hesitate to recommend Dentmasters over the other dent repair services I've used in the past! read more

DentMasters is my car's new best friend. Really. Upon arriving in Arlington, an anonymous neighbor decided to slash my tire AND put a nasty dent in my lovely and pristine car (I guess he doesn't like people from out-of-state) when leaving a note on my car. Standing outside one day, the DentMasters van drove right by me, and I decided it was a "sign". I went to their website, uploaded a photo of the dent, and got an e-mail right away from Brad. I went to their location the next day in Arlington (don't be confused when you go; it's inside of the Mercedes dealership), got a quote, and while my nasty dent was in a tricky place, for $425 Chris got the door looking exactly as it did before my neighbor went to town on my car. A dead tree limb fell on my car while I was driving, couldn't avoid it. The debts weren't big or even that visible, but I knew they were there and wanted them fixed. I texted pics and got a response within 15 minutes. It was reasonably priced and he could even gotten me in the next day, but I couldn't make it. I used the online reservation system and it worked great - got texts confirming the appointment and instructions on where to go, since he works out of the Mercedes dealership. On the day of the appointment, Richard checked the hood and found another tiny dent I hadn't noticed (three in total). He had it done in just over an hour and it looks great! The price was slightly under what he had quoted (paid $225 for the dents; they were pretty minor). And there was a nice touch of a bottle of hand sanitizer, a pen and a business card inside. Like all the others, I highly recommend. read more

Excellent service, completely removed a dent in the engine hood of my 2014 Mercedes ML350. Definitely will return to this company for any future dents. I recommend anyone who is looking for a Paintless Dent Repair to go to DentMasters. You will save money, avoid a carfax report and protect your trade-in value as a paint repair will be detected by the car inspectors at any new car dealer or CarMax. Going to Arlington DentMasters has extra benefits of having the repair done inside: a) great working conditions for the repair despite the weather (mine was on a rainy day) and b) really nice Mercedes dealer waiting room with WiFi and Charging Stations. read more

5 stars for honesty and time The end of my car's lease is coming up and I had the usual car inspection. The person doing my inspection cited a $244 repair for a dent that is hardly visible in pictures. I sent pictures to the Dent Hero phone number and received an immediate answer. Richard couldn't see the dent in the pictures or video I eventually sent, and he told me up front that he has a $150 minimum that he did not think that dent was close to. I told him about the $244 estimate I received and we set up an appointment for me to bring him my car--I'd rather pay $150 than $244! I saw Richard today and he told me the same thing--that the dent didn't look like $150, let alone $244. However, Richard wasn't sure if his repair would suit Nissan considering how picky they were being; how do you fully pop out a dent that is barely visible in the first place? We decided it wasn't worth me paying $150 to likely be charged by the dealership anyway, so I left without getting my car's dent repaired. So Richard did not repair the dent and I cannot attest to those skills, but he was certainly honest with me. So for his time and honesty alone, a 5 star review was warranted. He easily could have charged me $150 to inevitably be charged by Nissan anyway, but he didn't. I apologized for wasting his time (sorry again!) and he of course told me not to worry about it. Considering my experience, plus all of the other reviews that do attest to his repair skills, I would highly, highly, highly recommend this place. read more
