How many 5 Star mechanics do you see on Yelp? I had to check these guys out. My 100 Series Toyota Land Cruiser had a leak in the AC system (front and rear units), as well as a clunking sound when put in gear, shifting (sometimes), as well as accelerating on flat roads. First mechanic I went to had the car for 2 days and only greased the transfer case. And he wouldn't even work on the AC because the Land Cruiser is 23 years old and and that unit HVAC system was extremely complicated. Eric from Premier Auto detected the problem immediately and gave me an estimate. Now, the AC system is running ice cold and the front axle replacements completely fixed the clunking; it's buttery smooth as it should be. It was done in like 3 days; amazing turn around time. Are they the cheapest? No, but they are competitive. The better question would be, "Are they honest, qualified, and professional? Am I getting VALUE for my money?" I am happy to say yes to all four. First of all shout to Elizabeth! She works the front desk, her communication skills and customer service is over the top. Overall, this shop was amazing. Pricing is fair and quality of work is superb. Great communication between the shop and front desk as well. They provide detailed pre and post inspections. If they offer a service and feel like is overprice talk to them and they will find a way to work with something more managable. In our experience, we decided to go somewhere else to get our brakes done and the quality and pricing was a complete failure from the other place where we decided to get the service from. This resulted in wasted time and broken parts from something that was supposed to be "cheaper." But because of their detailed pre-inspection both times that the car came in we were able to get this resolve. I felt like Premier Auto were pretty transparent from the beginning, especially with being a woman, there is always the fear of being taken advantage for this reason. I highly recommend this place. BEWARE OF THIS SHOP! Took my 2003 Mercedes Benz SLK 32 AMG (3.2L V6 SOHC 18V SUPERCHARGER) to another shop who found that the serpentine belt had not been secured! No tensioner! So the alternator, the water pump, the fuel pump and the power steering were not working! That was why it was baking such loud noise! Oil was a light creamy color! These guys really messed up my car! After almost 2 years of owning my vehicle, I was in need of work beyond the basics and dealer mechanic was doing too much guessing of what was wrong and my financial and time expense.
