Best prices!!! Replaced a car battery in 36 minutes, same day. Called ahead and they fit me in at 4pm! They are in an industrial park, office is upstairs next to Starline restaurant. How many 5 Star mechanics do you see on Yelp? I had to check these guys out. My 100 Series Toyota Land Cruiser had a leak in the AC system (front and rear units), as well as a clunking sound when put in gear, shifting (sometimes), as well as accelerating on flat roads. First mechanic I went to had the car for 2 days and only greased the transfer case. And he wouldn't even work on the AC because the Land Cruiser is 23 years old and and that unit HVAC system was extremely complicated. Eric from Premier Auto detected the problem immediately and gave me an estimate. Now, the AC system is running ice cold and the front axle replacements completely fixed the clunking; it's buttery smooth as it should be. It was done in like 3 days; amazing turn around time. Are they the cheapest? No, but they are competitive. The better question would be, "Are they honest, qualified, and professional? Am I getting VALUE for my money?" I am happy to say yes to all four. First of all shout to Elizabeth! She works the front desk, her communication skills and customer service is over the top. Overall, this shop was amazing. Pricing is fair and quality of work is superb. Great communication between the shop and front desk as well. They provide detailed pre and post inspections. If they offer a service and feel like is overprice talk to them and they will find a way to work with something more managable. In our experience, we decided to go somewhere else to get our brakes done and the quality and pricing was a complete failure from the other place where we decided to get the service from. This resulted in wasted time and broken parts from something that was supposed to be "cheaper." But because of their detailed pre-inspection both times that the car came in we were able to get this resolve. I felt like Premier Auto were pretty transparent from the beginning, especially with being a woman, there is always the fear of being taken advantage for this reason. I highly recommend this place. I'm grateful and pleased to have found Eric and Premier Auto to service my Audi Q5. After almost 2 years of owning my vehicle, I was in need of work beyond the basics and dealer mechanic was doing too much guessing of what was wrong and my financial and time expense. Eric was able to address my immediate issue and outline what else would need to be addressed and when, without making me consider trading the car in. He is very knowledgeable and clearly enjoys what he does. The reality is that when you own these type of cars even the slightest thing wrong won't be cheap(I just paid $150 for a light bulb), but you don't need or want to be price gouged on top of it all. In fact, I called Eric to see if he could squeeze me in to put the light in for me, so I wouldn't be driving on a holiday weekend with one headlight, and he had me in and out. They always give great advise, are super reasonable priced, but their best value is their honesty and telling you upfront what your best option is. You know if you are in good hands,, when the mechanic showed you the parts he replaced and explains why they were bad!!! If you show up with an used transmission to replace yours, they will tell you if it's a bad idea (just happened to me). Absolutely top notch automotive expertise and customer service. We had a VW Passat with a clock spring issue (airbag light, horn and radio/nav controls on the steering wheel did not work).
