Didn't hear anything from them, then I called after two days. This time they said that, I need to take the bank statement back to them with bank seal so that they know that it was authentic. They cannot check their transaction list, since they have too many transactions. I need to travel back to them with that piece of paper. They were very rude and didn't even say sorry at all.

Not only was this Mr. Tire FAST in their quote back to me, when everything was said and done, I BASICALLY paid a good 300$ less --labor and all--than I would have if I had gotten my stuff done at the Shell (If I get my breaks changed, I probably shouldn't be charged individually for the brake fluid flush....)
