I sent quote requests to several auto detailing companies. This one did not offer the lowest price but Matthew was the most responsive. I sent the request on a Thursday and he pushed for a Friday appointment, but I kept requesting Saturday. He finally gave me 9am on Saturday. On Friday morning, he called me to confirm the appointment for 9am Friday. I reminded him that he had agreed on Saturday, NOT Friday. He said I wrote "tomorrow" in our text conversation, but nonetheless he confirmed again for Saturday. I was super confused so I went back in to our messages and, sure enough, we were confirmed for Saturday. That was some gaslighting that I didn't appreciate, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. On Saturday, my husband got up at 7am to look out for Matthew. I woke up at 9am on the dot and saw that Matthew had called me 4 times and texted to say he canceled my appointment because I didn't pick up to confirm the appointment. I called him back right away and asked him why our previous two conversations didn't count, especially since one was in writing confirming the appointment. He explained that I never paid him a deposit so he wasn't going to make drive out if I didn't answer the day of. I told him I wasn't aware that he had such a policy because he didn't tell me, and I would have been fine paying a deposit. At the end, he yelled at me over the phone that my appointment was canceled and I had to reschedule. Lesson learned: STAY AWAY. There are so many other options for auto detailers out there. read more

Noting that it was rated 5 stars, I contacted the owner (Matt), and arranged a treatment. His company even details your car at your home! No need to drive miles to some distant service center. Matt was incredible friendly, and professional-to-the-max. He worked on my car for over two hours. In the end, the car looked almost brand new, inside and out. The chrome on the wheels shined. In sum, almost unbelievably well done. Though I decided not to purchase scratch removal or headlight cleaning today, Time Quality Care also offers these (and other) services, and all at very competitive prices. If I could give ZERO stars and still let me post a review, I would. So now I'm giving the lowest score possible for this company so I can share my experience. This was the most HORRIBLE experience I've ever had for customer service. There were so many things that went wrong before the appt. I initially wanted to get a my headlight restored and asked what the process was over the phone. Matthew explained that it was only going to take 5-10 mins but didn't really explain the process. So I was okay with that. Then, I was looking at possibly getting my exterior detailed and continued with my questions on how long it took and what process it entailed. By then he got impatient and cut me off and told me to decide what I wanted because he was on a tight schedule. So I decided to only go for the headlight restoration. We agreed at 8 am on a Monday. After the agreement, he just hung up the phone and didn't say thank you or even to just properly end the call. Monday came and he calls me at 6:40 am and asked if he could come sooner and that he was 20 mins away. At this point, I was being considerate and didn't want to make him wait until 8 am for a 10-min job if he was on his way. I agreed and got up from bed and get ready as quickly as I can so I can accommodate him early. He arrives in my area, but couldn't find my place. I was trying to give him directions to my parking lot, but he still couldn't find it. He was getting really impatient and rude by cutting me off while I was talking. Finally, I asked him why he was being impatient and rude to me. He then became so aggressive and defensive and yelled at me and decided not to do the job and drove away. These kinds of people are not supposed to be in customer service at all!!! I understand that maybe some people will ask more questions than others. The job may sound really simple but for people who have never had their car detailed would ask questions. I felt like I was being rushed. And because I expressed how I felt by the way he treated me, Matthew yelled at me and walked away! What a HORRIBLE customer service that is! He is nowhere close to being nice and patient. Scheduled them to detail my car. The day of the appointment they call me a little past the scheduled time saying they could not make it due to equipment failure. I get it - things happen. We agree on a new time for the next day. The next day - at the past the specific time we had scheduled , they call me telling me they are an hour away due to finishing a job from the day before. The issue I have with this is - they called at the time they were supposed to start. That was the second day in a row they called past the time they were supposed to start telling me they couldn't, when both days they told me they should have called earlier. I can't speak to their work, since I did not use them, but I will say their organization seems to not be there. If you hire them make sure you block the whole day since they seem to not manage their time well. read more
