Luckily, I quickly ran to Yelp for an alternative option and then texted a good friend who also recommended Pro Wash. They are super busy during the weekends and warm weather. When I go, I atemept to go midday. You pull up and you pick your car wash. You let them know what you are getting and they give you a carbon copy of your order and put one in the window. They vacuum out your car and then push it through the machine. You can walk through the side of the building and watch it the whole way. Once it comes out, they hand dry your car which is nice. Once you come to the end of the building (on the inside) there is a cashier where you pay. They also have an assortment of car accessories for purchase. Once paid, you can go outside and watch them hand dry the car until finished. The only area of improvement for me would be that during the drying process, they have recently been leaving more streaks on the inside of my window than I started with. It's an eye sore.

Claim Number: 043-819-271-0101-072 My insurance company, GEICO, has attempted multiple times to contact the owner regarding this matter but has been unsuccessful. I have also personally visited your business on several occasions in an effort to resolve this issue directly, but I have not received any response. I contracted with District Detail primarily for cleaning the car, but told them I'd be happy with whatever improvement could be made with the body paint. Got the car back literally sparkling inside and out and they made tremendous improvement with the paint - and they were even able to re-clip the front bumper skirt that had gotten snagged and pulled out of place years ago! Steven kindly offered to try an additional product on some of the spots of missing paint which I'll be taking the car back for. Pricing was great and they were FAST; car was in at 7am and done by 2pm (the last time I took my car in for interior detailing at a chain company, they took nearly 3 days!) And I got the appointment for just a couple days following my call. Highly recommend Steven's work and their great customer service - Check them out!
