I sucked it up in there and in a matter of seconds, it was gone!! I thought that it was a loss, but decided to mention it anyway. The young man who helped me dry my car was still an ear shot away, so I asked him if there was anyway of retrieving it. His name is Mark, and he was very friendly and helpful. He let me know that they were closing soon, and fortunately for me it has just been cleaned out. He said they couldn't do anything until the end of the night but would check at that point. He looped in the manager/owner, who allowed me to give my number to the young man. Would you believe it?! An hour later, he called and told me that he had it. It would be in the office and that I could come grab it at my leisure. I did the next day, and thanked both of them repeatedly. I could've easily replaced the air pod, but the level of extraordinary customer service I received is unmatched. I was a retail store manager for most of my career, and understand how often complaints flow but how little acts of kindness and a job well done are applauded and mentioned. This is why I'm a member at this car wash and why I will continue to patronize this establishment. Keep up the good work! Thank you.

They left my floor mats soaked in whatever liquid they used. I had to use a rag to mop up the liquid off my floor mats before I drove off. Also, I had to grab rags and clean the rest of my car myself before I left. They could have spent maybe two more minutes to make sure the car was actually clean. I will never be back to this location. And I will also make sure my friends know to never go here. If I wanted a crappy job done, I wouldn't have paid $40 for a crappy job. DO BETTER.

I waited nearly an hour before my car was serviced, and that time also included a breakfast break for the shop owner (only person working). The first time I visited last year was mostly fine. After the second time I noticed my dashboard and trunk were not touched. I chalked it up to a simple oversight and I cleaned them myself when I got home. My third visit this weekend was a repeat of the second time, plus I noticed that there was no vacuuming done under or in between the front seats. I found months old popcorn, a partial leaf, and lint on the floor between the driver seat and middle console. Additionally, the next morning I noticed that my driver side wheels still had some black residue, clearly indicating that a subpar cleaning was done. According to the website, everything that was not done was included with the mini detail so I was definitely played. I was also charged $120 for this crappy service, despite the website noting $115. I've frequented this place because they offer shop services (as opposed to just mobile) and the location is convenient; however, after my last visit I will not return. I'm convinced that the owner knows exactly what he's doing - he doesn't want to fully complete the services booked but is happy to take your money. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop but if you do visit, inspect the work prior to making payment.
