Stopped by today and soon there after it was easy to see why they have such high reviews. Seamless sign-up process, extremely friendly and helpful staff, and an overall nice wash. Some vacuums appear dated (the one I used had tape holding together the vacuum head), but a big plus that each vacuum station has individual compressed air guns to help get all the water and dirt out. After my wash, a couple of employees even offered to hand dry my vehicle. Will make sure to bring cash to tip them next time. So this place is cheaper than auto spa which is very close. My car came out clean but the wheels don't look at clean. I got the 23$ Service and my car was clean enough. Plus the cheapest wash is 8$ I guess that is nkt too bad. read more

This is my go to car wash when I'm visiting my family and when I can't make it to my favorite touch less car wash. I came in today to clean my baby Aliyah the Acura and when I finish my car wash..I pull around to the vacuum cleaner area. The first attendant came up immediately at wiped my windows down and walked away. Orlando comes a few minutes later and asked if I needed my mats cleaned and I smiled and said yes! Next, he comes and asks if I need anything else..I asked for window cleaner, so he comes back and proceeds to wipe my windows down and gets in my car to position himself to clean intricately and wipes my wiper blades down ...he asked me about my day and how I'm doing and we small talk about how today is a good day and not too busy...by this time I am more than pleased. The Showroom Shine on Fort Smallwood/curtis bay is by far the best car wash I've been to. The service is a completely different experience than Glen Burnie. Welcome to the neighborhood Showroom Shine! Came on the grand opening and I am thoroughly impressed. I have nothing but positives to say about this new business. One of the best features are the over 20 free vacuums available to anyone whether you get a wash or not. My advice is to get a wash though. Bottom line is my old car left with an actual showroom shine after one wash. There were so many brushes, sprays, bubbles, rinses, and a final blow dry. It is a good 40 meters of car wash apparatus that will shine up your vehicle. They got my rims and tire shiny too, not a speck of brake dust or road grip. The vacuums are well designed in that they loop over your car so you can easily reach all the crevasses in your car. On the bases of the vacuums are trash receptacles and convenient clips to hang your floor mats while vacuuming them off. If you decide to go with a car washing there are two lines feeding the single track automatic washer. You pay at a touchscreen that is crystal clear visually and easy to understand. Currently, they have three choices of wash with various waxes and finishes. Tire shine and other services are extra. They advertised a towel exchange for trading in your used drying towels. I noted numerous credit card payment options and I think a cash option but check that with the business. Once you pay, big screens display the directions on what to do. The wash chamber is very sleek and modern. It is a contact brush wash so if you wanted touchless cleaning this is not the place for you. However, the brushes were gentle enough. The prices are economically reasonable. The basic wash is $9; the middle $13; and, the deluxe either $16 or $19. The extras like tire shine are $3. They have a monthly option where you get unlimited washes for one price either $19 for basic or $35 for deluxe. I had to dry my car after but it was very minimal because the blower was strong and lasted a while. Finally, the staff was just the best. You can tell that the owners, who were on site, put a lot of sweat and blood into opening up. They were so nice and helpful. The owner even inspected my car wash results to ensure the brand new washer was calibrated properly and reached every area of my car. I was among the first customers but I can predict that this place will be crowded all spring, summer, fall, and winter. Five stars for this new mom and pop owned business. A few months back, I was taking advantage of the service provided of the free vacuums. Being careless and not paying much attention, I took my air pod out of my ear and placed in my center console. I began to vacuum and did just the thing I didn't want to do. I sucked it up in there and in a matter of seconds, it was gone!! I thought that it was a loss, but decided to mention it anyway. The young man who helped me dry my car was still an ear shot away, so I asked him if there was anyway of retrieving it. His name is Mark, and he was very friendly and helpful. He let me know that they were closing soon, and fortunately for me it has just been cleaned out. He said they couldn't do anything until the end of the night but would check at that point. He looped in the manager/owner, who allowed me to give my number to the young man. Would you believe it?! An hour later, he called and told me that he had it. It would be in the office and that I could come grab it at my leisure. I did the next day, and thanked both of them repeatedly. I could've easily replaced the air pod, but the level of extraordinary customer service I received is unmatched. I was a retail store manager for most of my career, and understand how often complaints flow but how little acts of kindness and a job well done are applauded and mentioned. Including Matt washing, staff drying your exterior windows , vacuum clean including 3 different options was remarkable. I've been coming here since they opened and have always used the free vaccum without getting a car wash. I usually purchase a car wash once a month but frequently use the vaccum throughout. Today I was told the rules changed and you have to purchase a car wash in order to use the vaccum. If the rules changed the HUGE signs on the building that say "FREE VACCUM" should be changed as well. read more

I randomly found this car wash while out in Crofton over the weekend. At first glance, it may seem confusing but it doesn't take long to realize where to start and finish. I ordered the Showroom Shine special which was $21. I rolled up, was directed through the car wash and made my way to the free vacuuming station. There are signs that state only 10 minutes are allowed when the car wash is busy but everything moves so quickly, it was never too crowded. Wish there were two wash lanes and one of them be touchless. As soon as I get my new car I won't be coming here any longer because there is no touchless wash. The brushes do a good job, the vacuums are powerful and free along with the air hose to blow out water from crevices. first time visiting this location. I had noticed it under construction and its a bit a ways out from Bowie Town Center but worth every penny! I opted for the $19 wash which included all the bells and whistles of cleaning and waxing in the automated washer. There are attendants on site who will assist with your payment at the drive up kiosks. They also spray your wheels down for you and the hard to reach areas that the automated brushes cannot do; and also close your mirrors for you. Its a pretty thorough wash and I was amazed that they were able to apply tire shine with a mist and not damage your wheels with a hard brush! Icing on the cake is the double hose vacuum that you have access to for unlimited time after the wash is done! I was a regular showroom shine I some on the monthly wash program. The car wash is good mostly but I did have to add extras sometimes for my wheels or undercarriage. The price is 29.99 a month and I go at least 2 x a week. So for me the monthly is a great value overall. They have a wonderful rug/ mat Cleaner and for that I love going. Kids know how to make a mess in a backseat within a few days. The customer service is the best around. Someone will dry off your car (probably expecting a tip- So I would do a couple bucks each time or wave them on telling them I am good). The free vacuums are powerful and easy to use. They also have high pressure air to blow out the little crevices as well as dry off my mats. I dropped my membership for 2 months end of summer since we were headed out of town for 2. Weeks. When I came back I tried every car wash in the area testing each one but came back to showroom shine for the value and all the available services. Cool car wash, it's like a light show when you're being pulled through the wash but... Skip the tire shine. I thought someone would put it on the tires. Instead I was told the machine did it (i.e. In the actual drive-thru wash. Huh? Needless to say it didn't do a damn thing. There's a guy that dries your car? All he did was wipe the outside windows, with a dirty wet rag no less. Not sure what the point of that is if you aren't going to dry the entire car. Free vaccums, yes. But they are weak. I really, really, really love MY carwash. Not just love it but I actually appreciate all of the little things they do to be a great small business. I honestly went through it today just to enjoy the holiday festivities. For Christmas right now, the wash is pine scented and has red and green lights throughout. They are even collecting Toys for Tots! For Halloween, they turned it into a haunted carwash. The employees are always so kind and helpful and the manager (I think his name is Kevin) always makes sure I'm good to go. Not to bash the car wash literally right beside it, but I would rather vacuum my own car at Showroom than wait the thousand years that it takes for a wash over there...any day (even in 30 degree weather). Finding a good inexpensive car wash is very hard to find nowadays. Showroom Shine is a new car wash that caught my eye one day, right down the street from my normal auto spa I usually go to. So I decided to try it since I've never been and I saw there enticing sign stating "Free Vacuuming." So keep in mind for those avid car washers and like everything done for them, this may not be for you. I don't mind doing some things myself, if that cheapens my pricing for my car wash. Pros -Cheaper car washes -Monthly plans are cheaper then some other car washes -You can come back to vacuum whenever, even if you don't get a car wash. Cons -No hand drying if you like that -You do have to vacuum yourself (Not an issue for me) -Machine car wash does everything including tire dressing so if you like this done by hand this place isn't for you. I have lived in crofton for 20 years. This car wash arrived just recently and the hype has been built up for it. Let me tell you about it. First off you pull in pull up you have many of diffent choices from 9 dollar wash to a 19 dollar wash (Go during the middle of the week it's cheaper like 17 max). Do yourself a favor and get the highest wash they have trust me. You pay for the wash and you go forwards. Your car gets put on rollers and you put your car in neutral. First come the wall of foam probably one of my favorite parts the red light comes on and you know what time it is, soap covers the whole thing. Then the soft brushes go around your car. Rinses. Underbody wash (living in Maryland it is always recommended to wash the underbody of your car) The dryer here is incredible the rollers pull you through it. They offer a towel service i am just not aware of it at this time. They have vacuums for free with every wash( yes they actually work great) Overall for a local small business this is where you want to go. Best wash in town and prices are right. I was in new jersey and went to MOD Wash,auto car wash..I think Show Room Shine is closely similar but a step or 2 below...The monthly membership there is about half the price...The frre vacuum and free air hoses,sanitizer sprays and glass cleaners are awesome..But the MOD Wash has carts full of FREE USE micro fiber towels for customers to use and then toss in bends to be recycled...Unlimited amounts of brand new micro fiber towels is an amazing perk..Do better Show Room..especially at your price point you definitely could provide customers free towels instead of selling them for 5 bucks a pop...In area,you guys might be the best overall though.... read more

I've been coming here for about four months. I have the monthly subscription for unlimited washes. They can be busy at times, but the line moves quickly. My car has been covered in tree sap a few times, so I asked the attendant at the entrance to give the "pre-wash" with the brush extra attention. It did the trick! The colored lights makes the wash a lot of fun. Neon pink, neon blue and neon green. The dual vacuums on each side of the car are very handy. No pulling and stretching. Be sure that they don't come in contact with the paint because they can scratch. Employees are always friendly and helpful Definitely worth the money. read more
