This is my favorite local carwash. It is convenient, quick, and affordable. The basic wash is only $8.00. The plus wash I purchased today was $13.00, which included having the attendants do some hand prep work on your car. Perhaps the best part is the layout of their powerful outdoor vacuums. Had a great experience actually! I was using another local car wash, and then I decided I really need to vaccum my car, so I ended up here. The cost was good and they scrubbed my front and back end of the car with only the second value car wash. I felt that I wasn't paying too much for the effort they put forth. I also was able to pull into their vaccum station and that was awesome!! The vaccum is strong enough to get a lot of dog hair out of my car too. And because it reaches on both sides it was super easy. There are clips to put your mats to detial them better and I also see that they have a blowing tool that was awesome to blow out the crud from small places in the car. I didnt' interact with staff, but they seemed professional about getting my bumpers clean. read more

Great service! My car looks incredible after their ultimate wash. For $20 the car looks sparkly and you definitely get what you pay for! I've added a picture of the current 2023 prices to my review. I can tell that a few people were getting the eight dollar wash which seems to be pretty good value for the money. This place has, nice vacuums and pressurized air that you can use to blow off any remaining water if the fans from the washer doesn't get all of the water off your car, the first go. The vacuum had great suction, and there was two on each side of the bays so that way you didn't have to reach around with a hose to the other side of your car. read more

This is a great little car wash which they built where an old self-service carwash used to be. I hoped they would build something like a Starbucks there or something more fun than a car wash. But as far as carwashes go I'm glad they built this one. You pay before you enter by cash or card and pull around to the entrance. You remain in the car when you go through the car wash, just like the gas station car washes but it's larger and longer. There were only two people working there pre-spraying you car on the way in. The car dries completely upon exit. They provide free vacuums and compressed air nozzles to clean out your interior vents. read more

Quick and easy! Relatively great prices for the services they offer and they even have a membership program... I might invest once the weather starts to get better. It's a typical drive-thru car wash where you pull up to a payment machine, select your service, and pull forward to the wash. There, a few workers (depending on the service you select) will pre-scrub and rinse your car prior to entering the wash. You put your car in neutral and let the wash do it's thing, multiple cars can enter the wash at the same time too so it's efficient. After finishing the wash, they have bays where they offer free vacuum hoses you can use. There are podiums with clamps you can attach your car mats and carpets to for easier cleaning. You can also bring your own interior or exterior cleaning supplies to touch up your own car. They have trash cans where you can dispose of any garbage too. The hose extends quite far too so it was easy for me to vacuum out my trunk and the carriage that holds my spare tire. The strength and size of the vacuum hose is also great, it was able to get in my cup holders and in between my seats. Not a bad deal for a convenient wash.. I used to go to Auto Bell on West St. but this might be my primary from now on because personally, I like cleaning out my own car... I'd go again! read more

This place did a considerable amount of damage to my truck 3 weeks after buying it with less than 2,000 miles on it. The "assistant manager" on site never even apologized or refunded my money. He told me the owner would call me the ​same day and it wasn't until I called back the next day that I finally talked to someone. While the guy apologized he couldn't take care of it without getting his insurance company involved, so now I have a brand new $75k truck that is going to have the entire right side repaired with a diminished carfax and it's not even broken in yet. To add insult to injury, the "assistant manager" wouldn't​ let me back out of the wash and instead made me drive through damaging the rear of the truck as well. There are far too many options in the Annapolis area to take a risk here. I did and I paid.... twice. read more

Since I am a frequent user of this company, I wanted to write a more thorough review. The biggest and best part about the car wash is that it's open until 7pm except for Sundays! That is super convenient for those who work late and need to get the car washed. As I said in my first post, you truly get what you pay for and I am signed up for the Monthly Unlimited Ultimate Package. That costs me $39 a month and it is the most expensive of all of the monthly packages. It includes every option. You can do the most basic wash for the monthly unlimited starting at $19. For a one use car wash, the prices range from $7 to $19. You can see the price scale on the picture that I uploaded. You pull up to a pay station and it's all self-explanatory. There is usually someone on staff though that will assist you if you're confused and once you pay and the gate comes up, you can drive through to enter into the car wash. Once in the actual carwash garage, the employees will rinse the car over and wipe off any hard to get bugs/tar and away you go! It's simple easy and the car comes out great! Once you're done with the car wash, you can vacuum your vehicle at one of the stations. That is completed by you though so no one helps. They also have a air blower so you can blow away the dust in your vents inside your vehicle. It's a great addition that most other car washes don't have. The only issue still is that I see folks drive in and go straight to the vacuums without paying because the sign says "Free Vacuums" outside. It is really meant to mean free vacuums for car wash patrons. Hopefully that can be addressed soon because there are too many times when the vacuum stations are full. Overall, this is the best car wash in Annapolis. I highly recommend their services and I'm glad that they are in the area! read more

This is a decent car wash. I especially like that the wheels and tires are clean and shiny after using the top-end service option. The unlimited vacuum use is the best. Downsides: They close too early for commuters (6pm) and too often... any amount of rain during the day and they shut down for the entire day. Drive there on an afternoon when the sun is out and they're closed because it rained earlier in the day. Also, the vacs are hit or miss; some barely have suction. read more

I've washed my wifes car here multiple times knowing automated brushed car wash can damage the paint which is minimal. Last sunday it turned out to be worse. Upon washing her car and pulled up onto the vaccume location and proceeding to wipe off the car notices a large scratch or I should say a gash roughly 7 inches long on the rear bumper which was not present before coming to the wash that day because right before going to the wash, I took out the tyre shining spray from my car and placed it in her cars trunk. Also the brush that do wipe the back moves left to right which is identical to the scratch. I went in and called out one of the gentleman and i formed him about the incident. He came out to look at the damage and casually tried to deny that their brush did that. What a Joker! He than took my info and promised that the owner will get in touch with me witin 24 hours. That was a lie as its almost a week now and no call. I did not wanted money (if the car was new, that would have been a different story). Just wanted the management to get in touch with me and take the responsibility and say, "We royally screwed up and we are truly sorry". Very simple, but decency and common sense are so rear its funny and sad at the same time. read more

Only complaint is the drive through washing didn't hit under the door handles or the lower edge of my car. I liked the place at the end where you could vacuum out and air pressure clean your car. Easily the best car wash in town. Efficient and the tunnel does a phenomenal job. I love the compressed air to get the dust as well. It's so quick and convenient and the guys that work it do a great job. I've been doing the monthly membership ship for car washes for probably 10 years now and this is far and away the best. They are not full service but thats ok. They have the free vacuums and I can take care of the windows. The convenience of this place and quality of the wash far outweighs the fact that they are not full service. I drive about 60,000 miles a year so I probably run my car through there 4 times a week and my car is spotless. Never a bug spot or brake dust. Great addition to Annapolis!! read more

The workers do a great job preparing and caring for your car before going through the wash station. If you're looking for a quality car wash, you've found it! Although it can be a tad pricey, $10.00 for a basic wash, the employees make it worth it. Every time that I've been here the employees have always treated my little Chevy Cruze as if it were a new off the line BMW. Prior to entering the car wash they spray your car down just like any other was would, however, they actually take the time to get off the rough caked on stuff that they fully know the machines can't. They'll take a cloth to my front bumper and scrub at the marks prior to entering the car wash. Everything at the car wash is very technology oriented, by they're still sure to add a personable touch. Unfortunately there is not someone at the end of the car wash to towel dry, but I feel as though the car wash itself has always done a great job drying my car. Then, just when you think it's over, it's not! They have free vacuum stations before you leave. At no cost to you, you can pull into one of the 10 stations and completely vacuum out your car. Not only do they have excellent vacuums, but they also have powered air to blow all the nasty dust out of the crevices of your car. Excellent service! My 16 year old car had been sitting under a pine tree for over a year without moving and looked awful. It took me about 20 minutes just to clean enough sap, dirt and pollen off the windows to safely drive to the car wash. I thought the paint job was probably a lost cause and the best I could hope for was to remove a few layers of dirt. I was completely wrong and the end result was remarkable. The amount of time and attention they devoted to getting my car clean was impressive and much appreciated. My van was a MESS. I cannot remember the last time it was washed (shame on me). I was SO impressed there was an attendant who sprayed the vehicle and gave the hood a little pre-wash scrub before the van was pulled through the wash. So pleased with the service, price and results.
