I've found the best spots in my DMV area and stick with those. I get the best service early in the morning or after 6:30 PM on weekdays. Weekends are crowded and rushed; I avoid Saturdays but occasionally go on Sunday mornings. Recently, I needed to transfer my membership to a different vehicle due to a mechanical issue. The first customer service representative (unnamed) did not complete the transfer, and I was billed for a month without being able to use the membership on the new vehicle, as it is tracked by the vehicle tag. Therefore, because the transfer was incomplete, I could not use the car wash. I called customer service at 410-824-1135 and spoke with Latrice, who resolved the issue, transferred my membership, and handled the unused month. I must admit I was frustrated, but Latrice's patience and temperament helped us resolve the situation in one call. Thank you, Latrice! Flagship Carwash needs more employees like Latrice. She was pleasant, polite, knowledgeable, and is definitely a rarity in her field!
