We recently had our Volvo repaired at Jeff's Body Shop in Annapolis after an accident, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. We were referred there by the Volvo dealer, and I'm very glad we were. From our initial conversation, the team was professional, responsive, and highly communicative throughout the entire repair process. The turnaround time was unbelievably quick, and the quality of the workmanship was impeccable. A special thank you to Jessica, who was absolutely outstanding to work with and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Jeff's Body Shop to anyone in need of auto body repairs. read more

I went in the for a quote and I believe I spoke with Steve. Anyways very upfront and wasn't trying to get me to do a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Was upfront what the cost would be and the problems that I could have. I really appreciated the honesty. I elected to just by a new car, but if I had work to have done I'd bring it here. read more

Brought in car after a fender bender, working with my insurance. This shop managed to take over 40 days to fix something estimated to be less than 10 days of work. Had to pay out of pocket because they had my car longer than the 30 days of a rental insurance covered. Also made me pay more for OEM parts because allegedly the aftermarket parts my insurance quoted didn't fit. All the time this was happening I went days without a call back after calling the shop trying to find out what the situation was. read more

During a challenging time - having my first and only car totaled - Jeff's Body Shop offered great service in my interactions with them. Jessica was great, and they were easy to get in touch with. read more

We are very impressed with the repair of the right side passenger door and corner panel of our Jeep Grand Cherokee, which someone backed into while exiting a parking space. The quality of Jeff's work is top notch. You cannot tell where the damage was done. Plus, they washed the Jeep inside and out, including a though vacuuming. While it may have taken a little longer than expected, it was clearly worth the wait. We HIGHLY RECOMMNED Jeff's Body Shop in Annapolis, MD! read more

Jeff's Body Shop does fantastic work! I recently had a run in with a giant flower pot ;( Jeff's got me in for an estimate which was done quickly and reasonably. Jon Haislip was estimator and looked for repair parts vs full assemblies for me. He gave me an estimate and told me that if I dropped my car off on Monday they'd have it back to me by Friday. On Wednesday that week Jon called to tell me my car was ready to be picked up and the cost came in as quoted. I was floored when I picked up my car. Not only did Jeff's body work shine but my car was detailed inside and out. If you are looking for and honest, reliable and customer friendly body shop - Jeff's is the place to go! read more

I highly recommend Jeff's Body Shop! I took my Honda Pilot there after they repaired my husband's Toyota Takoma. Jon was courteous and professional, and he gave me an estimate for my car, on the spot, when we picked up the truck. The price was reasonable and such a pleasant surprise after the first estimate I got. The contrast really made the other estimate seem outrageous. My car looks pretty again (new front bumper, and horn repair), and it was done in 3 days, as promised. He even referred me to a business that could repair some interior cabin wear and tear. So grateful, and if the need ever arises, will definitely return to Jeff's! read more

Our family has hard more then our share of need for accident repairs. Jeff's has been our go to place. Always friendly and attentive. Repairs been excellent and professional. They have never disappointed. Ted the manager and his staff are straight forward and make sure things including insurance claims and quality of repairs are handle in a timely manner. The only shop I would use. read more

My car went into Jeff's body shop 2/2022 after a shop crashed it during a dyno tune session, it was finished 11/22. When I received the car back the chrome on my front wheels was flaking off very badly (they were pristine when the car went into the body shop). I also had new Braun leather seats in the car, when I got it back either someone sat in the driver's seat with a screwdriver in their pocket and they tried to repair the hole or there its a cigarette burn. The driver's side door speaker grille is missing. My beautiful engine compartment was completely covered in paint sanding dust, no attempt to detail the car was made. The fiberglass bumper was rubbing the bumper fillers in 2 places and it rubbed the new paint off. I had to remove the bumper and clearance it and reposition it so it fit right. The interior is filled with dust, guess they left the windows open when they were sanding. The paint is bubbling on the bumper they painted in 1 spot and the bumper was not smoothed down in a couple of places before it was painted so some deep scratches are visible through the paint. There was clearcoat overspray on the LF wheel. So it will cost 1k to replace the front wheels which are totally trashed. I havn't decided what to do with the damaged driver's seat. This is a 75k high-end hot rod that was treated like a Chrysler K-car. This is a smash and grab shop, do not take your prized possession there expecting anything more than ordinary low-grade work. read more

My car got hit in a parking lot. Jeff's got me in within a few weeks. They quoted 5 days but we're done in 2! I unfortunately tested positive for Covid the day it was done so they drove the car to my house for me! Best customer service I've ever had in the car biz. Much appreciation to this place read more

I'll give 3 stars since they did a great job on the repairs to my SUV...and the clean up was very nice. However, the repairs took way too long for the damage. I left my vehicle on Dec 5 and didn't get it back until Jan 6...a whole month! But the worst part really was the lack of communication...they never initiated any calls to me concerning the status of my vehicle...I had to constantly call them for an update. Please consider this constructive feedback and do better communicating with your customers. read more

I have to say, the customer service was absolutely above and beyond. I had used them prior and everything of course was great so when I needed my car repaired again, I immediately called them. When I picked up my car, I had numerous issues with the battery. It was a fairly new one so didn't make sense. They took my car back and tested over and over to find out why my car wouldn't start. After a weekend of needing a jumpstart on numerous occasions, which they assisted with, no questions asked there still was no resolve. They picked up my car and took it to the dealer to hopefully find the problem. No one saw anything abnormal. All said and done Jeff's auto body replaced the battery to just make sure I didn't have to go another place and be without my car. John and Chris, went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. This is truly an exceptional shop and extremely professional. You will not be disappointed and will always want to go back! Great customer service. I recently brought my historic vw in after it was hit. Theresa was fantastic, both over the phone and in person. She gave me a quick estimate and assessment of the damage. Due to the nature of my custom paint job she was professional and honest and recommended another company who would be better suited to do the work. She still submitted the estimate to the insurance company and got me all set up. While they're not doing the work on my car, I would have full confidence that they would do a great job. read more

Poor customer service experience... I was given 2 quotes on day 1; when I returned to turn in my car for work, I informed the woman at the desk about which quote/repairs I wanted to go with; Jon, who sat next to this woman, was busy with another customer; when I informed this woman and gave her my keys, I made mention that "I don't need to do anything else? Wow that was easy enough" When I was called to pick up my car, I asked about the total cost; I was told that it was more than estimated and that they had been in contact with my insurance company for paying the difference; however, when I mentioned that I didn't want a certain part of the repair done as I told the woman on day 1, Jon had no idea as to what I was talking about and claimed it was not written anywhere or ever told to him. When I went in to get my car the woman was also sitting there; I again told Jon that I was unhappy at the fact that what I requested wasn't done and instead I now owed more money out of pocket; she spoke up to say that I never spoke to her about the repairs I did not want done and that she did not write anything done; basically calling me a LIAR. To "make things right", they reduced my total by $100; however, neither of them took fault or said, "I am sorry this happened, that was my error"; humans make mistakes! However, to me this was a slap in the face and another way to make a few more bucks. Ultimately, from what I can tell so far, the work was done well; however, the experience I had was very upsetting and disappointing; I felt as though, I got "got". Jon, the gentleman whom I dealt with throughout my time except for the key drop off, seemed to care, although I'm not sure it was genuine; after the experience its hard to trust and believe in anyone in the car industry. read more

From estimate to finished repair this business was flawless; all staff I dealt with were very courteous and professional.

Wow, I was amazed at the service here. Drove up and within 5 minutes had an estimate. Within 30 minutes, my problem - albeit minor for them but major for me - was fixed! Dealer estimated 300 bucks; Jeff's fixed me up for $70. Pleasant staff, comfortable waiting area, convenient location, and (unlike many auto shops) was neat and clean. It's a pleasure not to have to sit on dingy, 30-year old, stained sofas in a place that wreaks of smoke. read more

I was referred to Jeff's after the air conditioner in my car died. They were able to see me right away and fixed the problem at a much more reasonable price than I ever expected. I was turned away from Honda and Jiffy Lube for this same service and they really came to the rescue. I know this isn't a repair they typically do, but they couldn't have been kinder and more gracious towards me. I will recommend Jeff's to everyone I know, and to all the Yelper's out there looking for a quality body shop. read more

I went to Jeff's to repair damaged body parts on my Subaru Outback from a deer collision. They did a magnificent job and everything looked new when they finished. They processed the insurance paperwork online when I visited and within 1/2 hour I had insurance company approval and an appointment for repair. They also lined up a rental car for me to use while my auto was in the shop. They dropped me off at the car rental place and everything. I initially chose Jeff's because the Subaru dealership highly recommended them to me. A great experience all around. read more

Our Lexus Ct 200h had rear bumper damage due to a hit and run. I did some research on line and was impressed by all the great reviews so decided to trust them with the repairs. Jon Haislip was the one I personally dealt with for the estimate and overseeing the car. It was truly a pleasure having him in charge and he kept me well informed of all the details and progress of our car's repairs. We picked up the car today and it looked better today than the day we bought the vehicle! This company understands that our cars are not just a mean of transportation but also an expensive investment. They take pride in their work and aim to provide the best possible service! Thank you to all the staff for their hard work. We truly appreciate it!! My husband also enjoyed the yummy donuts and coffee. read more

Jeff's Auto Body shop did top notch work on our company truck. Theresa Goss was are rep and she rocked. We scheduled it for the repair and like she said it would be one day and it was. If you need a body shop I highly recommend Jeff's. read more

I always take my car to Jeff's when the body needs work. 2 weeks ago, some jerk backed into the side of my car while I was in the grocery store. He did not leave a note. Anyway, I took my car over to get looked at/photographed. I was able to drop my car off sooner than I thought after the initial assessment. I was kept posted by email about the progress of the work. When I picked my car up, I couldn't tell anything had happened to it. My car was even vacuumed and washed too! I also appreciate the fact that I was thanked for my business. I will definitely recommend Jeff's to anyone who needs body work. read more

I will never go to this repair shop again. My car was delivered to be repaired on may 26. They told me it will be a 2 week repair. It is now June 25. This is a family business...that is, they care for you and your car like family! My wife's collectable Volvo was almost technically totalled by the adjuster before we appealed after discussing potential repair with Manager Ted and his crew. Not only did they "save" her baby, we defy anyone to tell the repaired area from the rest of the car. It took a couple of weeks but we received regular updates on progress to ease our apprehension. At pickup, the entire car was detailed and presented as one would have expected for a new car--not a 12-yr old from Sweden. Epilogue: Now two years later, returned for a tailight replacement caused by a parking lot Walmartian. Despite our appointment falling just before Blizzard2016, they kept our car protected and had it once again detailed and ready for pickup when we were. Big thanks and appreciation to Ted, Jane, Mike, Heather, Ike and the shop crew too numerous to recall. read more

I would highly recommend this shop if your looking to get body work done to your car. I believe Chris and Will were the two people I dealt with here. I truly appreciated their customer service. My car had more hidden damage than the insurance company initially paid me for. They were quick to call me up and let me know my car would be out of commission longer than originally thought. This really helped me plan out the next 2 weeks with having a rental car. Note: They do not take personal checks, bring cash or a credit card. read more

Jeff's Body Shop does fantastic work! I was rear ended by a SUV and was pushed into the car in front of me. Jeff's replaced the front and the rear bumper, and the rear hatch. The paint match was perfect, the car looked like new. The team at Jeff's went out of their way to source OEM parts to ensure repair quality. Jeff's also painted side skirts for my other car and did a fantastic job once again. I highly recommend Jeff's Body Shop. read more

Jeff's has been consistent with their work quality, good matching on paint color, reliable service, have used the shop twice now.

What a terrific find! Kelsey and John were amazing to work with. Super price and great work and what amazing people to deal with. Made the job of replacing a Jeep bumper look easy. Any and all auto body needs will be done here at Jeff's without question. Thanks Kelsey and John! read more

Every bit of my experience here was great. I was rear ended by another driver and they handled all the insurance paperwork and even insisted the rental car company pick me up. I worked with MIKE at this location and went above and Beyond to keep me informed throughout the whole process. He even sent back 2 rusted tailgates that the tried to use to repair my car. I ended up with a brand new one instead. Paint looks great and could not be happier. Thank you. Especially you Mike. read more

Recently my 2013 Lexus caught a nasty snag on the right bumper. When I took it to Jeff's (with a reputation for being reliable and talented), I was dismayed to pick it up days later to find the snag still there. Apparently, I must have misunderstood. They replaced the "fender" - which was rusted - and NOT the "bumper." I shared my disappointment with the manager, Ted, who accepted some role in the misunderstanding, and promptly offered to repair the bumper at cost. Within 36 hours I had a shining new bumper and a car that looks good as new. Thanks to the integrity of Ted and the skilled workers at the Body Shop, Jeff''s not only has gained my loyalty, but I can't stop bragging about how beautiful my car looks! Thank you Ted and Jeff's! You have a fan in me. read more

The work done by Jeff's was done on time and within the estimate. Six weeks after the repair a piece of the interior came loose in the area of the car that was repaired. It appeared some plastic tabs were broken or had come loose during the reinstallation. The customer service rep Will, who we worked with ordered a new interior piece and replaced it without hesitation. I was happy the car looked like new when we picked it up but the fact they stood behind their work later is what will make me go back and recommend them to friends. read more

Had Jeffs pull the front end of my truck which the previous owner had damaged. They were able to get it near perfect for a very fair cost, and were extremely good to work with. Took my 2016 Lexus to Jeff's on the recommendation of my Lexus service advisor. Also liked the idea that it was a lexus certified body shop and they had good reviews on Yelp. Everyone at Jeff's was very gracious and friendly. They kept me updated on status of mycar and I received it back timely. It's only been a few days, but the work looks great. My only issue was a long white mark on the textured trim that turned out to be wax (my car is Black so it stood out). It was not visible when I picked up the car because it was raining. After a few calls, I spoke with someone who advised me what it was and what to use to get rid of the marking. So yes, I would definitely use Jeff's again, but I think I'll be a little hesitant about picking up a car from any body shop in the future on a rainy day. read more
