The paint on a passenger-side door of our nearly-new 2025 Mazda CX-50 was scraped. I took it to Criswell Collision Center for an estimate, which was promptly provided, and the amount was a bit more than $4000, which seemed steep, so I took it to Fitzgerald Mazda, where I'd bought the car. The Fitzgerald service manager recommended taking it to Elite Auto Body, which I did. The estimate from Elite was about half as much as the one from Criswell, so I had the work done there. The door had to be removed, blasted, repainted, and re-coated, and when I got the car back a few days later it was as good as new -- and the price charged was less than the estimate! read more

Had the front end repaired and about 6 months later brought it by because the turn signal fell out. They said that I got in another accident t that made it fall out. There was no visible damage. Just the clips that would hold it in were broke probably when they assembled it. read more

Front fender was damaged. After sitting outside for 2 weeks, the fender was painted and clear coated with drips and bad blending. In addition the dent was not repaired. When the problems were pointed out, the shop was most unpleasant and would not repair for 2 months. The second was somewhat better but they sprayed clear coat over dirt on the door. They were most combative to deal with so i gave up. Avoid this establishment. read more

Don't call 7 minutes before they close. They'll tell you they close at 5:00, then stall you for 5 minutes, then hang up on you, and then let the phone go to their voicemail. It was premeditated because they were too tired to take my information. Total failure at customer service. read more

I have a Maserati Gran Turismo and I've had it there three times now for paint correction a severe dent on the side which they removed and you can't tell it was ever there without anybody work Tom is a great guy to work with very knowledgeable gets the job done very honest business great prices I go back every year for a paint tuneup i.e. shine work I will never go anywhere else they treat my car like it is theirs perfect. Quite possibly the best car service experience I've ever had. I backed into someone and caused a little bit of bumper damage. I went to 3 other body shops before this one and the others wanted $900, $700, and $500. Elite gave me a straight up front offer of $388 and did EXCELLENT work. My new car was sent to them from Criswell for hitting a curb. They billed for a front end alignment but left the damaged rim and steering linkage untouched. When I picked the car up from Criswell, the steering wheel was turn to the left but the front end tires were turn to the right. I then drove the car to another auto body in Calvert County and was told the car was NOT drive able. It was too dangerous to drive anywhere. According to my insurance, if Elite performed the front end alignment as they claimed or went in to adjust the airbag sensors, they would have found the damage. I needed two broken rims replaced as well as control arms, suspension, steering knuckle, strut, drive axle nut, etc. Elite tried to blame Criswell even though they could not explain why they charged for work not performed. I would never use or recommend Elite to my worst enemy. read more

Four and a half stars. I brought my Audi A4 to repair a rear bumper which had an unfortunate meeting with a sign post. Tom gave me a detailed estimate with a very reasonable price. The finished work which was done for the quoted price was nothing short of miraculous, absolutely no sign of repair (and he even painted and installed a damaged running board cap for me). The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that the work took a bit longer than expected, but it was worth the wait. read more

I was very impressed by Elite Auto Body in Annapolis Maryland. Starting with Ms. Beverley, who handles the front desk. Her courteous, professional, and excellent customer service was very impressive. Tom, the owner there at Elite Auto Body takes excellent care of the customers and extremely thorough, professional approach in all facets upon arriving and departure there at Elite Auto Body. Absolutely abysmal experience. Should have listened to other reviews on the web. Quoted 2 weeks, took 2 months. Don't use them if you want your car back anytime soon or if you want you or your vehicle to be treated with respect. The whole time they had the vehicle they did not make one phone call to update on expected completion time, explain the delay, or apologize. Rude receptionist - treats you as an inconvenience. Vehicle was returned with filthy interior from sanding and wet sanding and I was told "it's dirty work" and "we don't get paid to vacuum". Over all repair was of mediocre quality. Owner did end up fixing some minor issues both with the exterior repair and the interior after complaining that 'sometimes special needs customers aren't worth dealing with.' Never, ever, ever again. Took next repair to Panther Auto Body on Lee Street a couple blocks away and they were awesome. Repair was done in shorter time than quoted, excellent communication, vehicle was spotless inside and out when returned, and they definitely know the meaning of and practice 'good old fashioned customer service.' You have tons of choices in auto repair shops in the Annapolis area... why choose a shop that will treat you poorly? read more

Horrible service and Tom Hill lied to me repeatedly. Body panels and hood not aligned correctly and rust is starting in one corner of the door but I refuse to go back to Elite. I took car to BMW Collision Center and they repaired the damage caused by Elite. BMW Collision center had very competitive pricing and were true professionals. I wish I went there first! read more

Tom (Mgr), Beverly and Company did such a great job on repairing my sedan when it was hit a year ago. Today, they assisted me with fixing a minor issue that I thought may be related but wasn't. I selected Elite Auto Body in Annapolis because they were listed as a Porsche certified collision center and because of its yelp reviews. I had Tom and his crew install a factory Aero Kit on my 2014 911 Turbo S. This was a complex job that involved a lot of detail work. But no worries, Porsches are their specialty. During the estimate, Tom walked around the car and pointed out some areas on the doors and rear quarter panels that had significant stone chipping that I hadn't even noticed. I opted to get those repaired too which essentially brought my car back to showroom condition. The price was was more than competitive and the quality of workmanship was outstanding. I really couldn't believe my eyes. Don't expect to get your car back overnight. Elite takes its time to get the job done right. Besides the fantastic workmanship, you'll feel right at home with Tom's laid back manner and Ms. Beverley's friendly greeting as soon as you walk through the door. I have checked our records for you and I have no record of you being here. I have a few problems with your review, and they are as follows..... 1. Criswell has their own body shop, they would not send me customers. 2. We would never fix a vehicle and have you pick up from another body shop. 3. If ever we were asked to do an alignment, we would take the vehicle to Chesapeake Imports or the dealer. If for some reason the alignment could not be done due to damaged or worn out parts, the customer is always given the information needed to repair the vehicle. In the end, if the customer decides not to fix the vehicle, the final bill will be for the inspection. Elite Auto Body has been around for over 30 years and we take pride in not being fed by insurance companies, which allows us to act in our customers best interest.
