And the person in charge of the body work for me was very nice and helped me work with my insurance which of course was going to try and get out of paying for an accident that wasn't caused by me, and their work was exceptional! I've had nothing but issues with the quality of work at Superior. They replaced my roof panel in 2020, and my truck has been back to them 5 times to have work corrected, and it's still not done properly. I've had rust show up under the paint multiple times. Yeah, they take the truck back and try to correct the problem, but another one shows up. This is how my truck looked when I got it back on Friday evening 4/11/25. They had my truck for 2 weeks, and it looks horrible. Of course, they added plenty of new stretches to the interior and exterior of my car. Please, for your own sake. Did have to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment for the estimate, but worth the wait. Took my daughters car for damage done to the passenger side in a parking lot. I have been to Superior more then I like to admit. That said I have always had positive experiences. The last time I must say I was disappointed with commutations. I had damaged due to a accident. However then I had damage from loading a walker in and out of the back seat. I want to have both repairs done simultaneously. I asked if this could be done and they said yes. I asked for a price. I never heard a word. I spoke to Bobbie three times. About have this extra work done. I was told the guy working on my car was on vacation? What ? Then I was told that she would have Sal call me. Crickets. I heard from a new one. I call again and spoke to Sal who basically told me that it was to late to do the other work? Who dose that what company tell you it's to late to have the work done? Just ridiculous. He knew from the very beginning it was written on my estimate paper that I wanted the scratches a little dings repaired. Do better superior auto body! Worst place I have ever been to. Was working with Christi Clow at the time. Seemed like such a nice lady. I took my daughter's car in for repairs after an accident. Christi gave me a date as to when the car would be ready after keeping the car for weeks. Finally, she called and said the car was ready for pick up. When I arrived I paid and after paying she said the car needed more repairs and it was dangerous to drive it - though on the phone she said it was already repaired and ready for pick up. She wanted more money so she made up more "problems" with the car. At that point I told her I wanted my car and I was leaving. I had the car towed to my regular mechanic and he said the car was fine and did not need any additional work. This happened quite a few years ago so perhaps this woman is no longer there. Lets start off by saying, I've been to plenty of auto body shops over the course of my life. Most do a a terrible job at making impacts disappear from your car. At superior auto body I dealt with john. Twice now, once on a work vehicle and once on my dream car(Shelby Cobra) I've come away ridiculously impressed. On either vehicle, I absolutely cannot tell my vehicle was ever damaged. I'm overly protective and compulsive about my vehicles. I feel like they are investments that should be maintained better than i maintain myself. I feel that John and his crew at superior far exceeded my expectations with both vehicles and they have left me with a feeling of absolute contentment. I do not recommend this business at all. I was given an estimate for a repair and 10 days later when the part arrived the estimate was almost doubled. They did refund my money paid for the original estimate so they were fair in that regard. I got my car repaired elsewhere for $500 less than their final price, $130 less than the original estimate. Plus they take much longer than needed with both my issue and a repair they did for my parents. One star for giving my money back. read more

When I got into my car accident Superior Auto Body came HIGHLY recommended. WORST experience ever, left out of there crying. They had my car a total of 17 days, after the first week I had to call to check on the status of my car. I was told it was being painted and that it would be ready on Thursday, Thursday came and went with no call. I went up there the next day and was told they were waiting on a part which didn't make sense since it was suppose to be ready the day before and would be ready Tuesday, well, Tuesday came and went with no call regarding my car. I called on Wednesday to find out that the guy Steve who was working on my car was no longer and he had "left on Friday", the day i was there. Tara told me that someone would call me regarding the status of my car by 2pm, no call and i had to call at 4:45pm for her to say that my car was FINALLY ready. When i picked it up on Thursday they gave me the keys to leave, nobody was walking me around my car. I got home and saw white paint specks all over the hood of my black car so I went back up for the mechanic to tell me they were "rock chips" which weren't there when i dropped it off. For a place that came highly recommended I've never experienced such horrible service. read more

I hit a deer and had significant front end damage and they replaced it and fixed everything in a timely manner and were very professional and nice. Car looks brand-new again you can't even tell where they did work. A few weeks later I had additional electrical issues, and I brought it in to be fixed as part of the accident and they had it fixed and back to me in the same day-no paperwork no cost-good to go.
