    Horrible, horrible, and horrible, are simply the only words that can be used to describe this place. I was involved in a fender bender, that had an estimated $2,800 in repairs. This is where the Geico inspection occurred so I said to leave it there to have it's work done. Prior to any work being done, on the same day it was dropped off, I had called and said I was no longer interested in having work done at this location and would be taking it somewhere else. They said okay and that they would call me back about picking it up. I then received a message the next day from my geico agent that my estimated value in damages went up by an additional $9,000 because it needed a whole new bumper. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED Subway Auto Body and TOLD THEM I WANTED MY CAR BACK AND NOT FOR THEM TO WORK ON IT. I was then transferred to Ian, who was responsible for my car, and he did not answer so I left a voicemail saying I was picking my car up and not to work on it. I then called back to the receptionist and told her he did not answer and that I wanted to pick my car up and she said she would call me back in regards to picking it up. NEVER CALLED BACK AGAIN. Then I called them Monday and again was told I would receive a call back about picking it up because Ian was on lunch. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK. So today, I decided I was just going to show up and get my car back. Upon arriving I find my car in the parking lot COMPLETELY STRIPPED DOWN AND DISMEMBERED. They then refused to give me my keys unless I paid for the work they had done??? The work I had said NOT TO DO FROM THE GET. They entirely destroyed my car and are taking no responsibility for it. Pictured below is the damage to my car, they tried to give an estimate at approximately $13,000... for a fender bender. What a joke of an establishment. As you can see THERE WAS VIRTUALLY NO DAMAGE. NEVER EVER EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

    This is my first review ever and it's because I am really disappointed. Do not come to this shop if you care about your car please. I brought my car in for 3 dents on my door. They had to replace my door. When I go pick up my car, I found the red cap of my battery inside the car and my car would not start, they had to come jump start it. Whenever I roll down the window my window would sound like s***, it makes a horrible noise, they also broke and scratched the part of my car where I change from P to D, etc. They also didn't put a cap on the door that is supposed to be on the door and now I can see the screw on the door, i don't know what they did with the cap for my door. Every employee I talked to was really nice. They also said they will replace my glass for free so it doesn't make that horrible noise since they have lifetime warranty, but I sent them and email about the broken and scratched part of my car from where I change from P to D and they never replied, and I just found out today about the missing cap of the screw for my door. Also I went to the car wash and water get inside my car through the window tht they didn't place well. I just hope I don't keep finding scratches or things missing in my car. Great job on the actual job that they were supposed to get done but for the rest that had NOTHING to do with it... I was expecting to pick up my car they way I left it when I dropped it off. They're nice people but they do not know how to take proper care of cars. UPDATE: My dad opened the door and he was able to fix it himself! My door did not need a new window, they just didn't screw some parts of the door and so the door was loose and my dad was also able to find the screw that was running and making noise inside the door. Also, they ordered a new cap for the screen on my door to replace the one they lost but they did not respond for my broken gear shift, they just didn't say anything about it and when i asked if they ordered one after finding out they order a new cap for the door they just said no... Anyways, please be careful if you want to take your car to this shop. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it.

    Repairs are undetectable. Paint match is flawless.
