When first speaking w/Blake, I told him I wanted to pick up my rental on Rt 1 vs Clarksville, and he took care of that. While my experience at Enterprise was pleasant, I didn't love the vehicle I was given. Nothing wrong with it at all; clean, new, just too big for me and way more electronically complicated for me. Told Blake about the rental, and he expedited my repairs to my car. Drop off at Enterprise was easy and they drove me back to Autobody Images. Seamless process and everyone I encountered was lovely. My car needed major repairs so I went to multiple shops in the area and Joe's original estimate included more parts than others for a comparable price so I felt confident that he fully understood the scope of the repair. He managed to get the new lift gate in silver so it wouldn't need to be repainted, lowering the cost which I very much appreciated. He also offers a cash discount. He was very nice and professional throughout the whole experience and didn't make me feel silly for fixing an old car that most people would have just scrapped. As you can see in the photos, the craftsmanship is excellent! I live in Baltimore city and it was so worth the hassle of getting to his shop for the quality of repair and service I received. Another car backed into mine and left some scratches. Emailed Autobody for a quote and they responded before the end of the day. Did some research and they have good certifications and had decent reviews. Called and the front desk was very nice about everything. I took my car in at lunch on a Monday and it was done Wednesday at lunch. Car looks like it never had scratches, very nice work, same sparkly white paint and they stayed to their original quote. This past summer I unfortunately was involved in 2 accidents (no fault of my own though). Back in June my car was parked in my complex and the next morning when I woke up, I noticed that someone had crashed into the right side of my car. A couple months later in September, I was leaving from the gas station and heading back home. While driving in the parking lot, anther driver decided he wanted to drive through the lanes of the parking lot and not in the aisles and his vehicle crashed into the passenger side of my vehicle. They work well with insurance companies in identifying damage not visible to the naked eye. My review on Autobody Images is based on two experiences. The first one was back in 2012 when my friend hit the back of my bumper, and he recommended me to go to Autobody Images to get the work done. I was really nervous since my car was relatively new (one-years-old at the time), and I have never been in an accident before. Due to my naivety, I simply assumed that all auto shops were shady, and I didn't know what kind of expectation to have. Anyway, Joe, the manager, quoted my friend at $500 to replace the rear bumper without having getting my insurance involved. When I came back to pick up my car, I was so stunned by how good my car looked. I was very pleased, and knew that if anything happened again, I would make an effort to come back here. Fast forward in 2013, I got my right car door swiped by some jerk in D.C. I didn't call the police right away to file a report, so I had to pay a full deductible for the damages. I didn't have the money at the time, but I went over to Autobody Images to see if I could get an affordable quote that would be less than my $500 deductible. The quote ended up being more than my deductible, and I knew that I couldn't afford to fork over the money just yet. I seriously mulled over this decision for TWO YEARS. I finally came back to Autobody Images a week ago because I had the money to fork over and fix my car door. My insurance said that the work should only take no more than five days, but Autobody Images took about seven business days to complete. I was pretty agitated because I didn't know when I would be stuck with my rental, and I just wanted to get my car back already. The customer service has been nothing but stellar when they dealt with my frustrations of waiting. Not going to lie, but my temper was at its peak when I've been promised that my car would be done on the last day by noon, but it ended up being done by 4pm. I felt pretty upset because I came from D.C. and the traffic gets pretty horrible around that time. Anyway, Joe explained to me why there was a hold-up, and I completely understood that things happen. I didn't blow my temper at him because at the end of the day, he and Erin (Aaron?) have been nothing but kind and courteous to me. Joe delivered great customer service; he even remembered that I had some buffing marks that I wanted to get done, which he worked on before returning the car to me. Due to delay and inconvenience, Joe gave me a discount --- which completely made my jaw drop. That's the kind of customer service I'm talking about! Joe cares, and he wants you to know that he cares. I went by for an estimate to fix a small rust area around my wheel well. Owner gave me a price, I called back to arrange a time to drop it off and for how long. So I dropped it off, took Uber home. Owner said it would take about a week. A week past, I texted the owner the day before to see if I could pick it up or how long until finished...well he hadn't even started on it yet! He just dug into mine right then. I couldn't believe it. So I just told him leave it, put it back together and I would come get it. Just before the Thanksgiving holiday, I was in a terrible accident with a NJ buck. I had never heard of this autobody shop in Maryland and took a chance based on the logistics of the company, my residence, and where the actual car was located due to the accident and my insurance only covering 100 miles of towing. The YELP reviews are what caused me to take a leap of faith with Autobody Images and I have to say I am so glad that I did. From the start, Joe was very receptive and helpful when he received my car. Despite the huge job that needed to be done, I was never in the dark about the process and was always reassured that they will take their time to complete the job in the care that is necessary to get my car up and running the way it should be and not rushed as the insurance company's timeframe suggested. My insurance company referred me to this body shop to repair my car. I got rear ended and my car's bumper needed to be replaced. There was no other damage, so this was relatively minor body work. The employees here were all very friendly and responsive, both on the phone and in the shop. They repaired my bumper in 4 days. My car is about 9 years old, but they did a perfect job matching the paint. They also said that they offer lifetime guarantee on the paint, but hopefully I won't need that. Not that it was such a big deal, but it was nice that they also cleaned my car, inside and out. My work was covered by insurance, but cost breakdown was: $300 for parts, 2.1 hours of body labor at $42/hr = $88, 4.2 hours of paint labor at $42/hr = $176, 4.2 hours of paint supplies at $28/hr = $117. Total was $725. Not sure how that compares to other shops, but I figure it might be useful to others for comparisons. In summary, a good experience. I didn't pay, so I'm not positive how the prices compare. read more

Great body shop. Took my 8 year old Prius in for some general cosmetic work which included front bumper scrapes (a serious problem on a Prius) as well as some side running panel damage. Work was superb - Joe even suggested making the lower section of the bumper black so that future scrapes won't be so noticable/easy to touch up. Excellent work, they even polished out the headlights. I've taken my Prius in to Autobody Images twice in the last year, both times needing MAJOR reconstructive work after car accidents. If the Prius weren't so valuable it would have been totaled both times. Each time, Autobody Images made it look like brand new! The first time they reconstructed the whole front, and the second time was the entire driver's side. Everyone there is super nice, and if I have any issues they let me bring it in and they check it out and fix it. Auto Body Images has done six repairs for us over the last fifteen years, one just a few weeks ago. Repairs have ranged from a few hundred to over five thousand dollars. In each case, their cost estimates have been accurate and their bodywork and paint outstanding. Any issues have been minor and addressed quickly and completely (e.g. headlight loose). I just had my bumper replaced and I couldn't be happier. I was recommended to come to Auto Body Images by my regular mechanic at Spirit Led Auto and I'm very happy with the results. My car was rear ended and needed to be replaced. The individual that rear ended me has State Farm Insurance and State Farm would be claiming fault and paying. Thankfully Auto Body Images has a claims adjuster who could evaluate the car. This is my first time having an accident and needing car repair but Dave McPherson took the time to explain everything involved in getting the car fixed and made it a smooth process. Besides the initial reporting of the accident to State Farm that I did, Dave took care of the rest with the insurance company when the car went into the shop. Dave contacted me when the mechanic saw the car and realized the damage was more than the initial evaluation, he then contacted State Farm and the rental company to keep them informed. On the day of pickup, I was even offered to leave the rental at the shop and they contacted the rental company to come get it, which was one less trip for me, very nice. When I picked up my car it had been washed and vacuumed out, sweet! Going into this process I didn't know what to expect but I'm very impressed with their customer service and effort in making the repairs a smooth process and appreciate them going above and beyond.
