I arrived at the shop 20-30 min after that phone call and found that the car would not start when I arrived. As mentioned previously the car was running and was driven to their shop and had to be towed out. The owner states they would like to handle this offline. As stated they will not return my calls and in the time it took to write that response he could have called me but did not. They did not charge me (I would hope not after damaging my car and performing unauthorized work) but it cost me $1200 to just to repair the damage they caused. The receipt is attached. I don't want anything from them at this point beyond admitting their mistakes and an apology for damaging my car and lying to me about it. But I know that's not going to happen so I just want to warn others to beware of this shop. Use their services at your own risk.

They earned 5 stars because although there were some inconvenient and frustrating scheduling discrepancies that occurred regarding my pick up date, they rectified the situation. The customer service was great. It was easy to get an appointment and connect with my insurance company to get the damage fixed. It has been my intent to call them to see how much they would charge to solely detail my car in the near future because it was that shiny all over and so spotless inside. There appeared to be a lack of internal communication, which created confusion and unnecessary complications during a time-sensitive situation. We initially brought in our vehicle and received guidance from one of the mechanics on how to proceed. When we returned at a later time to pick up the vehicle, we encountered a different staff member who was unprofessional and released the vehicle without providing a quote for the recommended services. Subsequently, another staff member took an approach that directly contradicted the original plan discussed, which ultimately made things more expensive and confusing. When we returned once again, we were given a paper quote that was significantly higher--by several thousand dollars--than what was originally communicated via text. Due to the inconsistency, poor communication, and overall frustration, we chose not to move forward with their services. It was a costly and stressful experience, and we would not recommend this shop to others.

Mr. Jhingo not only stayed open to ensure that someone was there to look at my car expeditiously (and on a weekend) but he was responsive, identified the source of the link quickly and gave me a very reasonable quote. The receptionist's behavior toward me and my family was blatantly unprofessional and came across as openly racist. From the moment we checked in, her tone was dismissive and condescending, and she made remarks that made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. On top of the disrespect the office was disgusting, smelly and very dusty. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge management to address this behavior immediately so no one else has to go through what we experienced.
