The folks at this garage are very nice, and helpful. They did a great job on my car for a reasonable price.

Honest and efficient. From what I've seen so far... When Eddie closed D& E, who I loved, he recommended Pugh's.

Everyone is nice there's no pressure. I legit just walk in say what I need take a seat and rest my feet. It's kind of easy to miss off of Rt. 1 but it's definitely worth the stop. They're the best priced around. I drive from Laurel for this particular shop. I've tried two others which are 15-20 more. If you need used tires or new tires this is a great place to buy.

The vibration in the front that I was feeling had to do with the unevenness of the tires. Figured that out about a week ago after some front end work which I thought would solve the problem. Bought three tires and two gently used rims off eBay (that look new) and these guys mounted everything for $25 a tire. They swapped the rubber off another tire and put it on the old rim for my spare....so that's 4 tires, one with no mounting. $75 for everything. Some companies will charge you up to $75 PER TIRE. Love these dudes. Even tipped the guy that did the work some lunch money. Waiting on the alignment now since they don't open up until 9a on the that side of the house. Alignment done. $70. $145 and less than 2 hours for the whole process + ate breakfast. There was a Colombian gentleman named "Leonardo" selling chicken arepas in the parking lot ....and they were GOOD ASF! Go figure. I've had arepas before and they weren't particularly good, but this gentleman had a juicy flavorful (breast meat) one on the PERFECT corn pattie. All he needed on it with some jalapenos or some kind of heat. He sold from his car, barely spoke English and didn't have a business card, but I'll be sure to catch up with him at the Home Depot in College Park where he says he normally is selling his food. Funny how I didn't understand him until he let me smell his arepa. Food is a universal language. What a terrific Saturday morning!!! I've done a mechanical review and a food review all at once lol.

When moving to the state of Maryland I had no idea what the process was for vehicle inspection...honestly, I still don't understand it even though I just went through it. Me, all anxiety ridden, procrastinated until the point where my vehicle was out of date with the inspection/registration. Honestly, I still have my Pennsylvania state inspection sticker on my windshield and it threw me for a loop. According to PA my vehicle was still in good legal standing there until August, it didn't click until now that I needed to get it in legal standing in Maryland. I finally bit the bullet and did a search of garages that would do the inspection near me and with the help of Yelp I found a highly rated, locally and family owned garage nearby. Before coming I called ahead, left a message with what I was looking for, and waited for a call back. When I got a call back from them I got all the information I needed and asked about how long it would take and cost. Brian was amazing. He was upfront with me on every aspect of what to expect. Luckily for me, if I had my vehicle there soon I would be able to have my vehicle inspected and ready to go around lunchtime. When I showed up at the establishment Brian was there to greet me. He did my intake and answered all my questions. I'm sure he could tell I was anxious. I went about the rest of my morning and when lunchtime rolled around, and I literally stepped away from my computer I got a message that my vehicle passed the inspection and was ready to pick up. He even told me that my oil was low and he would top it off for me if I'd like. I said please do. When I got back to the establishment all I had to do was pay and be on my way. However, I had more questions and they were happy to answer my multitude of questions. I had such a great experience here that they surely gained a customer out of me for as long as I live in this area. I liked how upfront they were here. They told me everything I needed to hear and not what they wanted to tell me. Such a true business.

I asked Andrew the Service Writer that I was dealing with up front how much would the diagnosed will cost me if Endurance declined the claim, he quoted $175. After the back-and-forth with him and he told me that he called me back regarding the HVAC issue (he never called me back) I had to go all the way over to the shop because he said he couldn't diagnose the issue and the pricing kept changing, I did not trust them working on my car. In the breakdown document the diagnostic was $93. Andrew said since I am not getting the work done I had to pay $355. When I got there to pickup my car he charged $310 for 2 hours to diagnose.
