This family-founded, family-run business is a true treasure in our community! When my mother first…read morelocated this shop, she wanted a place to take her loved, older Toyota vehicle for maintenance and repairs. She had such a good experience that she recommended the shop to me for repairs on my former vehicle and, more recently, for my used car pre-purchase inspection. Right from the start, the staff made me feel at home and made recommendations to guide me to find the perfect vehicle for me. I also learned that some special dealerships offer either "pre-purchase inspection off-site" or "3-day money back guarantees" virtually eliminating "buyer's remorse." So I focused my search on dealerships with either of these two options in order that A. Anthony's was essentially a "co-pilot" in my car search. A huge shoutout to Genette! She was amazing, walking me through the used car purchase process, giving the vehicle a thorough inspection, and explaining all the next steps. Her attention to detail and patience with all my questions made me feel totally confident in my purchase, and I am extremely happy with my used car purchase. They truly set high standards for great service and genuine care. Everyone here is super-friendly and professional, and it's clear they really care about their customers (which is smart business imo). In addition to ubiquitous brands like Toyota, Honda, Ford, they work on all brands of vehicles including luxury lines Mercedes, Audi, Buick, Lexus, and more. If you need auto repair or are looking to buy a used car, I recommend you consider building a long-term relationship with them.

I saw some good reviews for this location, so I drove by on a Saturday right before they closed and chatted with the owner, Brian. He hopped in the car and drove 1 yard, immediately told me what he thought it was, and warned me to avoid driving the rest of the weekend as grinding the wheel in extreme heat was risky. He said to come back first thing Monday morning to get it lifted up and properly examined. Came back Monday and the team figured out I needed to replace the caliper and brakes. Price was fair and they said they could do it same day within 3 hours, so I let them work on it and had them do an oil change as well. I'm very grateful for Brian and his team, taking the time to explain what was actually needed and why, and not overselling me on additional services. I'm so glad I finally found a new trusted mechanic! Will definitely take my car to Brian and the team for all future maintenance services.

I'm so thankful I came across four corner auto care to fix my car…read more Brian (Tenzin) promptly responded to my request to fix my car which I hit against cement in a parking garage (after dodging an old lady walking down a dark ramp...everyone was okay). Brian estimated that he could have my car fixed within a few days. The whole job took one week because he found other significant damage in the interior of my car which I didn't know about. Overall he communicated well, asked if I wanted to fix everything and had such a positive attitude. Also they do excellent work for a reasonable price. I almost wanted to keep this gem to myself but the world (or Silver Spring) needs to know where to go for superior auto care whether mechanical or auto body. They also cleaned the interior of my car. I don't want to come back for anything other than oil changes but if I need a job done in the future, I know where to go. I think the pictures speak for themselves to demonstrate high quality service.

They kept my vehicle for 5 days after quoting a price to hold it over the weekend. Then, they gave me a different price. On day 5, the price doubled. I went to another mechanic for a wheel alignment and was told it was just a front inner & outer tire rod end issue- no tire problem or issues with the tie rods front and back that would cost $1300 at this place. SMH! Save your money and time. What tire rod fix cost this much. Really My son says this place isn't the same anymore. I've been with this business for ten years. I returned my car to Pugh Garage after 8 months regarding tire rod replacement. Another mechanic…read morenoticed an inconsistency when looking at the receipt for work done at Pugh in February vs the parts on my actual car. Pugh was the ONLY shop I used for this repair. I also have documentation showing that I purchased specific Mevotech tie-rod ends (MS86633 and MS86634) for my vehicle and provided them for installation. However, the tie rods currently on my vehicle do not appear to match the parts I purchased and provided to Pugh. When I brought this concern back to Pugh, they blamed other mechanics rather than taking accountability. The other shop did NOT perform any tie-rod work, and I provided receipts to confirm this upon Pugh Garage's request. I understand 8 months is a long time but I would not know there are mismatched parts on my vehicle until having to bring my car for other repairs to a new shop. I wasted time and gas just to leave without a resolution. My advice is to take pictures of the parts you provide and have the work independently checked afterward. It seems as thought they expected me to have seen they did not complete their work prior to now as if I would have had reason to go looking under my car like a mechanic when that is not my profession.
