It was my first time going through insurance for a bumper/sensor repair, and everyone I spoke to here was helpful in guiding me through the process, from recommending I check with insurance about a rental car to the status of my car while in the shop. I did have to call to check in on the status of pickup but they were very responsive and once again, really helpful. The work included replacing the back sensor, and I've had zero issues since picking the car up. I can't speak to pricing as the other driver's insurance covered these repairs. When I very stupidly scratched the back bumper and side panel of my car on a stone column, I waited a week and after the scratch started to rust, I called LG. They told me I could come right in for a free quote. We talked about the higher and lower ends of the quote and arrived at a price I was comfortable with, since I was paying out of pocket. It was quick and I even checked in here with Yelp and got 10% off labor for the job! It took an extra day to finish the job because there was a minor issue that they wanted to correct before returning the vehicle and when I got it back, it was like brand new! Not only did they fix the scratches and paint, they even detailed the inside of the car. It really is like a whole new car again! Guy started talking about if they remove the bumper and find internal damage the estimate will go up and If I dont agree they will tow the car out the garage. No one never called me with an estimate. Wow! The husband and I were in a wreck on the beltway and we were told by insurance we could take it anywhere. The back-end damage on my 2010 Honda Civic Hybrid was pretty extensive. LG worked with me and the insurance company to ensure that we stayed under the statutory totaled limit. Luis was great with communication and was incredibly helpful in making sure that we had a rental car to travel on our long planned vacation. The back end looks brand new! I asked him if he could price a repair on the door that wasn't associated with the accident and he said that while he could make it perfect for a higher price, if I just wanted him to try and knock the dent out he wouldn't charge me for it. He was able to bend that piece back into shape so it no longer is obvious! Being in a wreck sucks - but working with LG Auto Body was incredibly painless. read more

I am the original owner of a 16 year old Acura RSX-S and the car had some rust damage on the rear fender. Most of the auto body shops I contacted to make the repair would not cut and weld in new metal to repair the damage or give me an estimate.
